Lily thought of going to the Royal palace and suddenly found herself at the entrance to the palace. She perceived lurking eyes on her and immediately charged into the quarters and found royal parents tied up. They seemed to be in a state of slumbering.
She looked around and discovered that the bodyguards were asleep as well, making the entire royal quarters fall prey to the attacker. She quickly looked around to find a sword but she suddenly started hearing clapping from behind.
She paused and was too shocked to look back. She stood there and didn't know what to do as the clap seemed to be doubled and possibly tripled. Who are the people behind her?
"I thought the little lordess had gone for a honeymoon with her lord the alpha. Back so soon?" The familiar voice mocked.
Envy? Lily thought and slowly turned herself and came face to face with Envy in company of three other men all staring at Lily with hatred in their eyes.
"What have you done to the royal parents?" Lily demanded. She can't imagine that Envy could do this to the Royal parents who had taken her as their own daughter. This Envy of a person is really vicious.
"Like I was saying, the honeymoon is over so soon?" Envy kept mocking and totally ignoring Lily's question.
"I am asking you for the last time, what have you done to royal parents?" Lily asked, her hands forming a fist. "Shut up, how dare you order me around! Who the hell do you think you are to demand an explanation from me"Envy scowl.
She looked at Lily from her head to her toes with utmost contempt and walked, circling her with a sneer. "I didn't know you would arrive so soon. But since you are here, I will take my revenge and you're not escaping death by my hands!!"Envy declared.
"Then let's see just how you can carry out your empty threats" Lily dares her. She doesn't know but just like she experienced that inner confidence, she was just acting along her intuition.
"Well before I declare your punishment, I will just be nice to tell you what I did. I poisoned the air around the Royal quarters and whoever inhales it, will doze off and won't wake up even if you start drumming on their heads. Except the poison wears off. And before it wears off, it must be by dawn. By then, they must have gone far from the borders of the Middleton pack and possibly treading the path to their death" Envy declared arrogantly and laughed out loud.
" You are wicked Envy. You can do this to royal parents who loved you so much?" Lily reprimanded her and shook her head in disgust. Such a cruel woman.
"I am wicked because they choose to support their Son's marriage to you. And if I were you, I would be thinking about my fate more than that of the Royal parents" Envy snapped at her.
Turning to the men watching and listening to them she declared "this is my archenemy, rape her to your fill. All of you and call the others to take turns. She's Luna, so have a taste of the Alpha's paradise. Hahahaha" Envy ordered and bursted into laughter
Oh kayden, come over and see what your Luna will be reduced into. Lily became furious and suddenly felt a warm chill run through her spine. That's where her senses stopped.
The men each ran their tongues their lips and stared at the woman standing in front of them. Envy took a seat ready to act as a spectator with a broad grin on her lips.
But as the three of them took steps towards her, Lily's eyes shot daggers at them and they fell simultaneously. She went to one of them, and drew the sword out of its sheet. As swiftly as it take to brew a cup of tea, Lily had ran the sword through their belly bursting out it's content
Envy stood up and like a maniac wanted to run. This Lily has supernatural powers. She tried taking a step but Lily raised her hand and Envy's feet were lifted off the ground and she became suspended in the air.
She was struggling frantically in the air as Lily left her and untied the Royal parents before stepping out. Not willing to leave her there, she controlled her by her hands and drew her out leaving her suspended where everyone could see her and proceed with the sword.
There had been Intruders and they had all been waiting for the Royal parents to be taken away before launching operation total cleansing on the entire clan. But when they saw Lily walking out with a blooded sword they swung to action in their multitudes and aimed an attack on Lily.
Meanwhile, those in the trees and woods who will take action from the borders to meet the others in the clan had ensued in a bloody war with Kayden Diego. Kayden in his wolf form was devouring them and leaving corpses behind instead.
Finally, Alpha Kayden met the leader of the enemy wolves. He's the last to fight with Kayden Diego. All of its warriors have been reduced to corpses by Alpha Kayden and his backup warriors. The wolf seemed to be attacking Kayden furiously and willing to kill him until Kayden got an advantage and caught him by his beard and buried his sharp long fangs into it.
By the time Kayden let him go he was too weak to survive and with the remaining strength left in him, he shifted and Kayden Diego shifted back as well into the human form and shrunk back to his normal size.
