"Because we all are under the same roof. You, me and her,"
"What?" Shock was an understatement, Seraphina was befuddled after hearing him. He was there with her, under one roof but how and who?
Now panic and fear rushed over her. Tears gathered in her eyes. Her whole body started shivering in fear, until.
"Don't be afraid of me, Seraphina if I want to hurt then I would have never risked my life to save you from her,"
Seraphina swallowed hard and the only words she managed to say were.
"Come right now, in front of me or else I'm telling Arzal about this right now,"
"That would make things more harmful for both of us. She will kill me too,"
Seraphina heard him uttering, which made her frustrated and angry.
"But who's going to kill me?"
There was a silence for a moment from the other side before the phone got hung.
Seraphina was startled. She again tried to call him but again, his phone turned off. Tears started shedded down from her eyes. The realisation had shook her to her core. Someone wanted to kill her and someone wanted to save her and they all were under the same roof.
Without wasting any further second, Seraphina rubbed her eyes and decided to go to Arzal, who was in his study room and then to tell him about all of this. Now she had enough.
Seraphina dashed out of her room, in search of Arzal. Now she was terrified, terrified to take a single step in that mansion, knowing what possibly could happen to her at any moment.
She just wanted to hide herself in his embrace and told him to take her fear and problems away and that was what she was going to do because she knew under his warmth, nobody could hurt her.
Taking slow but long strides, Seraphina was walking towards Arzal's study when she saw someone coming towards her. Her feet halted, by watching that person whose eyes were already on her.
That person walked towards her but Seraphina tried to walk past him when she heard something which froze her soul.
"She'll kill you, Seraphina,"
Her eyes widened in horror. She snapped her eyes at him. It was him. The person on that phone call was him. Albert.
"And not only you, she will harm your brother too,"
Tears aggressively started falling from her eyes. She immediately backed away from him.
"S.. Stay away from me. I'll tell him everything," She uttered in between her sobs.
Albert sighed and took a single step towards her direction.
"I want no harm to you or to your brother because I have gotten done taking innocent people's life at her command and I don't want to do it with you too," He said, turning her more afraid.
"She wants to kill every girl with whom Arzal gets associated with,"
Her body was shivering in fear. Her breathing had hardened.
"W.. Who?" She dared to ask him that again.
Albert stared at her for a while before answering.
"Rebecca Grayson,"
The revelation snatched the land under her feet. She looked at him like a statue.
"She wants to tear apart every person away from Arzal's life whom he loves and cares about,"
She took a moment to process his words. Seraphina shook her head.
"No, I don't believe you. Aunt Rebecca can never do this. She's his mother. She loves... "
"Rebecca isn't his mother, Seraphina,"
Shock after shock, he knew Rebecca wasn't his mother.
"She had snatched that right from Arzia, Arzal's mother, to be in her place. She had killed her to take control over Arzal, emotionally and mentally so that he could have this fortune and wealth of Grayson's,"
No, it wasn't possible. It could never. Seraphina shrugged her head abruptly and tried to run away from there until
"Running away from this won't give you any solution, Seraphina because that woman is too cunning and devious, who had even tried to kill your brother that night of his accident,"
Seraphina snapped her head and looked at him bewildered.
"Yes, Rebecca had ordered me to kill your brother that night. She has made to keep my eyes on both of you and killed you the very chance I will get," He told her, making her more petrified.
"And not only this, that day when those men tried to kidnap you from your school when Arzal saved you, she had sent those men to kill you. Dale Lewis's accident wasn't an accident. It was her plan. The person who had sent Benjamin to kill you that day was her but that day I messaged Arzal and told him about Benjamin's plan, so he could save you. Your brother's accident and yesterday that car's attack. They all were her plan to kill you and even your brother but she failed in all of them but today, she's planning on killing you on her own and I'm afraid she will succeed in it which I don't want. I don't want an innocent life to get taken just because of that cunning, selfish and wicked woman and her immoral motives,"
Until now, Seraphina had almost turned lifeless. He wasn't lying because if he did then how could he know about all of this. It was the truth. He was telling her the truth.
Seraphina swallowed hard to calm herself down.
"I've to tell Arzal about all of this,"
"He won't believe you over his mother, Seraphina. Arzal trusts Rebecca blindly, more than his own self," He uttered.
"But if you want I can help you in telling him about all of this but you've to tell him about this right now because she can harm you or your brother at any moment,"
More tears threatened to fall from her eyes. No she could let anything happen to her brother, once again. She would die without him.
Seraphina wiped her tears away and uttered.
"Let's go, we'll tell Arzal about all of this, right now,"
He nodded and then they both went straight to Arzal's study room but only if she knew, instead of getting out, she was falling deeper in that trap.
