As I watched her stormed out of there, I was furious at first, but then it crossed my mind that Ciara wanted to play again and since it takes two to play, I am going to take the lead.
We settled the bill because I had lost my appetite when she left and then I took Herzl home, but as soon as we were home, I called my lawyer and informed him of the impending case that I wanted to file against Ciara. I wasn't going to let her take the lead on any longer.
CIARA
The entire day was extremely hectic for me with several meetings that I needed to attend, and when I finally got back home, I took my bathe and fell on my bed.
I was woken by a loud banging on the door the next that I jerked out of bed, slipped on my gown and hurried downstairs.
"Good day ma'am" A male voice came through as soon as I swung the door open.
"Yes, what can I do for you at this early hour of the day?"
"I am from the state court and was sent to deliver a letter to you"
"The court?" I accepted the letter, although perplexed because I thought that I had concluded my case with the court and could not fathom why they would send me a letter again.
"Alright, thank you" I replied seeing that he noticed my bewilment on the impending letter.
I strode back inside the house and carefully unfold through it reading it word by word and line by line, my gaze immediately went wild on the piece of paper, that if it was possible, it would have burnt it done.
"What!! Ryan is definitely looking fortrouble where there is none!!" I yelled out at the top of my voice, he just ruined my morning and there is no way that I am letting this slide.
I got dressed and drove to his place, Herzl had gone to kindergarten, so good thing he won't be here to witness the usual drama.
"Ciara Hi, you look so unkempt today, you have to start taking proper care of yourself else no man is ever going to look your way" He teased with a smirk on his lip.
"You think that this is funny right! Taunting me around and causing me pain, you derive joy in it"
"What are you saying Ciara because I do not understand any of the words that you have been ranting out here like a lunatic, oh! I almost forgot that you were once a lunatic"
His words pierced me deep in my heart and without a second though, I raised my hand and smack him hard on the face.
"What!!" He screamed out, startled at my action.
"I am not going to sit here and watch you insult me especially with my health condition which you were were part of the cause"
"I am sorry, I shouldn't have said that" His face softened and I could tell that his apology was sincere, somehow he had regretted the words as soon as they slipped out of his mouth.
"I bought the company with my own hard earn money, why would you want sixty percent of it, tell me Ryan what is it that I have done to you so bad that you are going to keep ruining my life"
"This company was mine in the first place and it is only natural that I get a part of it"
"Yours and you sold it, remember you sold it off, you got lucky that it was me who had purchased it and now you are going to ruin me"
"I am not ruining you and never intend doing so, I just want sixty percent...."
"Sixty percent of a company that I purchased with my own money, how can you be so cruel"
"I am sorry Ciara, but I have nothing else to say to you"
"Fine! See you in court!" I replied and stormed out of there, holding back the tears that had filled my eyes.
I called my lawyer before arriving at the office, so when I got there, she was already waiting for me. Gerald saw me stormed in with a deep frown that was accompanied by the and he knew that there had to be a problem.
"Ciara wait! You do not look good this morning and beside you sent for the lawyer, what is going on?" Gerald inquired with his gaze tender on me that I could not refuse giving him an answer.
"Ryan is filling for child sponsor and sixty percent of this company's share"
"What!! Has he gone nut, why would he even think of a thing like that"
"I can't fathom his reasons but I am going to fight him even if it means with my last breath" I walks out of there to my office and the lawyer followed.
We had a meeting for hours, I needed to understand all the loopholes involve in this case and why the court will ever grant him access to a company that does not belong to him in all justification.
By the time we were through, it was almost noon so I went over for lunch hoping to calm down my nerves with that.

The next day, we both arrived at court for the hearing, she had lots of case against me that I was scared for a moment but I had a good lawyer and went through all due process that was necessary for me in getting what I want.
The court went on and on for a while with several recess, and soon after the judge was ready to make her finally judgment so everyone listened attentively.
"Every cautiously going through all the evidence and testimonies from the witnesses including the lawyers involve in the change of right if the company, this is my judgment".
She pause and stare down at everyone, we were all so anxious that I could barely breath properly.
"Ryan Lerman shall have the entire right for child sponsor of their child Herzl, in addition to that, he has been granted sixty percent of Fellers group shares, and is here by the new CEO of Fellers group of companies"
"Yes!! " I exclaimed with so much excitement in my voice that I felt like I wanted to explode but the judge wasn't done speaking.
"In addition to that, Ciara still owns forty percent of the shares and will remain at the company as the managing director of Fellers group, this is my final verdict"
She bang the gravel and all raised, I was so filled with joy knowing that I can now play this game with Ciara boldly, this time around I am going to taunt herso much that she will be begging to come back to me.
