It is the VIP lounge where Edward takes Charlotte to have lunch. Both of them have ordered their favorite dishes however, in the middle, Charlotte notices someone entering the lounge.
" Brian! I am super happy for you." wrapping her arm around Brian's, Rachel enters the lounge. Rachel smiles sweetly, pinching her cheek. She is younger than him so he adores her so much.
But, Charlotte's painful expression when she sees them together is obvious to be noticed by Edward. His eyes go on them, her sister and a familiar figure, he knows Brian very well. However, No he hates the expression that Charlotte has been wearing.
" You know him?" He asks in a low tone. She nods staring at Brian and Rachel. Her hands form into a fist, disappointment, and pain are visual.
But She flinches when her eyes met Brian's. Brian smiles walking towards them. Rachel looks confused but when she notices Charlotte is here, her expression drastically changes into pale and horrifying.
" Ms. Charlotte! " Brian smiles. Charlotte stands up, greeting him. " Hello, Boss!"
" Oh! Hi. Edward! It's been a while. How are you?"
Edward shakes his hand but his eyes are still on Charlotte who is looking down pale. " It's been a while! Why are you here with my Sister in law?"
Charlotte looks at Edward who just called Rachel his sister-in-law. She doesn't want Brian knows that she is the Charlotte Brian hates. But Edward messed it up.
"Sister-in-law?" Brian sounds confused looking at Rachel. Rachel smiles awkwardly " Hello. Brother-in-law. Brian is my fiance. We are here to have lunch together. How are you doing? Sister! Mom missed you so much!"
Brian looks at Charlotte who is looking down like a culprit. He can't believe that Charlotte is a different person than Rachel described.
" She is Charlotte? Your sister!?" Rachel nods.
" Are you okay? wifey! Seems like my wife is not feeling well. Please excuse us!" Edward holds her hand and firmly squeezes it to help her Calm down.
" Wait! I have something to talk about. Charlotte! Can I have a minute?"
" No. I don't want to, Boss. Hubby! Let's go!" She walks towards the door with Edward. Brian's eyes are still on Charlotte not believing his eyes.
" Brian?! What did you want to talk to her? Why is she calling you -"
Brian didn't listen. He walks towards them with big steps. As he notices Charlotte is heading out. He called her from behind.
" Ms. Charlotte!!"
Charlotte flinches stopping. She doesn't want Edward to see her pathetic one-sided love ending for years. She turns with a professional smile on her lips.
" Yes, Boss!"
" I don't know that you were Charlotte who used to be my ex-fiancee or I wouldn't have let you work for my wife's wedding dress. I will compensate for your time wasted but I will never let you Design my wife's wedding dress..!"

Charlotte nods with a bitter smile. Walking out with Edward who was quietly listening to them. Her eyes filled with tears and threatened to split out, But she bites her lips to stop her from sobbing.
" So. He is the one you loved. " Edward stops the wheelchair, turning towards Charlotte who is sobbing silently.
" Look at me!" Charlotte keeps crying even though he told her to look at him in a cold voice.
" I TOLD YOU TO LOOK AT ME!" He pulls her on his lap forcefully. Her eyes are bloodshot, her face red and blotchy which tickles his heart.
" Mrs Rodriguez! You should remember that if you smile, you have to smile for me, if you cry you have to cry for me. You belong to me and you are mine. Why are you crying for someone outsider?"
He grips her chin up, making her look into his eyes. She flinches watching his eyes filled with possession and irritational anger.
But She couldn't stop herself, curving her lips, she sobs burying her face in his chest. She loved that man. So listening to something so harsh from the person she loves makes her break down.
However, Edward's face twitches, He wraps his strong arms around her waist and pulls her face towards him so closely. On his sudden pull, she starts hiccuping.
" You are mine. Wife of Edward Rodriguez! Your everything has to be mine!"
Smashing his lips against hers, he bites her bottom lip to kiss her. She gasps at his sudden action, being kissed by her husband passionately.
But She didn't resist. Let him kiss her until she loses her mind and forgets about her pain. She tried to move on but today Brian's words make her realize that she shouldn't waste her time on someone who never gives her any importance. Maybe He was never the right one.
" Next time, If you think about another man in front of me. I will cross my all limit, Wifey!" Breaking the kiss, he whispered in her ear. She hangs her head down with guilt and pain.
" I am sorry! I should have told you about everything!"
Edward didn't say anything, Tucking the strand of hair behind her ear, He kisses the tip of his nose. Charlotte blushes hugging him. She feels safe and less traumatized by himself.
" I don't want to look back on my past, Mr Rodriguez. I don't deserve anything but Thank you for being here for me!"
He smiles nodding. It's a big improvement in his relationship with Charlotte which makes him happy. But Brian dared to insult and make his wife cry. It is not acceptable. But he doesn't want to let Charlotte know. She will stop her since she got a big heart.
" Let's go home. I won't let my wife work for those people who don't know their place!"
Charlotte nods seems like she needs to stop working for Brian.
" I will be unemployed for a while. Please take care of me, Mr. Rodriguez!".
" I don't like it. Just Earlier when you called me Hubby! I loved that!"
Charlotte blushes, looking away.." It will take time please bear with me until then!"
" I am willing to wait. Let's go!"
At evening.
Brian just finished his work and thinking about Charlotte earlier. Charlotte turns out a different person. But He can't stay with her at all. Behind her innocent and pure face, She is a bad and mean person, He can't help but hate it. He even remembers when he saw Rachel's swollen face which was from her Slap.
" Boss!". His secretary enters the room with little worry. " What happened?"
" The Rodriguez Company has canceled to supply all of the materials for our product and Mr James informed us that he won't design the wedding dress with a new design. However, They won't take any orders from you or your family members !"
Brian's eyes widened. He looks speechless at how Charlotte has influenced people around her that even a million-dollar contract didn't take a single discussion to be canceled. The hatred towards Charlotte has increased multiple times more than he hated. He never likes people who bully or misuse their power. So Charlotte is a perfect example for them..e got to see it personally.