Then he saw who his enemy was: Joe Bidder!!!
Lily had taken to the air like a martia expert and single handedly was slaughtering the Invaders. Envy saw and was panicking. Her father had warned her. She didn't know Lily was a powerful woman otherwise, she wouldn't have dared to do what she did.
She fought and kept winning. Her strength and swordsmanship seemed to be mysterious. By the time kayden Diego and the other warriors got wind of the battle happening in the clan, they rushed back and were surprised with the corpses on the ground and the only person confronting them is none other than the lordess.
Kayden Diego saw Envy suspended in the air and struggling frantically but couldn't free herself. Seems the law of gravity couldn't act on Envy. He knew Lily had left her suspended and he therefore completely ignored her and took to the air fighting side by side with Lily.
The few Invaders remaining tried taking to their hills but Kayden Diego struck them down wounded. He didn't kill them outrightly because he needed someone to question and Joe Bidder had finally died in his hands and couldn't get to interrogate him.
They shifted into their wolf form but Kayden Diego's men trapped them, striking them with deadly blows and having them thrown into the dungeon. They will face the Royal Court when all is over.
As soon as the last enemy in front of her was slashed down, Lily slowly descended with her face looking mysterious. Kayden descended as well and held her by her waist. She waved her hand and Envy fell down.
The warriors that went to check on Royal parents found three dead men in the room and Royal parents slowly opening their eyes.
Same time, all the border wolves who slept off and the bodyguards, all opened their eyes groggily. The first thing that they perceived was the stench of blood.
Envy couldn't get past Kayden Diego's warriors before being apprehended. Kayden suspected that Envy had played an important part in the invasion but would wait for Lily to be the one to personally interrogate her.
Kayden Diego then dashed into the Royal parents quarters with Lily and saw the surprised look on their faces. Suddenly Lily seemed to faint and Kayden Diego quickly supported her.
Royal mother had Lily taken to her room while a physician was summoned. After being examined, they were told she's exhausted. A little rest is what her tired body needed at the time. She will be fine when she wakes up.
The dead bodies were cleared off at Justin's orders. He arrived as soon as he got Kayden Diego's signal and took off to the wolves clan. He was one of the backup who joined in the bloody war at the borders.
Few hours later, Lily slowly opened her eyes. Where is she? This room doesn't seem familiar. As she turned to look at her side she saw Kayden Diego by her bedside but he hadn't known she's awake.
"Kayden" She called him in a weak tone. At the sound of his name, he looked up and saw Lily. "Are you Ok?"he asked and held her hand. He was smiling at her and felt very excited that she's awake.
"I am fine. Just a little tired"Lily replied and suddenly seemed to remember something "Where's the royal mother and father?" She asked. "I am here Lily," the royal mother answered and walked in. She was coming to check on her daughter in-law when she heard her ask after her and the Royal father.
"Mother? Where's father?" Lily asked further. She has seen her mother. What about her father? Envy wanted to take them away and only she knew what she wanted to do to them.
"Royal father is fine," Kayden Diego replied. Looks like Lily might not remember anything she did in that power driven state of hers. Hearing that father is fine, coupled with the royal mother's smiles, she tried to sit up and Kayden quickly helped her to a sitting position.
Lily raised the quilt and checked on her body. Kayden Diego squinted. Why is she checking herself? For goodness sake, this is the royal mother's bedroom and not their own quarters. He can't possibly do that stuff here with her. "What?" Kayden asked.
"Was I raped? How and where did you find me?" Lily asked with a worried tone. Oh Envy, what have you done to me?.
Now Kayden Diego was really certain of his guesses. Lily's self consciousness was replaced by her special power. She doesn't remember anything about the fighting and the killings.
"Rape? Who dares?" Kayden Diego declared.
"Envy asked three men to rape me and after that, the invaded warriors would take me one after the other until I passed out "Lily responded. She then explained how Envy wanted to abduct the Royal parents away until she walked into them.
Kayden Diego's expression had become very cold. His eyes were bloody red. "Envy??". He stood up and ordered that Lily take a bath and join him in the Royal Court.
"Take your bath and I'll send your dresses to you right away. Envy will experience Kay's wrath and I want you to witness it". Royal mother instructed. She and her husband would have long been out of their borders and possibly killed. Thanks to this great daughter in-law of theirs.
Lily nodded and went to have a warm bath:
