''Sir Luciano sent me to call you.'' one of the servants said those words to me as I spread the already washed laundry.
''Thank you, I'll be there.'' I replied knowing why he called, Quickly I spread the remaining cloths, rushed to the Laundry house and dropped the basket before walking towards the directions of the main house.
As I walked towards the main house with heavy feet, I brought forth my injured elbow and stared at the fresh injury on my elbow.
With confused thought, I began to wonder all that happened yesterday, and how can Alpha Derick call me his mate and accused me of witchcraft when I knew absolutely nothing about it.
Everyone knew he has a mate, everyone knew on her eighteenth birthday Emma became his mate, then why do my body shivers with pleasure the moment I met eyes with him, why does it feel like I was attached to him and wishes to be in his arms when he gets too close to me.
All these were little sign that I might be his mate, but I knew that was impossible, I can't be mated to alpha Derick, he has a mate and a gorgeous and powerful one at that.
''Three days.'' I murmured to myself as I swallowed in fear
He has threatened to deal with me if I don't undo whatever I did to him, when actually I did absolutely nothing.
How can the Moon goddess be this cruel to me, first she gave me no wolf and abilities, made me an outcast in my pack, and now I'm in the claws of a powerful alpha who wouldn't spare me.
Realizing I was at the door of the sitting room, I quickly wipe off my tears, took in a deep breath before opening the door.
I walked into the sitting room, and suddenly that familiar cold shiver ran through my body, Quickly I moved my gaze around and met eyes with alpha Derick
''Shit.'' I whispered as I dragged my feet forward, with my gaze away from him.
''You are here, James meet Victoria, she will be your tour guide around here, you can ask her to show you around.'' Sir Luciano spoke up
''God father you know you I don't need to be showed around, I can still remember everywhere in this place, but having such a beautiful guide as her won't mean any harm.'' He said those words and smiled widely at me, revealing his beautiful sets of teeth.
He left where he stood beside Alpha Derick and took few steps closer to me before fixing his gaze on me.
He has thick Brown hair, which was cut and gelled back, a beautiful set of brown eyes which matches the color of his hair, nice cheekbones and broad shoulders which shows he has been working out.
''Hello I'm James.'' His words snapped me out from my thoughts
'' I'm Victoria.'' I replied nervously and took his hand for a handshake.
''Nice name Victoria.'' He smiled widely again, reveling his beautiful sets of arranged teeth before letting go of my hand
''Your hand is too cold for one who is a werewolf.'' He said those words with a soft and friendly chuckle
''Because I'm not one.'' I replied with a weak smile, but deep down I was in pains.
Maybe if I was a werewolf, things would have been so much better.
''Oh, I didn't notice.'' While he said those words I noticed he moves his gaze to my neck and without being told I knew what he was searching for, but unfortunately, there was nothing there.
He moves his gaze back to me and stared at me with a pity look, a look I was used to, before he flashed me a friendly smile
''Nice meeting you again.'' He walked away from me and stood before alpha Derick
''So when do I see your mate, your soon to me Luna, I heard rumors that she is beautiful and also has a powerful wolf.'' James directed those words to Alpha Derick
''She just left, but I'll call her to come meet you during the week.'' Alpha Derick replied like he was being forced to speak.
''I can't wait to meet her.'' James spoke happily while all alpha Derick did was to nod his head with his death glare at me
''Permission to leave.'' I said those words and slightly lowered my head
''Permission granted, you show him around, beginning from tomorrow.'' Sir Luciano spoke up
''Alright sir.'' Quickly, I turned around and walked out of the sitting room.
''Damn.'' I exhaled in relief as I left the sitting room.
Being with alpha Derick in the same room was suffocating, it felt like his gaze could choke me to death.
With heavy feet, I walked away Only to feel a tight grip on my elbow, the same elbow I was injured.
Unexpectedly the person turned me around only for me to meet eyes with a fierce looking alpha Derick.
''What…is it Alpha.'' I asked in fear as I noticed how dark his eyes were
He totally ignored me and quickly closed his eyes for a while before opening them.
''Remember that after today you have just two days to undo whatever you did to my wolf, or I'll use you to set a good example to others.'' He threatened with anger
''I did nothing alpha, please believe me.'' I begged in pains as he tightened his grip on the fresh injury on my elbow
''Shut up, you liar, I'll make sure I deal with you in a way that you will never have the thought of performing charms ever again.'' He yelled and pushed me to the floor
''Ahh.'' I exclaimed in pains while I brought forth my elbow and noticed the injury was now bigger and bringing out blood.
Painfully, I gulped in pains and drew back the tears threatening to fall down my eyes.
I can't let him see me this weak, I can't let him have the pleasure of seeing my tears.
Slowly I stood up from the floor, stared at my wounded elbow, before moving my gaze back to him.
I noticed his eyes on my wounded elbow before he moved his gaze back to me.
We met eyes with each other, but I quickly looked away, turned around and walked away in pains.
Without having any direction in mind, I left the mansion, hoping I would be able to escape from everything.
