Triumph Of My Cheating Husband

Chapter149

Ch. 149 / 196 Sep 18, 2024

ELSIE

The worst thing the rehab facility ever did wrong so far, was keeping me away from Ciara, only because I demanded she be returned to me when I saw she might get sane there and realize I was the enemy she ever had so far.

They suspended me from coming by to see her, after I sued them and they did well in the courtroom, winning the hearts of the Jury and having them grant them the right to keep me forever away from the facility.

But keeping me away for two years wasn't enough to keep me far from Ciara. I had intel who do the good job of reporting to me on her improvement, and on those who do the pretty job of visiting her in the facility.

Well, my intel didn't talk of any other person, but Ryan who comes with the kid he took from me.

It was my intel who informed me that Ciara was back to her senses, and she had been granted access to her phone, after passing the tests organized by the facility, to monitor her sanity and confirm she was back to her true self.

I was informed that she paid for a pretty apartment online, and she booked an Uber, that was why I sent my boys to bring her here, so I can demand she bring home her son, and keep away from that lucky he-goat that always got away with the mess he makes.

First, he was the asshole that abandoned her forthe sake of his ex, now, he had taken the kid, and he is keeping me away from the kid, and if he is given the space, he would take Ciara, too.

I followed her into the house as she ambled into the big room downstairs, looking around the big room. There were now more of my pictures in the room, than hers. I guess that was a clear sign that I had taken over the house, and what's next was her wealth.

"Look, Ciara, you can give that asshole a call and ask him to bring your son home right away." I said, standing behind her.

I was desperate to have her ask that flop she calls Ryan, to step out of his mother's place where he seeks solace with the kid.

I have my boys ready and waiting. They would be kidnapped as soon as they step out, and I would demand ransom; head swelling ransom.

"That's not what I care for at this moment." Ciara turned to me. "Whose house is this?"

She had never asked me such crazy question all her life, but she just did it in the most mannerless and rude manner.

She wasn't this harsh on me all the while we were together, before she was dragged to the facility where Ryan saw the chance to visit and poison her mind with words and false promises he would never fulfill.

"It's mine...it's ours."

Of course, it's been mine all the while she was rusting up in the rehab facility, so, now she is back, it is ours.

Her brows furrowed, and she folded her arms. Maybe she never thought my response would come the way it did.

But why on earth is she getting harsh here?

Does she have an idea who she was messing with by turning bad on me?

Okay, she had no clue what she got herself into the day she accepted me in her life, and she knows nothing about the deal she got herself into the very moment she stepped into the black car I sent to pick her up.

She had naturally become my prisoner, but I still have the intention to remain calm till the time is right to show fort what I have in stock for her and her kid.

"The last time I checked, it was my signature on the papers of this house, not yours, neitherwas it ours. Please, get your pictures out of here, and hang them in your room, then, rememberto stop persuading me to bring home Herzl."

"But Ryan is a git. He goes around the city, dating ladies and hanging out with harlots. Don't you think your son is not safe in his hands." I was quick in retorting her words.

She turned to the wall, and shook her head.

"Just get the pictures, aunt."

She left me behind in the big room and went upstairs. She doesn't give a damn what I had to say about Ryan who now keeps the kid in his custody.

I have no problem with the pictures because keeping them here in the big room does not matter to me in any way.

I smiled and made to the first picture hanging on the wall. It was mine and it was new, and really costly.

I wasn't ever thinking she would get well soon, until my intel reported her current mental health condition to me.

She was fully back to her senses. She was damn okay now, and she was gradually trudging into her place, and taking over in the best way she could.

Well, that would be over my dead body.

I took down the picture, and in that same manner, I took down the rest of my pictures in the room, and humbly, like devils would do till their craws are out for a grab and a scratch, left for my room.

She had no idea what I did in my room. I turned it to heaven the very moment she was cast into the rehab facility, where her insanity would be tamed. I guess she would ask me to hand the room to her if she sees it.

Her mind had been poisoned by the constant words of Ryan, who had been visiting her all the while she was at the rehab facility.

But the line had just been drawn. The fight had just begun.
