There was a petite guy tied to the chair. He was shaking like a leaf as soon as he saw Keiran.
"So you were threatened? " Keiran glared at the guy in front of him.

The man looked up frantically as soon as he heard the alpha voice.
"What were you threatened with? " Keiran took a step closer.

Evelyn nervously gripped her dress. She wanted to know too but she was scared. The omega felt her heartbeat speed up. Her palms were getting sweaty.

"They're acting quick. They want to take you before you realize who you are because they won't be able to control you if that happens, " Niya looked at Evelyn.
"What do they want from me?" Evelyn asked, frustrated as she clenched her fists.
"Power, Evelyn. They want power. You don't know how powerful you are and that's their advantage. You can wipe out a whole army by yourself. There aren't many people like you in this world right now. Most of them are either extinct or hiding. Your children might be able to inherit your powers too and that's also a factor which puts your life in danger, " Niya looked at the girl worriedly.
"I don't want you to end up like your mother, " Niya took a deep breath.
"But what can she do? How can she control her powers? " Keiran intervened.
"Training. Like any other skills, this needs training too. I can help because I've been with your mother till her last breath. I know how she used her powers, " Niya offered with a small smile.
"Will I be able to stop them if I can control my powers? " Evelyn tilted her head.
The witch gave her a small smile. "Of course, dear. You'll be able to stop them all by yourself,"
"Then I'm ready, " The omega said determinedly.
"Evelyn, are you sure you want to do this? " Keiran questioned worriedly.
Training your mind is a lot different than training your body. It was stressful and it might mentally exhaust you. He was afraid that it might affect his mate's mental health.
"I'm sure, Keiran. I've been running away from the day I was born. I don't want to hide anymore. I'm gonna face them. I'm strong so don't worry, " Evelyn tried to assure her mate.
Keiran still looked worried but he agreed with her decision.
"Don't worry, Keiran. I won't tire her out," Niya smiled at the alpha.
She was happy to know that Evelyn's mate was as caring and loving as she thought he would be.
