Hedwig's little face was covered with Noah's fingerprints, pink and white, and she looked cute. Her head was full of flour, and when she shook it, a cloud of dust came out.
Patricia and Catherine were amused by the two kids. Patricia laughed so hard that she thought her grandson was naughty and her granddaughter was pitiful.
"Mommy, look at what I made! It's a little ball!" Hedwig couldn't make pies, so she just kneaded the pie crust into a round ball and proudly showed it to Catherine.
Catherine didn't want to hurt her daughter's confidence and praised her immediately, "Hedwig, you're really hands-on! This circle is so round!"
Hedwig, upon hearing the praise, decided to make another round shape.
Catherine quickly moved the pie crust away and said with a smile, "Hedwig, this is for making pies. Why don't you go play with your daddy?"
"Oh!" Hedwig pouted, a little unhappy. Her mommy was so mean.
"Grandma's here!" After running out, Hedwig came back and said happily, "Grandma must have brought me a present. I'm going to welcome her!"
When Catherine heard that Abigail had arrived, she got up immediately and followed her daughter out.
Sure enough, Abigail came in her own car, carrying many bags.
"Grandma, you look so pretty today!" Hedwig had a sweet mouth and exclaimed as she approached.
Abigail was wearing a well-fitting sweater and a floral long coat, looking dignified and noble, full of grace.
"Hedwig, you have such a sweet mouth. Here, this is a gift for you!" Abigail said and handed over a box first. Hedwig took it, said thank you happily, and gave it a kiss, smiling like a flower.
"Mom, you're here!" Catherine smiled.
Abigail was relieved.
Halsey's daughter was originally her stepdaughter, and now she was her daughter-in-law. The feeling of hearing Catherine call her "mom" could only be understood by herself.
Patricia finally nodded and smiled, "That's right. You're Blake's wife now. You two should pick a good date and get your marriage files soon. Then we'll truly be one family."
Catherine blushed and nodded.
Suddenly, a deep male voice came from behind, "Grandma, why are you more anxious than I am?"
Patricia turned around and saw Blake walking over leisurely. She glared at him, "Are you making fun of your grandma?"
"I dare not!" Blake shook his head quickly and answered with an honest look. Then he went over and took the things from Abigail's hands.
This scene in the Royal Pack's hall was what everyone had been looking forward to. A sense of happiness welled up in everyone's heart.
When Leo and Sunny arrived, the Royal members looked surprised.
Sunny followed Leo into the living room with a shy look on her face.
Patricia asked immediately, "You two young people, what's going on? First you break up, then you get back together. Are you teasing me?"
Patricia was sad for several days because of their breakup. Seeing them sweet again, she naturally blamed them a bit.
Sunny's face turned pale when she heard Patricia seemed angry.
But Leo walked over with a smile and explained, "Grandma, don't be angry. We didn't break up. We just had a misunderstanding. Now it's cleared up, so we're back together."
"Next time, if there's a misunderstanding, clear it up face-to-face. Don't break up so easily. You young people don't take your relationship seriously," Patricia said seriously.
"I remember, Grandma. Don't worry. I won't make you angry again," Leo said, soothing Patricia first, then turned to Sunny and winked, "Say hello!"
Sunny walked over and softly called out "Grandma," then turned to greet Abigail and Catherine.
Abigail said happily, "As long as you're still together."
Catherine was also glad for them. She saw that Leo had fallen for Sunny, which was exactly what she wanted to see.
"Where's Blake? And the two kids?" Leo suddenly noticed the lack of noise and looked up.
"Blake took the kids upstairs to see Emerson!" Patricia smiled.
"I'll go up too." Leo got up and whispered to Sunny as he passed by, "Chat with my grandma."
Sunny was actually very nervous and uneasy.
"Sunny, come over. I have something to ask you," Patricia warmly patted the spot next to her and said with a gentle look.
Sunny immediately walked over and sat down.
Patricia reached out and held her hand, patted it lightly, and said with emotion, "Sunny, to be honest, I really admire you. I couldn't control Leo since he was little, but you've tamed him."
Sunny was embarrassed by Patricia's words. She was overpraising her. She didn't tame Leo. Instead, she was subdued by him.
Abigail and Catherine beside her giggled softly, obviously finding Patricia's words amusing.
Patricia glared at them, "Catherine, why are you laughing? Is what I said wrong?"
