The Ruthless Alpha's Innocent Breeder

Chapter 112

Ch. 112 / 140 Jan 12, 2026

Eero's Perspective

Even when I'm in the middle of an important meeting. All that I could think of was how it affected me when I saw Claudius with his fated mate.

"How about we infused our trademark, Eero? The rustic interior design with a more dramatic vibe?" I took my eyes off the laptop where our interior designer's presenting some of her ideas for the gallery. My eyes landed on Diana and saw her holding a magazine featuring Victorian-era-themed interior designs for luxury places.

Diana looked up at me before she reached for the said magazine."Although I have made my decision that I'd like our Gallery here in Regulus to share the same design and ambience with the Blackthorn branch. The rustic and laid-back theme, I am still up for some tiny changes," I said to the interior designer.

My eyes quickly ran through each page of the magazine that Diana handed to me after she scanned it through. I was only halfway through it when Diana fully convinced me to make the Regulus branch a Victorian-themed gallery.

"What do you think?" Diana asked excitedly. I glanced at her and saw that Rachel was also looking at me with anticipation.

"But, Rachel, these changes will be feasible right? I mean, if her grace decided to push through with these changes the workload would pour down on your team." Diana bit her lower lip and then she gazed at me again.

I carefully put the magazine back on the table and then smiled at them. Silent ate us up for a fleeting second as I tried to re-organize my thoughts and ideas.

I quickly wet my bottom lip and then turned back to Diana. It has been a few days since my family and I came back to Regulus. These days that passed went smoothly as we didn't bump into anyone from the realm and I'd like to keep it that way. Claudius is back from Greece too and the least that I want is for Perseus to meet him, or anyone in the realm to see Perseus and realise that my adopted son has an uncanny resemblance to Claudius.

"Isn't the Victorian theme design more appropriate if we are in Europe? I mean, Victorian-themed places suit best in the land of royalties like England, Wales—in Europe," I said.

Diana looked down at the magazine before she took a glimpse of the laptop's screen where the original design that we wanted was flashing freely.

"Minus the practicality and the deadline that we're chasing, a Victorian-themed Gallery would be awesome," I added.

Diana nodded to me in agreement but something was holding her back. She looked at me and flashed a weak smile.

"I just think that having our Gallery sporting such an interior design will be our advantage. It's like we brought them back in the old days. It'll benefit both parties," she murmured, stating her opinion but not firm of pushing it to happen.

I glanced at the glass wall of the studio that we were going to make into a gallery. My eyes darted to the fountain situated in the middle of the property.

I bit my lower and shut my eyes for a moment. Now I'm having trouble making a decision again.

"If I consider these creative opinions of yours. It will be a big risk for me. The budget that we have to allocate for such an elegant and fancy design is not a joke, Diana. If this Gallery doesn't pull visitors, and customers as soon as we open it I'm sure it will pull me down before I even reach the peak of my career."

"Then you can just go back to the realm and wait for the Alpha King to pass down the throne to you, no big deal," Diana joked and when I narrowed my eyes at her she quickly zipped her mouth.

"I'm not sure as of the moment, but I'll think about it, Diana."

I took a deep breath and sat down on the swivel chair before I opened the documents that this Gallery would need.

I glanced at Diana for a moment as she entered the studio after she had escorted Rachel out. Her wide and victorious smile is impossible to wipe out of her face when she rests on the blood-coloured couch.

"I'm excited for this," she said. I shook my head with a thin smile hanging against my lips and darted my eyes back to the documents. We were silent for a few minutes until he spoke again.

"Today we will be able to talk to the owner of the studio," she said.

"Very well, he or she finally finds time. I was close to assuming by how busy he was that he is someone who works directly for the Alpha King," I mocked. Just when I was about to flip the page of the paper that I was holding. The studio's glass door creaked open. Caela, the secretary of the person who owns this studio, stepped in.

Diana and I stood up almost at the same time from where we were sitting to greet her and the owner of the studio, but before I could do that I was already stoned from where Diana and I were standing.

My jaw dropped to the floor as the door opened again and another person who I didn't expect to be in this place entered.

"What the fuck is he doing here?" I whispered to myself.

Claudius presented himself sternly.

I swallowed one after another. I opened my mouth and was about to say something when Caela interrupted me by saying some odd and unexpected things that I had never imagined.

Smiling and with great respect, he looked at Claudius who was a few steps away from her.

"Mr. Cormac they are the new tenants of this studio." Diana cursed violently earning the attention of everyone. She smiled sheepishly and walked towards me.

She leaned closer to me and tried her best to maintain a friendly smile. "Tell me that this is purely coincidence," she whispered with her warning voice. I swallowed hard and I couldn't even open my mouth now to say something

"You are the owner of this Claudius? Funny how the world can be small sometimes." Diana stepped closer to Claudius and held out her hand. Claudius shook hands with her while he was eyeing me coldly.
