The Alpha Triplets and the Rogue

Chapter 419 Complete

Ch. 419 / 580 Jan 28, 2026

Tish POV

It has been a week since I took my life into my hands and tried have myself turned into a werewolf. The twins have been smothering me with love and affection to the point where I just need a moment to breathe. I woke up early this morning, and much to my surprise, the twins are already gone.

I throw on a robe and quietly pad down the hallway to Macy's room. I peek my head inside and see Macy playing quietly on her floor. As I push the door open, Macy looks up from her dolls, and a bright smile spreads across her face.

"Mommy," she squeals as she runs toward me.

Her little arms wrap around my waist, and I cannot believe that I was willing to risk my life for a mark on the twins necks. I kneel down and hug her close to my chest, loving the way that she feels in my arms.

"I am sorry you aren't a werewolf," Macy says as she leads me across her room to her dollhouse.

"Are you sad that I am not a werewolf?" I ask her.

Macy wrinkles her eyebrows, and I can tell that she is deep in thought. "No," she replies. "I love you the way you are."

"You are so wise for a three year old," I say, sitting on the floor with her.

Macy giggles loudly, but I don't think it is at what I have said. Her eyes wander around the room, and she keeps giggling as if she is watching something funny.

"What do you see, Munchkin?" I ask.

"Nyx is pretending to be a horse," she snickers.

"I didn't know you could see Nyx," I respond.

Macy turns her attention back to me and nods her head up and down. "Sometimes she lives in my mind, and sometimes I can see her."

"Oh, I didn't know werewolves could do that," I reply.

"They can't," Macy replies. "Only Nyx can."

"Oh," I reply, a little more concerned. But I don't want to alarm Macy, so I continue playing with her as if everything is normal, and I make a mental note to ask the twins about it.

"Lila is at the door," Macy says, not looking away from her dollhouse.

Not even a second later, there is a knock at her door, and Lila comes in. Tears well up in my eyes as I think about when Narah was still alive and how she would speak in riddles. I don't want that for my daughter, but I don't know how to approach the situation.

"The twins are waiting for you in your room," Lila says quietly. "They asked me to come get Macy for the day."

I eye Lila suspiciously. I trust her, but I know Macy makes her uncomfortable because of Nyx.

"I can handle her," Lila smiles as she holds out her hand for Macy. "We are getting to know one another."

She leads Macy out of her room, and I debate on what to do. I am so embarrassed by my actions that I don't think I can face the twins showering with me more gifts. I could have lost everything because I doubted their love for me. I couldn't have been more wrong.

The twins love me despite my many, many, many faults. Then it occurs to me that I don't think I have apologized. I have to let them know how sorry I am for putting myself in danger.

Rushing from Macy's room, I run down the hall. My bedroom door is barely cracked open, and I can hear Kaden and Kai arguing inside. I peek inside the door and they are looking in the mirror with funny looks on their faces.

"Mine is better," Kai says, pushing Kaden out of the way of the mirror.

"Mine is more accurate," Kaden says, shoving him back.

The door creeks loudly, and the twins turn to look at me. They are both running toward me within seconds, and I don't have time to react. Kai grabs one arm, and Kaden grabs the other. They pull me into the room and sit me down on the bed.

I wait for them for something to happen, anything really, but they are just grinning at me stupidly. Then Kai turns his head to the side and whispers something into Kaden's ear. There is a flash of black just above his shirt collar that I have never seen before.

I jump to my feet and grab him by the chin, tilting his head roughly to the side. My name is inscribed on his neck in beautiful script lettering. I let go of Kai's face and immediately do the same to Kaden. Only my name isn't on the side of his neck. It is an exact replica of my mark.

My hand covers my mouth when I realize what they have done for me. The unshed tears in my eyes spill over the edges, and I can't stop myself from crying. "You…"

"Now you have claim to us," Kai says as he bounces up and down on his toes.

"We are sorry that we didn't realize what you needed earlier," Kaden adds in. "We have been bad mates."

"No," I sob harder. "You all have been amazing and accepting. I love you two and Macy more than I could ever describe. I am the one who has been a poor mate. I should have come to you before running off. I am sorry I put myself in danger."

"About that," Kaden begins, but Kai punches him in the stomach.

Kaden doubles over in pain, and I laugh. He pretends to be wounded and clutches his hand to his chest.

Before I can tend to Kaden's pretend wounded heart, Kai tackles me onto the bed and hovers above me. His fingers work nimbly to undo his jeans, but I struggle to get out from under him.

"Wait," I grunt. "We have things that we need to talk about. Macy…"

My words are cut off by Kaden's tongue being thrust into my mouth. He kisses me slowly, exploring every part of my mouth before pulling away and turning me toward his brother. Kai's kiss is greedy and full of need. They are completely different from one another, but they are exactly what I need.

"Now," Kai says, pulling away. "What did you want to talk about?"

"It can wait," I grumble at the loss of their touch.

"For an hour?" Kai laughs.

"Try three or four," I laugh.
