Never in my existence have I felt afraid, and I don’t care if I sound weak. I want my mate to be safe. I want her back. I was afraid of losing her, and that piece of sh*t forcefully mated with her successfully.
The three-hour trip from Omnirous Park became a one-hour trip because of my adrenaline. I need to prepare my army for battle. I don't know how many they are and who I'll be fighting. That Alpha Rogue might have some allies in the kingdom.
I rushed into my Mother's room.
"Mother! Kath was kidnapped." I said.
"I know." She said, looking down on a piece of paper.
"You know? How?" I asked.
"There's someone who sent me photos of her and gave me this letter." She said, giving me the envelope on her desk. I saw her tears running down her cheeks.
"Mother?" I looked at her completely confused.
I opened the envelope and I saw Kath sleeping in a bed with a man beside her. But his face was hidden. I looked at all the pictures until I came to the last one. It's my father with a woman younger than him. Maybe she's in her 30's, they are hugging each other.
"That is Veronica, your father's real mate." And then she collapsed and cried so hard, hugging herself. I felt mad at my father for betraying my mother. That's the reason why I haven't seen him these past few days. He's with her mistress.
I look at my mother while she's controlling her sobs.
"Mother, are you alright?" I asked, worrying that she couldn’t take it.
"I'm fine Zeus. I felt bad for myself because of what was happening right now. But look, your father seems so happy with her, I can take it. I will reject him soon for him to be with his mate." She said, faking her smile. Her kind heart always makes me proud that she's my mother. I will never forgive my father for doing this all of a sudden. He could at least talk to Mom before he left with his woman.
"Don't worry Mom, I'm still here with you," I said, hugging her, but before I forget. I needed to ask her about this Markus. "Mom, Markus is still alive," I said.
She pushes me a little bit and looks shocked at what I said.
"That's impossible! I saw how my Dad killed him in front of me. I can't hear his heartbeat anymore and our bond was gone." She said.
"Mother, listen to me. I don't know what happened but this Markus, he got Katharina and he wants to destroy the Kingdom." I said.
"No! Markus would not do that! He is a kind and loving person!" She said.
"Mother, there's an attack inside the palace, and this Markus, who is the Alpha of the rogues, was the leader. He is building his own army of rogues in Alurius' pack," I said.
"It can't be happening right now. I don't know what to think", she said, totally confused.
"Mom, all I need for you to do right now is to be strong for me and for our people. I will gather all our fighters and attack them tomorrow before the Blue Moon. This is to save my mate," I said.
"Don't worry about me, just help Kath and I will support you." She said before grabbing my hand "don't hate your father, Zeus, even if he was not a good father to you and a good mate to me, still..... he is your father." She said pulling me and hugging me once again before she let go.
I know that she's worried and controlling her emotions regarding Markus.
I ran down the stairs and called for Harry to gather all our fighters, even the girl fighters needed to come with us. I mind-link Tyler and we all discuss what we are going to do.
"We will attack them by dawn and the Omnirous pack will be helping us. I need to save my mate and we will kill all of them if needed." I said.

This stupid King doesn't know about my betrayal to the Royals. I'm sick and tired of their rulings in our world. It's time to kill them all and give my family the right to rule once again.
Yes! That's right... My grandfather was the last King in our family until the Royals claim the throne for themselves. Because of that, I grew hating them. I trained and become strong until I gain the position of being one of the Royals fighters.
I look at him in disgust, looking so worried for a stupid weak girl. Markus and Duren need to know about their plan. I don't want them to lose in this fight. He needs to prepare his men and Duren's fighters for this war.
Zeus look at me and I fake half-smile at him to cover my smirk. He's too stupid to realize that I am the spy in this castle. I know he will not suspect me. I learned from the witch I came across how to block his mind-reading ability. Thanks to that witch and here I am laughing internally at how stupid he looks right now.

I look at the night sky. The Moon Goddess must be looking at me too. My heart was broken into million pieces once again. He is still ALIVE! I keep saying to myself. How is that possible? I know that my dad killed him. Our bond was gone that day.
After twenty-five years of believing that he was dead, now my Son telling me that my mate is still alive and kidnap my soon to be daughter-in-law. I can't believe that he can do that. He was kind and loving person. A great leader to his pack. He is the Alpha of the Alurious pack that was loved and respected by everyone.
I can't understand. When I saw him there, lying lifeless in front of me, I can feel the emptiness inside of me.
I know that he has an explanation about this. I need to know the truth, I need to talk to him, I need to see him again and most especially I want to save Katharina for my son's sake.
I'm going to see Markus and I will try to stop this war.
