“How can I achieve that, when a scumbag like you whose conscience has been eaten up by dogs abducts women to harass them?” Adrian snarls at him.
At this time, Adrian focused on Ray Grimard but was watching Aurora from his split vision. He couldn't forget it easily that Ray used to be in the military.
Ray Grimard glared at Aurora and his heart was racing fast. He still hadn't fucked her and she'd wound him, he was feeling a burning sensation of pain and helplessness caused by this bitch.
Turning to fix his gaze on Adrian, he wondered where those rascals were that this rich brat could walk in. But seeing his bloody clothes and deep cuts, he knew a battle had ensued between them and Adrian probably overpowered them.
“Tell me why you risk your life to save this bitch who cheats on you with your best friend? Who readily judged you when the scandal broke out,who hurt your feelings and emotions and attempted to murder you in the past?” Ray Grimard ridiculed.
“My life and marriage with Aurora doesn't concern you at all. No matter what she's done, she still remains one of the purest women I've ever known” Adrian snapped at him.
“Oh! you came to her rescue without the slightest idea that you might not leave here alive and what would you get from risking your life when you can't even be with your daughter…” Ray was saying when Adrian interrupted him sharply.
“Enough! Untie her and spare me your rattling” Adrian thundered. There's no time to stay unfocused by listening to his rattling because he was bleeding and he was going to get weaker by time.
Not ready to obey Adrian's order, Ray tried to distract Adrian and when he looked away, he'll bounce on him and attack him, rendering him impotent but Adrian's pistol was aimed at him and his gaze wouldn't shift.
He went to Aurora and untied her legs but wouldn't untie her hands. As soon as Aurora got her legs free, she gave Ray a vicious kick at his guts.
Ray was not expecting her to go brutal with him at that moment. It was sudden and hard that he felt pangs of pain rubble in his belly. He glared at the woman angrily and yanked towards her in fury.
Rather than untie her hands, Ray went towards her, pulled her hair and slapped her violently. Aurora has gotten enough of violent attacks from Ray, but she doesn't seem to feel the pain, her eyes were only fixed on Adrian.
Seeing how Ray hit Aurora, Adrian lost his temper “How dare you, Ray” he thundered and two gunshots followed, aimed at his thighs. Both of Ray's thighs hurt him and he screamed, falling to the floor.
Adrian dropped his gun, went to him and grabbed him pulling him by his singlet, he punched his face, giving his temple terrible blows from his fist.
Aurora was happy, she was free from his assault but she needs her hands to be free and her body to be uncovered. Her panties were on, but clearly it was revealing too much of her body but her boops, it was out of its niche, Ray had fumbled with it.
For many years, Aurora never forgot that incident. Adrian saw her nudity for the first time in such a state, will she ever be appealing to him after?
Ray could only fight with his hands, his two legs couldn't carry him. He was dishing out blows back to Adrian but not as effective as the one towering over him.
Suddenly, as swiftly as it takes to blink an eye,Ray brought out a knife used by the military and jabbed Adrian on his shoulders. The shoulder of the arm that was cut earlier, it's now bleeding more and feels weak.
Adrian gnashed his teeth and staggered backwards when they heard footsteps. Help has finally arrived. Now, he felt weak and tired. He'd lost blood and his wounds were now bleeding.
“I'm not dressed Adrian” Aurora cried out. She can't afford to let others see her nudity. Adrian glanced at her body and simply went over, with his pained hands, he helped loosened Aurora from the ropes and looked at the floor.
Her clothes were a mess and he simply removed his shirt, partly stained and gave it to Aurora. He was shirtless and just then, two men came in, holding guns.
One was Adrian's bodyguard and the other was Jimmy Blake. Adrian's head was dripping blood. His face had blood stains and he locked eyes with Aurora for a long time so that the men wouldn't bother to interrupt them.
Aurora held the shirt over her body, the shirt was almost getting to her knees and her eyes went teary. He saved her and he'd badly wounded. If he didn't come over at the nick of time, she would definitely have been violated.
She couldn't help it but moved to Adrian and wanted to kiss him but he simply turned his head away and avoided her. Others have stepped in and Ray was being handcuffed.
“I'll come after you Adrian Lester. I'll cripple you like you just did to me except I am not surnamed Grimard!” Ray threatened. He came after him and this time, he's ending in jail.
He would return and come for Adrian Lester alone, that is the promise he'll make to himself.
Totally ignoring Ray's threats,he said “I'm dizzy, help me out” he said, obviously referring to his bodyguard. He'd hardly said it when two of them cross his arms over their shoulders but Adrian moved back, “No,my arm is wounded and it hurts”
Aurora walked over and said “He's bleeding, he'd been bleeding. Take him to the hospital immediately” she pleaded. Her eyes dropped tears and she went to hug him but Adrian pushed her away.
“Don't push me away from you Adrian, please” she pleaded, but he wouldn't care about her words as he got supported. It was only when he got out of the apartment that he felt everywhere got blurred and his eyes voluntarily closed.
“Get the ambulance, my brother is bleeding” Patrick Connor requested, he went to him and bound his wound as the ambulance took him away.
“Adrian, Adrian..” Aurora called, going after the ambulance but Jimmy held her back “He'll be fine. Your man would be fine”
