I Sighed and gently strokes her hair while placing kisses on her shoulders, lips and neck.
“No need to apologize”. I said those words while stroking her hair .it hurt me to see her in pain, and what was worst was that I was the cause of it.

I shook my head and lay beside her.
“Look at me.'' this time my voice was calm.
She sniffles before looking at me,
“It's not your fault. I was out of my limit today, but I promise it won't happen again “. I said those words and kissed her forehead before caressing her cheek. She closes her eyes to the gentleness of my touch, and I watch her fall asleep peacefully.
When I saw she was fast asleep, I sighed in relief.
I stood up From the bed and covered her properly with a blanket before going for my clothes.
I put on a short and did not bother to put on a shirt.
I left the Mansion through the back door and ran into the woods in anger before shifting to my Wolf.
I kept on running and all I could see was her.my wolf was tormenting me with her memories and I couldn't bare it anymore, so I had to shift back to my human form.
When I got home, Emma was still sleeping. It was obvious she was exhausted.
I pulled away the shorts and went to the shower to take a quick shower. Throughout the bath, I could hear my wolf howling in anger and frustration, but I ignored him because I knew he was under a spell.
''Mate.'' He growled Loudly and angrily.
''Shut up how could you be easily charmed by a dirty magic.'' I yelled at him, but he ignored me and kept howling in my head.
Tiredly, I walked back to my room.
I lay on the bed with just a short, and tried to sleep, but I couldn't because I was having a fight with my wolf.
He kept howling and growling loudly in my head, which I couldn't endure.
He tried forcing me to shift into its form, but I kept him at bay and shut him up.
I felt at ease and breathe in relief, but still couldn't sleep.tiredly, I stood up from the bed and sat at my working table.
I switched on my computer and started working on some documents, in order to keep myself busy for a while.
I worked for hours until I noticed it was past 4am, and I was becoming sleepy. Lazily, I stood on my feet, went to the bed and lay on it and within a minute, I was able to fall asleep.
I was awoken up by the constant ringing of my phone. I wasn't able to get some sleep throughout the night and now that I could sleep, this person thought it was the right time to bother me.
With anger, I went for my phone and picked up the call without checking who the caller was.
“What the fuck is your damn problem.” I shouted in anger.
The line was silent for a while before the person started speaking.
“It seems that you had a very rough night “. I heard the voice and realized it was father.
He always calls at the wrong time.
I groaned in frustration before speaking up,
“Are you okay? ". I asked, even if I wasn't in a good mood, dad was one of the most important things in my life.
We might not have the best father and son relationship, but he has already been there for me when I needed him.
“Yes, I'm fine”.he replied.
I hissed in anger before speaking up,
“Then if you are fine, why are you calling me by this time of the day “. I asked in annoyance
“Calm down young man “.dad spoke in a calm voice.
I moved my gaze around the room and realized Emma wasn't in bed, but I could see her clothes in the room,
“What's the problem this time “. I asked calmly so that ,dad could say what he has to say and leave me alone.

“Yes I'm aware of that, but what does that have to do with me.'' I asked angrily
“Well I thought you should know, and probably welcome him, since you guys were good friends “.dad spoke casually.
Tiredly, I ran my fingers in my hair before speaking up,
“Fine, dad, I will be there “. I murmured
''Good, I'll see you later.''father said those words and ended the call on me.
I noticed the bathroom door and Emma came out With a towel tied around her chest. She walked up to me and kissed me softly on the lips,
“Good morning Derick”.she greeted with a smile on her face.
I took a better look at her to see if I left any Mark or bruises on her, but luckily, I couldn't find any.
“I'm sorry about yesterday, I was out of control”. I apologized to her and got out of the bed
“It's okay, things like that do happen, I think your Wolf was to be blamed for that.'' she smiled at me and went for her things.
When I heard those words from her, I felt relieved that she knew it wasn't my doing but my wolf's.
