"You're nothing but a bully, a bastard, a worthless man, a disgrace, and most of all, an ingrate!" Colton said.
"Who are you to call me that when you know nothing about me? All Mia told you about me are nothing but lies." He mumbled. The gun was still pointed at the side of his head.
"What more is there to know about you than being a person who portrays all of the qualities I mentioned. You should be ashamed of yourself. You call yourself a man, yet you depend on a woman for money."
"She did that out of her will. She was the one always opening her purse every time I was in need." He said without a care in the world.
"And you still have the guts to justify your useless self. Haven't you got no shame?"
"What's there to be ashamed of? We loved each other and we were each other's responsibility, so?"
Colton exhaled. He honestly felt like slapping some senses into Chris. "Did you just mention Love? You loved Mia or you were just using her?"
".....W...well" He stammered. "I loved her at first but then she became really annoying. She was clingy, overly protective, and gradually becoming boring. There was nothing really exciting about her again so I had to get my pleasure elsewhere."
Colton couldn't take it anymore. He rose to his feet, approached Chris, and gave him a blow on his cheek. Christoph groaned in pain as blood started to come out from his mouth.
"You bastard! You're going to regret this!!!!" He winced in pain as he threatened Colton.
Colton wanted to hit Chris one more time but he stopped himself. He had never been a violent person but the douchebag before him was bringing the worst out of him.
"Regret what? because I dealt with you for speaking ill about a woman? She loved you with everything she had. She literally would do anything for you and you took her for granted!"
"Why in hell would you even call her boring? You knew her for a while before you asked her out. If you truly loved her for who she was, you wouldn't have any problem with her personality."
"For crying out loud, She was your woman. If she did anything you didn't like, you could have just discussed it with her. Seeing how much she loved you, I'm sure she wouldn't think twice before she changed"
"If you guys' lifestyle as a couple was getting boring, there are ways you could have spiced it up, Groom Mia to be what you want in a woman. But of course, you're really dumb so I don't expect you to know that!"
"You are justifying Mia's actions of not hesitating to spend on you. You're claiming you both are responsible for each other when in fact she does literally everything for you. Now that she's broke, you dumped her and moved on to another rich woman?!"
"Pleaseeeeeee, She has always been broke. I was only managing he...." Christoph didn't even finish his sentence when he felt a hand land across his face. Colton hit him.
"Dude, I feel like strangling you! People like you shouldn't be alive."
"Why do you care so much about that FOOL? Who's she to you? Or is she fucking you too? Too bad you've got a sour taste. She isn't even sexually appealing"
In a twinkle of an eye, Colton appeared before Chris, strangling his neck. Chad tucked his gun in his pocket and intervened.
They already had a plan and killing Chris wasn't part of the plan. Colton had never had blood in his hands and Chad wasn't going to make that happen now. Killing anyone would only worsen the situation. Colt had himself and his family's reputation to protect.
After several attempts, Chad was finally able to separate Colt from Chris who was tied to the chair, coughing and trying to take in air at the same time. To be honest, he had never seen Colt this mad.
"There's no point exchanging words with him Boss, He's not worth it," Chad said, trying to calm Colt.
"Call the police!" Colt instructed. Chad took out his phone from his pocket to do just that.
"What?" Chris voiced out, looking dumbfounded. The last time he checked, he should be the one calling the police for them and not the other way around.
"Turns out Mia isn't the only Girl you've treated like trash. Even while you were still dating her, you cheated on her and were also using those girls. For the records, you're a Fraud! You are lazy as fuck, you chose not to have a job but take advantage of innocent women for their money."
"Don't say anything when you know nothing about me! I used to have a Job!" He defended.
"You used to have a job at the bar when you and Mia first got together. If I may ask, why were you fired?" Colton challenged. Apparently, Chad sent him a file this morning, containing all the bad things Chris had done.
"Who are you to go digging about my personal life?"
"Your matter became my concern the moment you hurt Mia and other innocent women. Like, how the hell do you sleep at night after all the pain you've caused them?"
"From working at the bar to different restaurants and supermarkets, you've been fired because of your promiscuity. Even though I let all of that slide, I'll never forgive you for giving Mia a police record, for body-shaming her, and for using her."
"Body shaming? There's a difference between body shaming and stating the obvious." Chris defended.
"Stating the obvious to the point of making her want to do some useless surgery?"
"Well, that's her business if she opts for surgery!"
"You're a maniac! You know, I didn't want to take this too far. I only had the intention of talking to you, one on one, man to man, make you realize your mistakes and make you apologize for everything you've done to Mia."
"But you are not even sorry for everything you've done to her! My confrontation with you here only proves that you will still go out there to cause harm to people"
"All our conversation here is recorded." He pointed to a camera Chad had fixed beforehand. "I've reached out to who you termed your current gold digger. Sylvie Russ. A copy of our conversation here will be sent to her. I hope this clears up all the lies you've told her."
"You can't do that to me! Do you know how hard I worked for her to accept me?" Sylvie was a very rich businesswoman who lost her husband a few months ago. So Christoph had been with her since then, pretending to care about her for his benefit.
"I forwarded the file Chad sent to me to my lawyer. From all of your deeds, he found so many things to charge you for. So don't worry, you will be spending a long time in jail"
"Seems they are here already," Chad said, referring to the police as he picked up his phone that was ringing. He made his way out of the warehouse.
"You will not get away with this! I promise you!" Christoph said with gritted teeth.
"I'd love to see your threat come alive. That's if you do not die in prison!"
"You Bastard!!!!" He hissed at Colton.
Chad walked in with two police officers. Colton exchanged pleasantries with them. "Sorry, we had to tie him up this way. He was proving really difficult to handle and the blood from his mouth was a result of a blow from me. He said what he shouldn't have said.
Chad will give a copy of the recording of all that went down here. My lawyer will also be waiting at the station for you with other evidence."
Chad's boys untied Christoph and the police officers took him away.

"I've known you for a very long time, Boss. But I only saw a different side of you today. Miss Mia must really be special." Chad said. He was walking Colton to the Car.
"Emotional abuse is something that I don't joke with. Besides, it pisses me off when people are being so unfair and are not sorry about it. It was evident that Chris would continue hurting people and I'm glad that we found dirty things about his past that we can use to send him to prison."
"Is Mia special to me? I don't have an answer to that. For some reason, the images of her crying when telling me all what that douchebag did to her refuse to leave my head. I'm so satisfied that I got justice for her."
"I don't know her much but I can tell she's an amazing person. I wish her well and I hope she finds peace and the courage to move on. On that note, you don't have to watch her from afar anymore. You're discharged from your duty."
