Bella Meet Daniella and Leonard
Bella was wandering through the bustling shopping mall, checking the sets of cooking gadgets. Her mother had sent her to buy a new blender.
As she turned to the other side of the shopping mall, her eyes beheld a scene that stopped her dead in her tracks. She didn't believe what her eyes were seeing.
There, laughing and chatting intimately near an expensive jewelry display, were Daniella and a man Bella didn’t recognize. She just wedded her brother a few days ago, and here she was, flirting with a guy. The guy was tall, well-dressed, and had his arm casually draped around Daniella’s shoulders as if they were lovers.
Daniella leaned into him, her hand resting on his chest as she admired a sparkling diamond necklace in the glass case. The two looked far too comfortable, far too intimate, to be mistaken as mere acquaintances.
Bella felt her heart boiling in anger. She knew that Daniella would not make a good wife, but it was too early to start. A pregnant wife, who should have been home or at least by her husband's side, was here, shamelessly parading around with another man.
"Desmond needs to see this. We warned him, and he insisted. Now she's cheating on him already." She quickly reached into her bag and pulled out her phone, trying to steady her trembling hands.
She opened her camera and discreetly began taking photos of them. She needed evidence, solid proof to show Desmond what was happening behind his back.
After taking several shots from different angles to ensure Daniella’s and the man’s faces were clearly visible, she tucked her phone away and squared her shoulders, then she marched toward the couple to confront them.
Her heels were clicking sharply against the polished floor as she walked. She could hear snippets of their conversation as she walked closer.
Daniella was laughing flirtatiously at something the man was saying, which shows clearly that she was into the man.
"Daniella!" Bella yelled in anger at Daniella's back, attracting the attention of the passerby. Daniella turned to face her. When she saw it was Bella, her expressions quickly transformed from surprise to irritation.
"Oh, look who it is." Daniella said with a smirk, tilting her head as if amused. "What are you doing here, and why are you shouting my name?"
Bella pointed an accusing finger at her. "What do you think you are doing?"
"What is your problem?"
"You are asking me what my problem is? You are cheating on my brother, and you are asking me what my problem is? Are you kidding me? You didn't even consider the fact that you are pregnant with his child. How dare you disrespect him, his love, and his trust in such a callous and heartless manner? I'm stunned, absolutely stunned, that you could sink so low. This actions are a slap in the face, not just to my brother, but to our entire family. And you stand there, asking me what my problem is? You are the one with the problem, Daniella. I can't believe this!"
Daniella simply laughed, which surprised Bella. It wasn't the kind of reaction she was expecting. "You need to calm down, Bella. You are being overly dramatic."
"Dramatic?" Bella's voice rose again. Daniella's guts were driving her crazy. "You are parading around with this... this man while my brother is at home, oblivious to all of this! You are so despicable, Daniella."
"And what is your business with that? Aren't you supposed to be in your husband's house? The last time I checked, you were older than me. Oh! Lest I forget. No man wants to marry you. Just a bitter soul fooling around."
"Listen, Daniella. Insulting me won't do you any good or save you from your manipulations. I'm going to tell my brother, and he's going to divorce you and leave you with nothing." Bella threatened.
Daniella chuckled, this time shaking her head as if Bella’s words were the most ridiculous thing she had ever heard. "Divorce me? Bella, there is no need for you to play the heroine here. You don't need to disturb yourself about that. I have already served your precious brother a divorce paper. And guess what? I won't be leaving like Anabel did. I'm not as foolish and stupid as her. I guess you know what I mean." Daniella said with a smirk.
