Ellen came out of the Castellanos Group of Companies with a red face. Both from embarrassment and anger. She had reached this old, but only today had she felt such humiliation!
Ellen remembered Damon Castellano’s words about Andrei. That grandson of hers had brought only troubles for the family!
She needed to straighten him out.
Ellen came back to the Davidss’ building and looked for Andrei. In the past days, he seemed reflecting on his own doings and worked in the office she assigned to him. she thought he had finally woken up from his naiveness.
She didn’t think he would still and continue bring troubles for her and the company!
When she arrived and went to his office, she saw it was empty. Her expression immediately darkened and asked his secretary.
“Where is he?!” The old woman’s voice was hoarse and her face red. The secretary trembled and answered with trepidation.
“M,madame, Mr. Davids left.” The secretary words gradually quietened as she saw the Madame’s expression became even uglier.
Ellen turned fiercely at the employees around and exclaimed.
“Find him! Give me his location now!” She said furiously. That punk, at this time of crisis in the company, he had the nerve to be missing at this crucial time?!
When Ellen received the report of Andrei’s location, her face darkened even more.
“At the bar?!” She asked back at the secretary. The employees could only lower their heads in silence as Ellen continued to curse.
Ellen felt she would once again faint in anger. She took a breath and went to drink some medicines. After drinking some water, she crashed the glass to the floor.
Her eyes were red a she gave out her orders. “Prepare the car, we will head to his location.”
Andrei sat on his couch as he down another glass of hard liquor. The bar was noisy and he was with bunch of his second generation rich friends. Those people who only knew how to burn cash and hang around outside.
He had a woman in his arms as he teased and drank his thoughts away. With the noisy background music, the crazy people, and the warmth of the body in his arms, he felt he could forget all the frustrations and problems he faced.
He started to kiss the woman. He doesn’t even know her name, but as long as she’s female, he would do her.
“Yow, Andrei! Another bottle?” The men before him who was also drinking and with few women in their laps passed another drink.
He chuckled and happily accepted it all.
Andrei face was read as he was smiled dazedly and laughed with the bunch of men. He was clearly lost in the world of lust and booze.
This was what Ellen saw as she walked inside the bar.
She watched furiously at her grandson who was crazily drowning himself in bliss. Ellen couldn’t help but wonder if he really was the grandson she raised. Had she been so lenient and spoiling of him? Because watching him now, he was no different from those useless bastards of some rich families.
“Andrei!” Ellen’s voice rang from the noisy music and voices of the people. It was not so loud, but was enough to be heard by the people in Andrei’s table.
He had a shallow smile as he turned his head towards the voice. he saw his grandmother furiously walking towards him and he thought he was seeing it wrongly. Was he very drunk now?
“What the hell are you doing here? And what is this? What useless things are you doing in this time of the day?!” Ellen’s words rang irritably and that’s when Andrei realized that his grandmother had truly appeared in front of him.
“What are you doing here?” Andrei asked with furrowed brows. His head started to ache as he heard his grandmother’s piercing voice.
“What am I doing here?! That’s the very same question I asked you! How could loiter around in this place?! Have you lost your mind?!” Ellen can’t help but burst out as she saw Andrei’s irritated face.
What, he still had the nerve to be irritated?! He wouldn’t even take her words to heart now?
Andrei only rolled his eyes as he grabbed a new glass to down. He coldly spilled out some words for her.
“Leave, don’t meddle in my matters.”
Ellen gasped as she heard these unscrupulous words! How dare he!
Ellen wasn’t able to stop herself tor raise her hand and slapped Andrei. She slapped him twice at that.
Andrei felt the burning pain in his cheeks and blanked out for a second. He then woke up from his drunken state.
He glared fiercely at his grandmother. There were many people around them, most of them was part of his circle. He felt the place quietened down and even the music had stopped. Without looking around, he knew everyone was gawking at him.
He became furious. He didn’t expect his grandmother would humiliate him in front of so many people.
He stood up abruptly and with anger.
Ellen looked at the furious face of her grandson and was taken a back by his intense glare. She can’t help bit step back, but she was also furious.
“You ungrateful and unfilial child!” She exclaimed.
Andrei heard this and his face only hardened. He rushed out to leave with angry steps. Ellen saw this and grabbed his arms.
“Where are you going?!”
Andrei only shook him off and walked out of the place.
Ellen was huffing in anger. And it was only then she noticed that the place had quietened down. She looked around and realized she had made a scene. But she was too angry to care.
“What are you looking at?!” She fired back at these young and brainless people. After bursting out, she then left that unsightly place. Still huffing in anger.
Days passed and the Davids continued to plummet. Ellen was on edge but she had tried every method to remedy the situation. But Damon Castellano already gave his condition.
But the problem is, Andrei was out of reach. Ever since that scene from the bar, Ellen couldn’t contact him anymore.
Ellen was very frustrated and angered, but he was still her grandson. And he needs to be the one who would save their company.
She took a breath and once again tried to contact Andrei. But it was still the mechanic voice of the system who answered her. Ellen could only slam her phone at the table.
The intercom beeped and her secretary came back with reports. She immediately ordered her in.
“Where is he?” Ellen directly asked her.
“Madame, Mr. Davids was found in one of the villas. We tried to convince him to come home, but he refused.” The secretary reported.
Ellen became even more angry.
He was really too much! Will he only return after she dies in anger?! Ellen thought carelessly, and she felt it was true.
She clenched her hands as she thought of it. She just needed for him to come home and sort him out.
“Tell him I am sick. If he doesn’t come home and I die, he wouldn’t receive a single penny!” She exclaimed.
She released a breath as she felt what she said would be true. This family would be the death of her.
