"Stand up and do it again," Tyler shouted to us.
We have been running on the field for almost one hour now, and every time one of us falls down or stops, he adds ten more laps.
"This is insane Tyler!" Loui shouted.
"Don't call me by my name Loui, I am Beta Tyler and if you call me by that name again, I promise you will be locked down in the dungeon." He said.
"Don't forget who I am," she said.
"As far as I know, you are no one. Another 10 laps." He said to all of us.
I looked at everyone and they seemed very irritated by Loui's action.
"Hey Ruby, let us try running backward for a change," I said to her.
"Huh? That's weird." She said while running.
"That's funny. My brother and I used to do that when we were kids." I said to her.
I turned my back to her and started running backward.
"You're crazy." She said, but after a minute she joined me. The other girls laugh at us but after a few minutes they join us and we are all laughing the way we are running except Loui.
Beta Tyler hooked his head but didn't say anything.
I caught him concealing his laugh a few times.
"That's it. All of you will have a sparring partner. Your sparring partner will be your packmate," he said.
I looked at Ruby and she just hit me on my butt. All of us laugh at her actions. How can I possibly hurt her when we are close like this? The other girls started to talk to us too, except Loui and some of the female fighters who sided with her.
We fought each other until Beta Tyler dismissed us all.
Feeling exhausted, I go straight to my room to wash my body and go straight to bed.

A knock on the door woke me up.
"Go away," I said while putting my pillow in my ears.
I covered my ears with my pillows, but all of a sudden my door banged on the wall. It was forcefully opened by someone.
"What the hell is your prob----- y-your Majesty?" I said.
His eyes are now pitch black and he is shaking in fury. What have I done to make him so mad? What happened?
"Gut up." He ordered.
I got up in no time, but to my surprise, he stood there frozen. I look at what he is looking for and am terrified, seeing how stupid I am.
I am just wearing my undies in front of the King. A growl came into his mouth and all of a sudden he forcefully closed the door and pinned me against the wall. He is still covering his hand with his gloves and he is just an inch away from my face and body. His scent is starting to give my body a different sensation. Like, I wanted to touch him.
"What do you think you're doing, Katharina? Are you trying to provoke me? To seduce me?" He said. I almost tasted his mouth.
"No, my Lord, I forgot that I went to bed almost naked. I also didn't think that you were coming here." I said, not looking into his eyes because if I did that, I knew that I would lose my mind.
"Why didn't you come to lunch and dinner?" He said, smelling me.
A shiver ran into my body as it was a sudden reaction to his closeness. This is totally insane. I'm freaking attracted to him.
His presence is turning me on.
"I-I fell asleep my Lord. I'm sorry. Beta Tyler training is different, it is exhausting." I said again.
"I can smell you, Katharina," he said. His hands moved from my neck down to my exposed cleavage into my exposed tummy.
I want to feel his bare hands, but his gloves protect them. Why the heck is he using them anyway?
I feel that I'm going to explode at his touch even if his skin is not touching mine. I want his touch all over me. I want to kiss him so badly, but I'm controlling myself.
Knowing that he can read my mind, he smirks in my face, and his hand that travels into my body found its way to my butt and pulls me closer to his manhood. The heat of his body is unbearable. I want to hold him too, but before I can touch him, he holds my hands above my head.
"No bare touching, my dear," he said.
"It's unfair," I said.
He chuckles in my ears.
"Your body is very responsive, Katharina. I want you to eat now. Dinnertime was finished. I will call someone to prepare us food in the dining room." He said, waiting for my response.
"Why? Did you not eat?" I asked.
"Yes, I've been out the whole day." He said.
"Okay, I will follow you there. I will just put on some decent clothes, your Majesty"
He stops me before I can move.
"I think that's a better idea, though I prefer you naked.." He said before leaving me in my room, slightly smiling.
I think if I look at my face now, it's as red as a tomato. What the hell happened, Katharina? You almost kissed the King and he saw your body almost naked.
It's his fault. He came into my room. And told me to stand up!
I said to myself. The king is very unpredictable. Why is he concerned all of a sudden that I didn't eat? He said that he was out the whole day. How did he know that I had skipped my lunch and dinner? Does he have someone looking after me? or maybe all of us?
Stop thinking Katharina. The king is waiting for you in the dining room.
I remind myself that he is not my mate, so it's not good to think those things about him.

Zeus Point of View
I can't believe it. I almost kissed her. I can't control myself whenever I’m around her. If I kissed her at that moment, she would know that I was her mate. I hate it when I cover myself too much because of her.
When my mother told me that she hadn't eaten her lunch and dinner, I became worried. After I patrol the whole border of the Kingdom, I hurriedly go to her room. I froze to where I stood when I saw her almost naked.
Her body is perfect, it turns me on. I can't take my eyes off her. My wolf inside me wants to take her and mark her right there, but I control myself.
I can read her mind and she wants me. I can smell it, my wolf and I can smell her desire.
This is bad. The more I see her, the more I get attached to her, and the more my bond to her is getting stronger, while it confuses her because she doesn't know. If she lost in the fight, my wolf would surely kill me if I didn't take her as our mate. But it is the only way to make her worthy of my mate. A lot of royals will question her if I just end up accepting her as my mate without showing them that she is suited for the position.
But what can I do? I need to prove that she is worthy of the crown. My Dad is still mad at me because of my decision, while Mom is very confident that my mate will win this fight.
What if she discovers that I'm his mate and she gets mad at me for hiding the truth? I said to myself.
She's now sitting in her designated seat which is too far from me.
"Katharina, sit here," I said.
She looks surprised but follows my orders. She sits beside me looking at her plate. She seemed afraid to look at me.
I started to get some food and I couldn't help myself putting some food on her plate. That makes her look at me.
"Thank you." She said, picking up her fork.
"How's the training today?"
"It's great. Beta Tyler improved our stamina and our fighting skills, but we are all exhausted after it." She said.
I can't stop watching her while she's eating. What it feels like to taste those kissable lips.
I gulped, looking at her drinking her juice. This is odd and stupid of me. The bond that I only know is getting stronger. My wolf is getting uneasy inside of me. He wants to claim what is his, but I need to think before I move.
When she finishes her food and excuses herself. I watched her walk away.
