'Don't go with Arzal at his home tomorrow, Seraphina'
Seraphina's eyes bewildered. She looked at that text on her phone, horrified. First she thought it was Arzal but why would he do such a terrible prank with her? He had never done it but besides him and she, nobody else knew about the thing that Arzal was going to take her to his home tomorrow.
With her trembling hands, Seraphina messaged back.
'Who are you?'
She waited for the reply and then after a couple of minutes, her phone again beeped.
'That doesn't matter, Seraphina. Just do as I say, it's for your own good or else you would lose your life if you came to Arzal's home tomorrow'
Cold dread washed over her, reading that text.
'If this is a prank then it's not funny. Tell me who you are?' She replied and this time, she got no answer in return.
Seraphina waited for at least 20 minutes but got no reply, so she called on that number but that number was switched off which shocked her.
Seraphina dropped her phone on the bed. First she thought to tell Nathan about this but stopped herself, thinking she would just trouble him over a text, especially at that time of the night.
At last, she decided to tell Arzal everything in the morning when she would meet him. Seraphina laid down on the bed but her sleep had long gone. She continued to toss on bed, thinking about those texts and who had sent them and didn't even notice when her sleep washed over her.
Next morning, Seraphina's mind was still all over those texts which she had received last night. She didn't want to trouble Nathan, so she didn't tell him about it and then Arzal came to pick her up.
Seraphina opened the door, expecting him but her eyes widened by watching Rebecca with him.
"Hey, Seraphina dear. How are you, my child?"
A big smile formed on her face, hearing and watching Rebecca.
"I know I'm an uninvited guest but I just want to meet your brother and ask him about his health? I hope I am welcomed,"
Seraphina beamed and hugged her tightly.
"You're more than welcome, aunt Rebecca,"
Rebecca smiled and caged her back whereas Arzal smiled too by watching them getting along so well.
"Please come," Seraphina welcomed them.
"I'm completely fine, Mrs Grayson and thank you so much for coming here and asking me about my health," Nathan politely said to Rebecca. Rebecca returned the gesture with a warm smile.
"What would you like to have?" Nathan asked.
"No.. Nothing. Thank you for asking, son but now I want to take our Seraphina with me because I was missing her badly from the day she left our home," Rebecca uttered, earning a smile from Seraphina.
"So I want to spend some time with our Seraphina, can we take her with us for today and tonight if you don't mind?" Rebecca asked. Nathan nodded, as now he had also started trusting Arzal with his sister completely and Rebecca seemed a good woman too.
"Sure, you can, Mrs Grayson and I know Sephi is more than excited to go with you. Don't you, Sephi?" Nathan uttered, making Seraphina blush and looked down.
Everyone chuckled at her adorableness.
"Ok then, let's go, Seraphina dear. We'll enjoy this day together,"
Seraphina nodded with a big grin and then forbade her goodbye to Nathan and then left with Arzal and Rebecca, completely forgetting about that text.
"Everyone here has missed you so much, Seraphina," Rebecca said, earning a cute grin from Seraphina who was eating the food while sitting on the dining table.
"I've missed all of you too," She replied.
"Yeah but I'm sure you've missed Arzal more, right Arzal?"
Seraphina's cheeks coloured in embarrassment, especially when Arzal who was also present there, looked at her direction and smirked.
"Actually, she hasn't missed me at all, right Sera?" He teased her.
Seraphina sent him a little glare, as he was teasing her, even in front of Rebecca. Rebecca chuckled, by watching them.
"I'm so happy for you both and I am fully sure, Seraphina would be the best daughter in law I could ever wished for,"
Seraphina's heart tingled, at her words.
"Indeed, she will. The best daughter in law and the most beautiful and stubborn wife," Arzal again gave her his mocking grin.
The butterflies inside her tummy started dancing, hearing him. Seraphina didn't reply but just meekly smiled.
"Ok you both eat. I'll go and check out some important documents as Albert is coming to take them, okay?"
The couple nodded and then Rebecca left from there.
"Well we forget to add one more quality of yours, Miss Miller,"
Seraphina scoffed at his words. He leaned closer to her and whispered.
"That in future, I know for sure that my azure eyes enchantress is going to be the most beautiful and amazing mother for our children,"
The butterflies which she was feeling by now, had declared a war against each other, after hearing his words. Arzal noticed how red she had turned at his words.
He chuckled and kissed her hot cheeks and then licked it.
"More tasty than this food," He commented, making her frown cutely and then they both laughed.
Seraphina was telling Arzal about her final exams when she saw someone coming towards them.
"Good afternoon, Mr Grayson,"
Seraphina heard that middle aged man saying. Seraphina had met him once and she remembered he was Albert. Rebecca had introduced him to her.
"After noon, Albert. Mum is in her room. You can collect those reports from her," Arzal uttered. He nodded and then his eyes shifted to Seraphina and then Seraphina saw him walking out from there.
After getting done with eating, Seraphina came to that room where she used to live because she was missing that room.
Seraphina entered that room and a smile formed on her face, watching that room. So many memories had been stored here for her.
She was busy admiring that room when she heard her phone ringing. Seraphina took out her phone from her pocket and her eyes widened by watching the number flashing on it. It was that same number from which she had gotten texts last night and Seraphina's heart halted, realising she had completely forgotten about those texts.
Her phone was continuously ringing, so with a heavy sigh, she picked it up.
"H.. Hello,"
"Didn't I warn you to not come into his home, Seraphina? But you decided to neglect my warning,"
Seraphina heard that unknown voice which sounded desperate and even tensed too.
"Leave from his house, right now if you want to live your life,"
His words made Seraphina angry.
"Who are you and how do you know where I'm? Look, stop with this thing or else I'll tell Arzal about this and then he will handle it on his own," Seraphina tried to threaten him.
"You're not understanding it, Seraphina. Even Arzal can't do anything to stop her from hurting you,"
Seraphina's eyes widened, processing those words. That voice sounded more distressed and even afraid now.
"She is planning on killing you today, so please leave his house immediately,"
"Who are you and tell me how do you know I am in his house?" She questioned him and heard him sighing.
"Because we all are under the same roof. You, me and her,"
