Eero’s perspective
I opened my mouth and was about to shout for help. Alpha Ameo would protect me if I promise to help him in return. Then I would think of a way to get out of this cursed place.
But Trevor was prepared for that. It was as if he can see right through me. He took out a double-edge knife from his back and swirled it between fingers.
"Are you sure you want to create an unnecessary noise?"
Trevor finally sat at the edge of my bed. There was no room for me to maintain a decent gap between the two of us.
"I can surely throw this in your neck and kill you faster than one can come up to check on you if you shout." He took a small pause.
He trailed the pointy end of the knife from my lips down to my chest. Trevor's lusty eyes found mine, and he started to chuckle like a mad man.
"You are free to pick between the options I offered," he said.
I didn't say anything nor make any move, and that made him smile at me.
"Good girl. I always knew that you were a smart girl," he said.
Trevor placed the knife against my neck to make sure that I wouldn't try to fight against him as he moved his face closer to mine.
"God, you are so beautiful, and you are mine tonight," he whispered before clashing his lips with mine. But I moved my face away from his. His lips only lands on the corner of my lips.
"Please. D-Don't do this to me. Did Serra ask you to do this again?"
His mouth found its way to my chest covered underneath the blouse. With his tongue, he removed my blouse. Trevor then traced small circles on top of my shirt with his sinful tongue while I was holding my breath.
"You are no longer a virgin, right? It won't hurt anymore. Baby, rest assured that you will enjoy me better than that Alpha," he said it, sounding like a promise.
I froze on my bed. With his right hand, he put away my hair and was about to kiss my neck. Suddenly, he stopped, frozen on his spot.
I looked at him in the eye.
"Alpha Claudius marked you as his mate? I thought that you were just his breeder. His cheap whore." He asked me confusedly.
"Do you still want to violate me?" I asked him back.
Trevor pursed his lips in a thin line, his jaw clenching.
"Our wolves are now bonded with each other. He would know that you raped me if you continue this madness."
Trevor remained still in the very same position where he froze earlier. He couldn't believe that I was indeed marked by the Alpha.
"Yes, all of you are safe for now because of that barrier. But none of you are certain if the barrier will last long." I saw fear in his eyes. I just needed to feed him more of it, and then this man will surely stop.
"Once the barrier along Moon River's territory falters and vanishes, you will be the first man that the Alpha will look for."
"You knew that he will kill you within a blink of an eye. When that happens-"
He got up and left before I finished my words. The next minute, I heard Serra and Trevor arguing in front of my room.
"Marked? Why would the Alpha mark a woman like her?"
"How would I know? But I can't be wrong. Eero has the Alpha's mark on her neck. I may be lustful towards her, but I am not going to put my life on the line just to get a taste of her."
"What? You are a fucking coward, Trevor! I should have known that!" Serra shouted before she burst open my door.
She was like an angry bull charging towards me. Her eyes darkened, and then she clenched her jaw even more after checking the mark on my neck herself.
"How did that happen? Why do you have the Alpha's mark?" She shouted at me, her voice dripping with anger and jealousy.
"You are such a flirt, Eero! How did you manage to seduce and lure the Alpha into giving you his mark?" She asked.
"Why do you want to know that? So you could do the same thing to other Alpha as well?"
"What?" She spat angrily.
"You've been sleeping around. You had sex with Cohen, the new Alpha of the Dark Moon fucked you, and you even tried to seduce Beta Caspian, am I right?"
Serra fisted her hand.
"Are you finally getting sick of men just using you for your body, but no one offers to give you his mark? Is that why you are asking me how I did it?" I mocked her.
All those words angered her.
"You had this coming, Eero. You were asking for it!" She said before grasping my hair and dragging me out of my room.
Trevor was still standing outside my room. He was following Serra as she took me out of the room.
"Serra, what do you think you are doing? Let Eero go!"
"What? Have you been charmed by this bitch as well? Did you grow a soft spot for her?"
"What are you talking about?! It's you whom I care about. If Alpha Ameo finds out that you hurt Eero, you'd be screwed!"
"So be it! I don't care if I must face my father's wrath. I just need to send this cheap whore into the place where she should be, and that's in the dungeon!"
