"Are we leaving already?"Lily asked. She has to at least pack a few things into a suitcase and possibly he would have to book their flight.
Kayden Diego chuckled. She's surprised. "Yeah we are leaving if you are ready". When Lily wanted to ask him if they were going to pack any suitcase along he answered her thoughts. Told her they needed no such thing.
Lily, satisfying her curiosity, told him she was ready. Kayden Diego held her hand and took her to an inner private room attached to his study. Surprised but made no complaints, Lily simply followed.
The room was dark but Kayden stepped in, pulling Lily along. When they got in, the door shut on them and Kayden held Lily close to himself, so that they could perceive each other's heartbeat.
Suddenly Lily felt dizzy and fell into unconsciousness. She opened her eyes again at Kayden Diego's tucking. She looked and found they were in a similar room but this one was sparklingly bright.
Kayden still held her close and her hand was still on his waist. "Have we arrived?" Lily asked and looked up at Kayden Diego.
But she was stunned by his appearance. He's suddenly dressed in royal attire and a crown was on his head. His hair was longer and shining darker. He looked a little older in his royal attire.
Lily was spellbound. When did he change into this royal attire and she didn't know. If she wasn't holding him, she would have thought she went into another coma and just woke up from it. But as she looked at herself, her dazened state intensified.
What!! She was dressed in a princess attire. She had a golden necklace and bracelet on. Kayden looked at her and was pleased with her beauty. She really deserved to be a lordess. Her features remained the same with her pink lips. Her hair had fallen on her shoulder and that added to her beauty.
Lily looked at Kayden Diego with a puzzled stare. He saw her looks and answered cleared her doubts " This is how I look as the alpha and since you are my mate, it's explainable that you appear like a princess until I finally made you mine, can you appear as a lordess".
Lily nodded and felt satisfied with his explanation. Though he was still the same Kayden Diego, no difference except his voice. His voice became deeper with a tone of domineering.
"First let's go greet my parents" Kayden Diego declared and let her go. Together they stepped into his study that looks like a mini palace.
Passing through, he unbolted the door and stepped out holding Lily's wrist. They stepped into a large palace. Lily's breath almost skipped. Such a beautiful palace with beautiful attics and decorations.
Without explaining anything, he walked out and Lily saw people kowtow to him. He nodded and just waved a hand at them. Lily noticed that everyone who saw her with Kayden passed her a second glance and bowed slightly. She'll smile and wave a hand like Kayden Diego was doing.
They soon arrived at a giant building, and a woman gracefully dressed came out to greet them. She looked very beautiful, as she smiled, her dimples were obviously seen.
A man stepped out after her and Lily can tell that he was Kayden Diego's father. They looked very alike except that he looked very older. This man certainly would be the Royal father and the woman beside him would definitely be the Royal mother.
" Greetings to father and mother" Kayden said and bowed before them.
"Welcome Kay "his parents said at the same time. Kayden Diego is the same as Kay Diego. Lily disjointed her hand from Kayden and greeted " Greetings to father and mother" and bowed slightly to them.
"Welcome my daughter," Royal mother replied, beaming with an excited smile. Gracey was right, this girl is respectful.
"You are welcome my dear" , Royal father answered, completely impressed with Lily's manner. Kayden was equally impressed with Lily's manner. He hadn't introduced her with his parents and she could readily tell they were his parents and greeted them respectfully.
" This is Lily, my mate and the future lordess" Kayden Diego said and took her hand again. Lily felt a bit shy and bowed her hand. " Oh dear, such a beauty. You have my blessings Lily" Royal mother said and embraced Lily affectionately.
"May you both be blessed with long life and plenty of peace" Royal father blessed them. Kayden Diego, having received his parents' blessings , took Lily to his private quarter before his mother started asking him to let her stay a little by her side.
The news of Kayden Diego's arrival with a mate soon spread like a wild fire until it came to the ears of Envy. Envy was a friend to Kayden Diego's sister. She grew up spending most of her time in the Royal Court.
She's the Beta's daughter. She had lived all her life expecting Kayden to take her as his mate. She's a beautiful gray eyed girl. She's the most beautiful maiden among the girls of her age.
She grew furious at the news of Kayden Diego's choice of a lordess. Why would he find another woman when she was here waiting for him all these years.
She was going to confront him and ask him why he did that to her. Why leave her to find another mate.
Kayden led Lily to his own quarters. It's in the same large royal courtyard but a building of its own. As soon as Lily entered, she was mesmerized by the beautiful decorations. "I like everything about your world Kayden'' Lily complimented.
"It's our world Lily, not mine alone. And thanks anyways for the compliment". He took her to his guest room and told her to rest, he'll attend to some issues and get back to her soon.
VAMPIRE WORLD
"What do you mean you can't find the special one? It's been three days since I assigned you to find her. Don't let her fall into the hands of the werewolves. I need her the most" Vampire lord Zero Amstel stated.
He just learnt about the existence of a special one who owns the power of the moon goddess. She's a gift from gods and whoever is able to take her will become immortal. Her child will eventually become the most powerful lord in the world.
The sorcerer had told him and the other prominent members of the vampire world. He can't let her fall into the hands of his enemy, especially the alpha of the Middleton pack. That guy is a threat to the vampire world already and having such a woman will be tantamount to extinction of the vampires.
The vampire prince was already married with numerous concubines, but he wants him to be the one to mate her, subdue her and become immortal.
"What do we do now father? We must find her!!" Prince Kim Amstel inquired. He can't wait for her to be found. His father had told him he would be the immortal one. He was going to take her either willingly or against her will. Even if he has to force himself into her.
"Intensify the search. Even if you have to go to the pit of hell, just do" vampire lord Zero Amstel instructed. He was roaring at the head of his search team.

WEREWOLF WORLD
Kayden Diego ended up staying late in his study. He had his dinner brought to him. He had a lot to attend to. It's been a while since he last visited the werewolf world and there seemed to be a pile of work and letters to attend to.
Lily had been invited by the Royal mother. She was surprised to see Ms Gracey sitting at the side of her Majesty. When the latter saw her come in, she stood up and bowed slightly.
Lily also gave a slight bow and smiled before bowing before the Royal mother. She was welcome by Kayden Diego's mother warmly. She thanked Lily for making her Son have a change of decision.
She didn't tell Lily what decision Kay had made before but welcomed her by saying she would become her daughter in-law and wished that she and her son got married quickly.
Ms Gracey teased Lily by saying she can't run away from home here like she did in the human world. At Royal mother's coaxing, Lily ate her dinner with her before returning to Kayden's apartment.
Royal mother had tried persuading her to spend the night in her quarters but she politely declined. She's been having a series of nightmares and it's getting more terrible and frightening each night, how then can she spend the night somewhere else if not with Kayden Diego who already knows what she's going through.
When she arrived, she went to have a shower and stayed awake, waiting for Kayden to return but she ended up waiting all night and didn't see him.
It was almost midnight when Envy stormed into Kayden Diego's study. He's fond of her and was not surprised that she came to check on him. Not suspecting her intention, he asked why she hadn't come out to greet him earlier?
