Fated to the Sinful Alpha

CHAPTER 50:

Ch. 50 / 59 Nov 29, 2022

“W-What?” Stunned at her response, Orlando almost hitched his breath in shock and stood like a block of ice. After processing her sentence, he mumbled with a brief pause, “H-How can you be assured of such a big allegation, Your Highness?”

“Hmm…Just because, I am quite skilled when it comes to my intuitions.” Lorelia smartly answered with a cryptic smile at him. “Now every connecting dot is finally making up the clue that I failed to realize earlier. And not only that, Gabriel is well aware of his actions.”

“What? B-But…” Orlando gulped in confusion, fiddling his fingers a bit. The theory was too shocking for him to admit.

However, Lorelia realized his baffled anticipation and tried to give a clear explanation in a serene tone, “The only possible reason Gabriel is rejecting his approach now is that she has seen him murdering her father. And putting all the theory now as well as that puny woman’s behavior earlier before this incident, I can clearly say that she was enchanted by Zordan. The way she would gaze at him with her love-filled eyes can never fool my intuition.

Being marked by him could have been the greatest ecstasy in her life but she disgusts it now…which means, he has done something that makes her disgust him! And the best possible reason that happened recently is Luther’s assassination! So…do you get my point now?” After explaining her possible reasons, she turned around at him with a dark obscure smile prominent on her face.

“Huh? W-Woah…I can’t believe it…Kudos to your sharpness, Your Highness!” A witty smug appeared on his face as Orlando applauded her strong instincts. But another thought hit his mind all of a sudden as he impatiently asked, “But…Your Highness—”

“I know what’s bothering you now,” Lorelia cut in between his sentence, crossing her frail arms over her silk-white gown. “You must be wondering if Gabriel knows about him…then why did he agree to marry him, right?”

“Yes, Your Highness?” He hurriedly agreed with her as once again her sharp skills amazed him.

“Simple…she was forced into this marriage.” With a smirk, she gallantly answered, keeping her obscure eyes fixed on the dark sky. “Zordan must have known a weak spot of hers and used it against her to trap her into this marriage. And now, we need to find that weak spot to use it in our favor. Do you understand what I mean?”

“Yes, of course, Your Highness.” Orlando bowed his head with a villainous gaze rolling in his dark eyes as he watched her from behind. “But, now that we are certain that Crown Prince was behind the assassination, so doesn’t that mean that he must be aware of the enemies surrounding him?”

“And that’s why exactly, we will need to bring certain changes to our plan, Orlando.” Finishing her statement in a hefty voice, Lorelia turned around with a wicked smug on her small face towards him. “Now that cat’s out of the bag, we have to act smarter than ever. We need to find out who is aiding Zordan in this castle and things might get tough from here on. Remember, before the Red Moon Night comes, we need to execute our mission.

There’s no way I would let this wedding happen…or the coronation of Zordan as our next Alpha. Everything should be happening according to my plan.”

“Right, I understand.” The dark smug grew wide on Orlando’s face as he nodded with her. “So, for now, do you have any other command, Your Highness?”

“Keep a close watch on Gabriel and that maid. If you find any relevant information, let me know. Also,” darkness in her cryptic rolled eyes grew bigger as she smirked, “Get rid of that maid’s granddaughter soon. If she doesn’t get discovered by Zordan, we will be getting rid of her anyway. So it’s pointless to keep that kid alive. Got it?”

The obscure smile grew wider on her lips as she depicted her vile intention. Just as she commanded, Orlando bowed his head and left the room tapping his boots aloud on the floor. As soon as he left, Lorelia clenched her fist with a vague gaze in her eyes as she murmured to herself.

“There’s no way I will let Gabriel become our next Luna. She will have to die…

She must die…so as Zordan! After all these years, I can’t let my hard work go in vain…”
