The soon-to-be parents spent all of Saturday morning making up for the times that they were apart. Colt surprised Mia with breakfast in bed, they cuddled, made love, made conversations, had a video call with the decorator in charge of their new home which was almost ready by the way and they took an hour nap before their lunch date.
Even though Colton owned a couple of restaurants across the states, he loved to explore other restaurants too and they were always happy to have him over.
Colt and Mia occupied the VIP section of the five-star restaurant. They wined, dined, and made conversations.
Since Theodore insisted that Colton and Mia should be at his place by 4, the two love birds left the restaurant at some minutes to 4 pm. In about 15 minutes, they arrived at Theodore's million-dollar home. He only moved in about a month ago.
Theo owns a successful telecommunications company in the states and just like Colt, he was into a couple of investments.
Pulling up in front of the house, Colton got down and went to the other side to help Mia out.
With his left hand on the small of her back, he led Mia to the entrance of the house.
Colt was about to press the doorbell when the door opened from the inside.
"It's high time you all showed up!" Theo said.
"Hi babe," He smiled at Mia, giving her a side hug.
Colton playfully rolled his eyes at his best friend's choice of words.
"You look beautiful as always, Mia!"
"Hey, take your eyes off my woman!" Colt warned.
Mia chuckled, "Thanks, Theo."
"Hey, buddy!" Theo engulfed Colt in a brotherly hug, then ushered them in.
"So what's the occasion? It doesn't even look like someone is having a party here!" Colton mumbled the moment they got to the luxurious living room.
"Chill man. It's an outdoor party." Theo smiled, leading the way to the backyard. As confused as Mia and Colton were, they followed him, trying to keep calm.
"Surpriseeeeeeeeee!!!!!" The duo heard very familiar voices scream the moment they stepped into the spacious backyard.
Mia almost teared up, taking in her surroundings and the familiar faces. The backyard was beautifully decorated, There was food, drinks, snacks, and a cake stand. A three-tier cake with lots of cupcakes surrounding it. There were also other beautiful decorations and games in place. And besides the cake stand was the gift corner which was overflowing with gifts.
Beside where Mia and Colton stood was a huge decoration which read. 'The Royal Babies Push Party'
With tears in Mia's eyes, she turned her attention to her soon-to-be husband who had a proud smile on his face. "Did you know about this?"
Colton shook his head, wiping away the tears from the corner of her eyes. "No, my love. I'm as shocked as you are. We are definitely blessed with good people in our lives." He leaned closer to her and placed a soft kiss on her lips.
"Okay, we didn't ask you both to come here to show us how to kiss or fuck. We are here to celebrate these two precious jewels." Sammie said, pointing to Mia's belly.
"Sammie!" Colton groaned. "I told you to be careful with what you say in front of my kids."
"Oh please," Sammie rolled her eyes. "Even if they hear me, I'm sure they don't understand what I mean, papa bear." She smiled shyly, engulfing Mia in a hug.
Hailey, Ashley, Caleb, Theo, Vicky, Derik, Jack, James, Richie, Brad, Enoch, and Chad gathered around Mia and Colt, all taking turns in hugging the parents to be. Tessie was very pleased to see that her younger sister and soon-to-be brother-in-law are now on good terms.
"How did you all pull this through?" Mia asked, her heart filled with so much gratitude.
"I didn't see this surprise coming!"
"Yeah, it was so hard keeping this a secret from you guys!" Hailey smiled.
"Of course, we had to do this! My baby nieces or nephews deserve all the love" Ashley smiled.
"We had to use my place so you both wouldn't suspect anything. Getting the whole family together wasn't a big deal. We love you all so much and of course, we would do anything for these bundles of joy." Theo said.
"Thank you!" Mia said with glossy eyes. "My babies aren't even born yet and you all are showering them with so much love," Mia said, with Colton's hand possessively wrapped around her waist. She rested her head on his chest.
"We hope you love all you see. It was kind of hard settling for the theme of the party, the color of decorations, and all of that since we don't know the gender yet." Tessie spoke.
"Everything is perfect. Thank you. Right babe?" Colton said to Mia, looking at her with so much adoration in his eyes.
Mia nodded.
"Okay, enough of the mushiness. I've been looking forward to today. We have many fun activities planned." Sammie spoke.
"By the way, Colton, be ready to give out a million dollars!"
Colton arched a brow at Sammie.
"For anyone who guesses the gender of your babies right!"
Mia and Colton took a glance at each other and smiled.
"Or you both know the genders and are just keeping it away from us?" Hailey asked.
Mia shook her head. "No, we don't!"
"Scrap that offer, whoever guesses right gets ten million dollars from me." Derik, the proud grandfather to be, spoke.
"Okay, this is getting serious." Mia chuckled, whispering to Colt.
He smiled at her, "I'm blessed to have you all in my life."
"Me too, baby!" Not minding the fact that all eyes were on them, Mia initiated a passionate kiss with the love of her life.
