The next days, Randy took his mission seriously. Remembering Veronica’s words and face, he was more determined now to know more about Anya, her secrets, and her weakness.
But unfortunately for him, Anya was very professional at work. She doesn’t mix her personal life to her studio, so no matter how Randy observed, he hadn’t got a thing.
Well, he was still new. He might know Anya that much, but he could at least figure out she wasn’t the time to just reveal her life to someone she just met. And he was her employee, so there were little chance to get to know her. He wanted to be close to her, but Anya would soon leave after work, not mixing anything up.
Randy sighed at his progress. Well, if he really wanted, he has underhanded means to do things. But he doesn’t want to be careless since he was still new to the studio. He also doesn’t want to raise suspicion on himself. So he wanted to be as natural as possible.
He looked around the studio and his gaze dropped to the two assistants of Anya. Suddenly, he had an idea. The two were much longer than him in working for Anya, so they might know something about her.
Jessie, one of the assistants, might have felt Randy’s gaze and turned to him. Randy, who was caught, still had a calm and natural expression on his face. Jessie smiled at this and approach him.
“Hey, you want some coffee?” Jessie asked Randy. She also had a sweet smile on her lips and a slight blush on her cheeks.
Randy who was looking at this had a realization. And a smile formed across his lips as well.
‘Well, this will be easy.’ He thought. The girl obviously liked him. he tried his best to hide his smirk and showed a gentle expression to Jessie.
“As far as I don’t want to hassle you, but I also don’t want to reject. Jessie’s coffee is the best.” Randy mellow voice sounded and he smiled at Jessie while looking straight in her eyes.
Jessie blushed more. This man, was really a certified flirt. But Jessie still liked him. ever since she first saw the man, his captivating eyes and smile had snatched her heart. little by little, she wanted to be close to him. So she would sometimes offer coffee or food to the man.
So naturally, she was very flattered at what he said. She left to do his coffee and brought it to him.
“Thank you.” Randy said as he sipped on the cup with his eyes still looking at Jessie. He sensually licked his lips and looked at her ambiguously.
“Delicious.” His deep voice sounded sexy to Jessie’s ears, and her heart raced once again. With great effort, she reminded herself that they were still in the office, so she could only return a shy smile and went back to her table.
Randy’s eyes remained at her scurrying figure, and smile deepened. A plan was forming in his head.

After work, the people at the studio got ready to go home. Anya went home first, that left the three employees outside the studio. Soon Hellen also bid, them goodbye and Jessie and Randy was the only one left.
Randy immediately felt this timing was perfect. He then grabbed the chance without second thoughts.
“Jessie, are you free. Want to have dinner?” He asked her out.
Jessie heard this and her heart became excited. The man he liked was asking her for dinner. She can’t help but think, does he like her? If so, then that would be great. Jessie decided to show Randy her good side, so that they could build feelings for each other.
“Sure, I would love too!” She happily exclaimed.
Randy’s eyes glinted, but he covered his cunning eyes with a handsome smile.

The following days, Randy devoted himself to get close to Jessie. He felt they need to have good feelings for each other first, so that she would trust him. then, if Randy would ask about Anya, Jessie wouldn’t doubt him.
That’s why right now, the two was in a mall, shopping. It was a weekend and their day off. Randy asked Jessie out for them to hang out outside. They were currently shopping, and the two was leisurely looking around the mall.
“Wait here.” Jessie said to Randy as she ran off somewhere. Randy could only look at her back as she went to an ice cream stall and bought to ice cream. She went back to him carrying them with a smile.
“Here. I saw your face was red from the heat a moment ago. You like vanilla, right?” Jessie handed him the ice cream in her head while she had a soft smile on her face.
Randy took it and can’t help but look at the ice cream and then back at Jessie. For the past few days that they were together, Randy gradually got to know Jessie. She was very pure and thoughtful, like this gesture, and it was not a first.
He studied her face and found out the woman was also beautiful. Even thought he was just doing this for his mission, he can’t help but enjoy it too. This was the first time he was receiving this kind of thoughtfulness and pure feelings from women.
“Thank you,” Randy said with a smile. He then ate the ice cream. Delicious and cool.
Jessie saw him eating and she smiled more. The two continued to stroll around the mall, pointing at exotic and cool stuffs, as they talked about different topics.
Randy’s phone suddenly rang, he picked it up and answered nonchalantly and greeted.
“Randy,” A coquettish voice sounded. It was then Randy realized it was Veronica. The smiled on his face slowly vanished. When he greeted earlier, his voice still had a trace of laughter from their topic.
But then, Randy felt like he was suddenly pulled from reality. He looked at Jessie and excused for a while.
On the other line, Veronica heard Randy’s light voice. He seems like he was enjoying. The next moment, Veronica heard a woman’s voice. her eyebrows furrowed at this.
“What is it?” Randy asked Veronica when he was away from Jessie for a few steps. “How’s the plan going?” Veronica directly asked.
Randy heard this and can’t help but be upset. Veronica just called him to ask him this? Was she rushing him?
Half of him was upset because of disappointment, and half of him, deep in his heart, was kind of upset his mood was broken by Veronica. He was just having fun with their stroll just now. Anyway, he was doing his job, matter of factly.
“It’s going on. I am at it. you don’t need to rush.” Randy’s response turned out kind of bland without his control.
Veronica felt something was off and she was dissatisfied in her heart. She tried her best to sweeten her voice and remind him once again. She bid goodbye, and Randy directly put down the phone.
Veronica pursed her lips as she frowned. She turned to call one of her guards and gave some orders.
“Find out what Randy is up to.”

Veronica sat on the sofa as she listened to the reports. Her face immediately became ugly as she heard what Randy was doing.
So he was fooling with a woman?!
The nerve of that guy! Who does he thing he is?!
Veronica was angry but she tried to calm herself. This is bad. Looks like that man was unreliable after all.
She felt dissatisfied in her heart, but she tried to keep her reason. As of now, she couldn’t think of anyone to do this job. She could only sigh.
Her eyes then flashed as crossed her arms. Looks like I needed to fuel that man up again. If she need to something to work, then she needed to work her body. She thought she once again needed to trap that man in her fingers again.
Veronica had been relying on the fact that Randy was stupidly in love with her. Turns out, she needed to push him a little more.
