The Alpha's Triangle

Chapter 64 Omega Mary

Ch. 64 / 200 Jun 24, 2025

Everyone was buzzing about Zira’s pregnancy, especially since she’s been going to the doctor with Isaiah in tow. Now this! Right when you think things calm down you find out the Alpha has not one but two pregnant women. I looked at the positive pregnancy test on the sink inside of the Alpha’s and Luna’s bathroom. I quickly threw it away, wishing I never laid eyes on it. I’m not sure who I feel sorry for more. Zira, because she is obviously in love with someone else’s mate, tries to get away, and now she’s trapped with having his baby. Or Alaia, the new girl who just got married to a guy who impregnated another girl, so she hurried to get pregnant to compete.

Who don’t I feel sorry for? Isaiah. He deserves a bit of drama and I hope he gets hell for all this. You just don’t go around having unprotected sex with people who aren’t your chosen mate because in the end it’s the women that gets to bear the hard part of it. The only good thing about this is the great writing material I could use for my book. I have to think of a good name. The Messy Trio? No. Bermuda Baby Triangle? Ha! That’s crazy.

Being surrounded by drama tends to freak me out. There are too many emotions in the air and as an Omega we can pick up on them easily. Best way to deal with that: aromatherapy. I picked up one of Luna's perfumes and gave myself a little spritz. The swell aroma of warm cinnamon surrounded me and I felt a bit calmer. I walked back into the main room with the bin in my hands. I had to get rid of it before Alaia finds out I know. I’m only great with secrets because I don’t converse with a lot of people but I didn’t want to know any of hers.

I stopped as I heard a noise coming from the closet. In an instant the door to the closet turned into what looked like black ink with a swirling pink mist around it. I quickly back into the corner holding the waste bin in front to try to hide behind. Who was I kidding? It barely covered my face.

Soon a figure walked through the door and it was none other than Alaia. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She just appeared from the void in the door. That only meant one thing. She was a witch! We have a Luna witch. That's-that's-so badass but freaking scary at the same time. I was wondering what other spells she could do while trying to will my body to move out of the room as well. I held my breath as she placed a huge ugly looking book into her night stand. I tried moving towards the door but she caught me before I could leave.

“Omega Mary?” I froze at her saying my name and slowly turned to face her with my eyes down. I could feel her apprehension vibrating through my skin like nervous ticks. I get it. Someone like me falling onto a secret like this could be troublesome but who would listen to me anyway. It’s not like werewolves and witches had some sort of beef.

“What did you just see,” she asked cautiously. I could feel her getting closer and my mouth became dry. So dry that when I tried to speak nothing came out. She grabbed my chin and forced me to look at her. Her icy blue eyes froze me to my core and I knew she could feel the fear shaking through my body.

“Because it would be a shame if you saw something other than me walking out of a regular closet. Do you understand,” she asked, letting me go so I could nod. “Great, you can leave.”

I started to walk out when I noticed I was still holding the waste bin. I didn’t want her to think I was trying anything so I turned around to her glaring at me.

“Can I help you with something,” she asked with irritation.

I still couldn’t find the words so I shoved the waste bin her direction.

She moved away from me, disgusted. “What are you doing?”

“There was something personal on the sink and I swear I didn't try to look. I threw it away,” I said softly while thanking the Goddess for giving me back my voice.

Alaia looked at me confused for a moment before the realization hit her. She quickly grabbed the waste bin and pulled out the test. She looked at the test and a slow creepy grin spread across her face. I was expecting more of a scream or excited jump but no. It was more like a self pat on the back. Maybe for witches or half witches it's common to have babies. For werewolves the struggle was real. She carefully tucked the test away and looked at me with a serious glare.

"No one hears of this. Do you understand?"

I guess I didn’t nod fast enough because she was on me til my back was against the wall. She seemed a bit taller than before and the room darkened til the point I couldn’t see anything but Alaia. I really hope this wasn’t the end of my story. I had so many books to read and write. I haven’t even found my mate. Oh please let me live. I silently prayed to the Goddess.

"And Omega Mary? If someone does before I announce it there will be consequences."

Those last words were enough to put a little fire under my feet as I ran away from the room and Alaia’s stare. Werewolves are normally hot blooded creatures but this woman could make you feel like you’re stuck in a frozen lake. When I heard the Alpha's door open, I quickly ran to the next room to clean that was on my list, Isabella’s. I closed the door and took a moment to calm myself. I don’t know why but all of a sudden I felt tears streaming down my face. I don’t think I’ve ever been this shaken before.

I cleaned my face and began cleaning. At least the work will take my mind off of things til I can go back to the comfort of my room. I only had this room and Alaia's personal room to clean. I was thinking of leaving that one last. I was almost done when I heard someone coming into the room. I freaked thinking Alaia had more things to say to me and hid away in one of the closets.

" I can't-I can't believe you are actually thinking about this," Isabella yelled.

"Can you at least wait til I close the door before yelling all my secrets," Zira said, closing the door behind them.

I really, really didn’t want to be here. I've had enough of people's secrets. Maybe if I just laugh and get out right now, they’ll just let me leave. I was about to open the closet when Zira said, “I’m getting an abortion, Isa. With or without you.”

Well there goes my plan. I tried covering my ears but I could still hear everything they were saying. I couldn’t help but feel Zira’s desperation and Isabella’s uneasiness throughout the entire conversation. This was bad. Not as bad as me almost losing my life earlier but it was close.
