Derick's POV
I came out of my car, threw the keys to my driver and walked into the house.
I hurriedly climbed the stairs and barged into my room with anger as my wolf kept howling in my head
''Damn.'' I groaned angrily while I rubbed my two hands on my face
The images of her tears filled eyes were playing in my head which made my wolf whimpered in pain and discomfort.
Groaning angrily, I walked aimlessly around my room while my wolf kept whimpering in anger and pains.
''What the hell is your fucking problem.'' I yelled to my wolf, who howled Angrily at me.
''Why don't you speak, why do you refuse communicating with me.'' I telepath those words to my wolf, hoping he would speak and say something, but rather he howled and shut himself away from me.
''Damn you.'' I spoke in anger and sat on the bed.
With my eyes closed, I took in a deep breath and tried to get her off my head, and this time it worked.
Taking a deep breath, I sighed and stood up from the bed. With heavy feet, I walked into the bathroom and took a cold bath before I walked back to the room.
I walked towards my dressing mirror, picked up the body spray Emma made for me and sprayed it on my body and dried my hair with a towel.
Tiredly, I opened my closet, took out a short and put it on, before going back to my bed.
I sat on the bed and all that happened few minutes ago flashed in my head, but a knock on my door got my attention.
I heard a soft knock on my door and without being told I knew it was she because I could already perceive her scent.
''Come in.'' Slowly the door opened, and she came walking in.
''Greetings Alpha.'' She greeted with her head lowered to the ground.
''Mine.'' My wolf howled in pains
Tired of the torment I was getting from my wolf I groaned and looked away.
I noticed her weak footsteps as she moved closer to me, dropped the bowl of water on the floor and knelled by it, with her gaze on the floor.
I took a better look at her and noticed she was in pains, so much pains that I could hear her crying in my head.
''What is it.'' I asked, not knowing when that left my mouth.
''Nothing.'' She replied with a weak voice with her gaze still on the floor.
''Look at me.'' I ordered
Slowly she raised her head, and we met eyes with each other.
The moment I met eyes with her, I could see her eyes were filled with tears which were threatening to pour out, but she was holding them back.
Everything in me was screaming for me to pull her to myself, give her a tight her, and tell her I'm here and nobody will dare bully her, but I just couldn't.
I have a mate, and I can't let myself be overpowered by charms or spell.
''Can I please have your foot.'' she asked as a pled. without knowing what to do, I reluctantly gave my right foot to her.
The moment she took hold of my foot I felt her hands were freezing, it felt like it was put in a bucket of ice. Without saying a word, she put my feet in the cold water and slowly washed it like a massage, which triggered all the organs in me.
Slowly, she took out my right foot from the bowl of water, and placed it on the floor before giving the other foot to her.
The moment her hands touched my foot, I realized her hands were getting colder. She put my foot in the water and gently washed it, while I noticed her hands were trembling, but not for that of fear but of cold.
She took my foot from the bowl, and placed it on the floor.
''Do you want me to do anything else for you.'' She asked as she stood up from the floor with the bowl of water in her hands.
I heard her, but I did not say a word, rather I stood up from the bed, walked up to the window and stood by it.
The window was left opened, and I noticed the weather was freezing, but We the werewolf wouldn't feel it because of the warmth in our body.
''Cold.'' My wolf whispered to me and I knew what he meant, but I totally ignored it.
''You can leave.'' I said those words with my back to her.
''Mine.'' My wolf kept howling, and howling, causing me a great deal of headache which I couldn't endure.
''Wait.'' I turned around and realized She was almost out of my room.
We met eyes with each other and I could see the curious eyes she gave me, while she walked back into the room and closed the door.
''Keep the bowl on the floor.'' My word came as an order, which she quickly obeyed.
''Damn you.'' I grumbled those words to my wolf, who whimpered in pain.
I slowly took few steps towards her so that we were just an inch apart.
''What can I do for you.'' She asked as she nervously bites her lips which made my Wolf groaned with pleasure.
I stood there without saying a word, unsure of what to say or do.
I noticed she licks her lips and nervously tucked her hairs behind her ears with her gaze on the floor.
''Mine.'' My wolf howled angrily in my head and I couldn't take it anymore.
Without saying a word, I pulled her to myself and made her rest her head on my chest while I wrapped my hands around her neck.
''What are you doing….'' She asked stammering, while she tries to free herself from my arms, but my grip was too strong on her
''Calm down, and let me help,or else you want to freeze to death.'' I grumbled annoyingly.
When she heard those words from me, she stopped resisting me and relaxed in my arms
