I wake up with the smell of food in front of me. I opened my eyes and saw that there were two guys sitting with hamburgers in their hands. My stomach is now crumbling with the smell of it.
"Kalvin the girl is awake." Guy A says to Guy B, who is Kalvin.
"Give her food and water, Lino. I don't want to see that girl die because we starved her.” Kalvin said to Guy A, who is Lino.
Lino stood up and offered me a bottle of water and one of his burgers. My stomach crumbled again with the smell of it. I took it and ate it all in just three bites.
"Where is Loui?" I asked.
"Loui's out, she's not here but she will come back later," Kalvin answered.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"I am Kalvin and that's Lino. We are Loui's cousins," Kalvin said.
"Why are you helping her? You know this is bad and you may get killed because of this." I said.
"It's a family thing, you threatened her life. She told us that you want to kill her because she's ruining your plan. We are just here to watch over you and prevent you from escaping." Kalvin said.
"Threatened? Who told you that? Even Zeus doesn't know that Loui helps Duren to Kidnap him. How come we threatened her?"
They look into each other, taking my words against Loui's words.
"We don't believe you! She's our family and we will believe in her, not you. So shut the f*ck up and eat before I change my mind and starve you." Lino said.
"But, it’s true. We didn't know about her being a traitor until she showed herself to me when I was captured by Duren. You must not do this. The Moon is watching and she will hate you for this. Loui is lying to both of you. If I wanted to kill her, she'd already been dead by now." I said.
"Don't use the Moon against us. We know what we are doing!" Lino.
"Really? I think you're not." I said, raising my eyebrows.
But before he could reply to my words, Loui slammed the door open.
"What's happening here?" She asks, looking at me and her cousins.
"You just arrived at the right time. Come on, tell them about what you've done to me." I said.
She looks at me and at her cousins.
"Don't believe this B*tch! I am the one who's telling the truth, I will not lie to you guys." Loui said with a fake sad face.
"Don't worry, we don't believe her," Lino said.
"Thanks", then she looked at me, "you B*tch, stop talking or I'm going to cut your tongue out." She said, holding me roughly in the chin.
"You're making a mistake using your cousins against Zeus. We both know the truth Loui, they're your family. You must protect them rather than use them because of your selfishness. Zeus will kill them if he finds out they helped you." I said, but she slapped me hard this time.
"Don't tell me what to do", she looks at Kalvin and Lino "put a tape in her mouth and don't give her food. Let her starve." She said before leaving.
Kalvin walked towards me and put tape on my mouth. He just looks at me with a weird look. I think he's thinking about what I said to them. He should realize how dangerous this situation is for them.
"Lino, let's go out. The others can watch her from the outside. There is no way she can escape here." Kalvin said.
"Okay, let's go to town. I want to eat something better." Lino answered before they left me too.
I just wish that Zeus didn't give Loui the throne and find ways to find me. It would be so easy if he had already marked me. I know he can find me. I trust him.

- Zeus Point of View -
It's been one day since I last saw her. I wish that I could have marked her so that I can find her so easily.
Markus, Ramus, and Sam were helping me to find her in the other packs but they didn't have any news.
Troy and the other trackers don’t have any news about Loui and Candice's scent.
"Son, you haven't slept yet. You need to rest for a while just to regain your strength." Mom said.
She hasn't left my side since Kath was kidnapped. She's been helping a lot also by giving tasks to every female fighter in the kingdom.
"Mom, you know that I can't. Any minute there will be news about Kath and I want to be the one who knows it." I said, feeling exhausted from what was happening.
"But you can't help them if you're weak. Go and sleep, I will wake you if there is any news about her, remember... if you don't find her until tomorrow, Loui will show herself with Kath but with the price of your throne." Mom said.
I know she's right, but I can't help it. My wolf is stirring inside of me. He is anxious about his mate.
"Zeus!" Tyler slams my office door open.
"What?" I ask.
"We found her," Tyler said.
Sudden energy fills me. Finally.
"Where?"
"In their rest house near the beach," Tyler said.
"That is the reason we can't track her scent because of the ocean. She's smart. She knows that we can't locate them because of the saltwater scent," I said.
"What do you want us to do?" He asks.
"Tell our men to gather outside, we are going to attack them now. Tell Markus, Ramus, and Sam to follow as our backup since they are outside the kingdom. Let's go!" I said to Tyler.
Tyler nodded and hurriedly went out. I glance at my mother and she just nods at me.
Kath, just wait for us. We're coming to save you. I swear, even if they were girls, I would kill them myself because of what they have done. I will also mark you as soon as I take you home. I will not let this thing happen again. I said to myself before I ran outside.
I look at them and give orders. I need their whole cooperation and attention. I don't want this rescue to fail, I need her, and I will get her back, no matter what it costs.
