Watching his retreating back view, Lily felt like running after him. She found herself attracted to him. The party continued for a few hours more before it came to an end.
Though Kayden Diego was not in the hall, he had returned to his office and was watching the party or rather had his eyes glued on Lily. He was having this unexplainable pull towards her and felt the beast in him whimpering.

Unable to sit still, he stood up. He was going to take Lily home with him. The latter also stood up, she cannot afford to wait for Justin any longer, she had to use the elevator.
She groggily walked out, trying her best to use the last bit of her sanity to coordinate her steps. She was dragging herself in her stilettos. It's really a pathetic sight for a drunken woman to be in such shoes.
When she wore the stilettos earlier, she felt very used to it and could walk gracefully. She had wondered if she's used to this kind of shoes in the past. But now, the same shoes have become so unnerving to wear.
As she got to the elevator, she became uncontrollably dizzy and unable to think straight. As she prepared to press down the button, the elevator gently opened and she bumped into a tall figure before blanking out.

Quickly he joined in the ride sitting in the co-pilot seat. He threw a glance at Kayden Diego from the rear view mirror and saw him place Lily's head on his thigh. A sight that almost made him open his mouth agape.
But Kayden Diego closed his eyes and placed his head on the back rest. He was obviously occupied with his thoughts.
Occasionally he opened his eyes and looked at the quiet and peaceful sleeping Lily. He had never been so close to a woman like this besides his mother and sister. Perhaps that's the reason he couldn't explain the cause of his uneasiness around Lily.
Justin was still in a daze. He can't bring himself to believe what his eyes were seeing. He would never have believed in his wildest imagination that Kayden would let a woman so close to him not to even think of offering his thigh as her pillow. He saw him, he saw how Kayden Diego carried her princessly and brought her into his car.
