Pinching her own palm, Sandra bites her bottom lip. Her lowered gaze swept up to Suzy who is enjoying her birthday cake. Guiltiness is killing her. She knew about Suzy when she first met Suzy with Charlotte. Her facial expression, everything proved that her sister Jennifer has lied to her about her child's death. However, she had no plans to confess everything and accepting Suzy. She believes Jennifer loves Andrew and she will be third person in their relationship..
Now, knowing everything about everything, she gets nothing but guilty. She intentionally abandoned her own daughter. What can be worst more than it is..
" Auntie Sandra! Are you sad?" Suzy asked biting her cake. Her innocent expression, her doe eyes, everything makes her heart clench..
" No. I just missed you. It was great evening. Didn't it?" She asks holding her and let her sit on her lap. Suzy nods. Sandra becomes her best friend just meeting for few times. The invisible attraction towards each other has remarkably increased.
" Sandra!"
She startles when Andrew didn't us honorific tone. Her hands wrap Suzy's shoulders and she attempt to leave when Andrew blocks their way..
" I think it's time to stop running away." Andrew speaks in gentle tone. His eyes softly scanning her facial expression. She looks guilty and upset..
" Sorry. I don't know what you mean. I will have a walk with Suzy.." She said and tries to walk out but He grabs her waist and pulls closer..
" Suzy. Go to Grandma. I have to talk to your Aunt Sandra for a second.." he said putting her down..

Her words cut off when his hand passed by her face and pinned her against the wall. His cold eyes are showing his patients in this matter..
" We should have a talk. A proper talk.. Don't we?" He grits his teeth. He has been trying his best to have a talk with her. But she has been avoiding her on purpose. No matter what he won't give up on the woman who is his kid's mother..
" I.. I am not Jennifer. I don't think we have anything to talk about.."
" Really? Who is Suzy then? Do you have intention to abandon her again?" He asked punching the wall with teeth sucking anger. She closes her eyes but calmly inhales..
" I didn't abandon her. I didn't even know.."
" Why does it matter? You are abandoning her now.. You are running away without taking responsibility of that night. You should be responsible for forcing yourself onto me.."
" What? I didn't. It wasn't a forceful matter..We both were drunk and -"
" So you remember. Then you should know that I fell in love with the girl who was with me at that night.. You should know I want no one but the girl.."
Sandra's eyes widened when he said that..Her heart beat fast with a squeeze pain. He looks sincere and serious about it. But She is the problem.. She is afraid of having relationship with anyone. She doesn't find herself as a perfect person to be someone's lover or wife. She is better to be a single forever..
" Sorry.. I. I don't know how to take responsibility for this. But I sincerely apologize." She said lowering her gaze..
" Look at me.."
" Huh?"
" When you talk, Look at me and then talk. How will you take responsibility for us? Me and Suzy. We deserve something best.." He said pulling her chin up. Sandra gulps her saliva down before looking at him. He is really handsome.. The Rodriguez's genes are no joke.
" I am not the best. I don't know what I can offer you two the best.. I am not that rich either to-"
She gasps when she feels her lips being brushed with another pair of lips. Her eyelids dance with a sudden shock. Flabbergasted, she grips her dress when Andrew pulls her stroking her neck and slowing nibbles her bottom lip.
Her heart feels way too beating faster. With the kiss, her nostrils can smell the soft scent of his hair shampoo, the scent of branded cologne.
She wants to stay calm and let him do whatever he wants as compensation.. But it feels unable to stay calm when his hand slowly strikes her face, caressing her cheek and deepening her kiss until she feels breathless..
Andrew breaks the kiss when he feels small hits on his chest from her. He chuckles softly attaching his forehead with hers.
" We don't need anything.. But you, Ms Sandra. I hope at least you will take the responsibilities seriously. No matter what we do need you and you got no place to negotiate since you are still single.."
Keeping her lock into his arms, he speaks . His eyes aren't leaving Sandra who is red because of the kiss. Observing her facial expressions, he feels satisfied.. She didn't get mad at him but is shy. This is a good sign..
" I don't think I can be a good person for you t-"
" Shush!" He puts his finger on her lips and pulls into a hug. Pecking on her hair, he hugs her more gently.." I don't care. Let's try first. Suzy should be raised by us. I have neglected her, she didn't know she has a mother too. She needs us. And as long as we should try to figure things out.. I am sure, we will be fine.."
Sandra got no word to say in return. His hug blocked her ability to things. She feels everything around her has stopped. Only they are here..
" Sandra. You will try it out, won't you?"
She silently nods. Gripping his suit, she tries to hide. No matter how she has lived till now. She is still shy when she stands in front of him. Like that night, when he suddenly pulled her close to him. The drunk eyes were caressing her heart, seducing to be his for the entire night.
She thought she had a great patient but when he looked into her eyes with his piecing eyes. She felt weak and inescapable sensation. She was lost in his eyes and till now her body reacts to his eyes..
" Thank you, Sandra. I am glad that you agree. Let's do our best. Don't worry. I won't hurt you ever.. If I ever hurt you.. You can have my life. I swear.."
" That's cheesy.." She whispers freeing herself from him..
" I am serious.." he chuckles yelling..
" Whatever. I need to go to Charlotte. See you later.."
She walks out with hurry steps not knowing that Andrew's face turns crimson red with shyness..
" She said yes.. I am glad.." he brushes his face against his palm before leaving the room..

Charlotte sighs deeply entering the room. The party has successfully ended and now she thought she might be able to leave for Edward's mansion. But Mrs Rodriguez announced no family members can leave tonight and They will have to stay here.
However, Her lips curve into a grin when she notices Edward changing his shirt to a comfortable Tee.
Tiptoeing, she walks towards him and bites his shoulder. " You look so delicious.."
Dang it. Edward flinches when she did it. Not being able to believe that Charlotte has done something like that. He did stop wearing the Tee and turns to her.." Are you drunk?"
" Probably!" She smirks, brushing her hand on his beard..
" It's new and unexpected. Are you seducing me?" Edward pulls her on the bed throwing the shirt and Tee aside..
" No. I am enchanting you. Are you enchanted by my beauty?" She asked making circle on his chest.. Edward holds her and and nods..
" It's effective like magic. Now I need you.." The corner raising lips show Charlotte that she just makes a mistake while trying to pranks on her husband..

" What is it?" He said brushing her face..
" I want to celebrate a birthday party of our kids next year..I want a kid." Whispering, she goes on his top, kissing his collarbone..
" You have asked for this favor long time ago and I will always fulfill your any kinds of request.."
Charlotte smiles nodding. She is now grateful for this life. No matter how painful her past is. No matter how much she struggled to get parents love and no matter how much her past turned into a lie. Now she is happy and grateful.
