Entangled with the Billionaire

Chapter 100

Ch. 100 / 101 Jan 12, 2026

Epilogue!

Four years later!

"Mommy, when is Daddy coming back? I miss him so much." Chloe whined as Mia braided her hair. The little girl was seated on the stool in her cute vanity area.

"Yes, Mommy. I miss Daddy too. I want to watch cartoons with him and I want him to tuck me to bed." Claire, who was seated on the edge of her princess-sized bed, with half of her attention on the iPad in her hand, spoke.

Mia playfully rolled her eyes at her children's clinginess. "But you both talked to Daddy about an hour ago when I came back from work," She said, doing the finishing touches of Chloe's hair.

Colton called earlier to let Mia know that something came up at work so he had to stay back for an extra hour or two. The girls also spoke to him then.

"But I still miss him," Chloe whispered, her voice sounding like she wanted to cry.

Claire put her iPad aside, got down from the bed, and approached her mom and twin sister. Mia was done braiding Chloe's hair.

Claire placed her tiny hand on top of her twin sister's own. "Don't cry, Chloe. Daddy will be here soon. Okay?!"

Chloe nodded slowly.

"You want some cookies?" Claire asked, probably trying to cheer her sister up.

Chloe nodded immediately.

Claire turned her attention to Mia. "Mommy, can we have cookies and milk? Pleaseee?" She said with her puppy dog face.

Mia smiled."Sure, but I have to braid your hair first."

"Thank you, mommy." Claire hugged Mia's legs.

"Thank you, Mommy." Chloe smiled too. She came down from where she was seated and joined the hug.

Once they pulled away from the hug, Mia crouched down to her babies' height with a proud smile on her face. She placed long kisses on both of their tiny foreheads. As little as her kids were, Mia was glad that they loved each other so much and also had each other's back.

Mia helped Claire climb up the stool, then she started braiding her little girl's hair. Chloe went ahead to keep herself company with her doll.

Once Mia was done, she led the girls out of their luxurious room.

Both girls shared one room despite the fact that there were extra rooms in the house. They didn't want to stay apart so it was no big deal.

Colton had always wanted the best for his children so he made sure their room was up to standard. It was what any four years could dream of and even more.

Getting to the kitchen on the ground floor, Mia placed the girls on the well-secured stool by the island, then she went ahead to serve them the cookies and milk they wanted.

Claire and Chloe thanked their mother before they started munching on the cookies.

"So, how was school today?" She asked her identical twin girls as she stood opposite them, the island separating them.

"Fine, Mommy. I made a new friend but Claire told me to stay away from him." Chloe said.

"Really?" Mia chuckled with a creased brow. "Why?" She looked at Claire who was munching on her cookie.

Claire nodded, then frowned. "Joshua is bossy so I told Chloe not to play with him anymore."

"And how is he bossy, Miss?" Mia asked, getting really interested in the conversation.

"Because he doesn't talk to anyone in the class except Chloe and the teacher."

"Claire, that's not being bossy." Mia chuckled a little. "Have you considered the fact that he might just be shy?"

"But he shares his toys with Chloe. Shy people don't share their things, remember? The other kids and I want to play with him but he wouldn't even talk to us." The little girl demonstrated with her hands as she spoke.

"He's new to your class. isn't he?" Mia smiled. They had a parents group on messenger created by their teacher. It consisted of the parents of every student in Chloe and Claire's class. Mia remembered someone joining the group recently and introducing herself as Joshua's mom.

Claire nodded to her mother's question, bringing her cup to her lips, taking some milk.

"You don't have to call him bossy or be mad at him. He's probably shy and still trying to get used to being with you all." Mia spoke.

"Not fair. He talks to my twin sister so he should talk to me." Claire mumbled.

Chloe started laughing which earned her mother and sister's attention.

"Joshua thinks you're the bossy one. He's scared to talk to you."

Claire frowned, "Boys are gross"

Mia laughed. Sometimes it was hard to believe her daughters were only four years old.

"So, you don't want a baby brother anymore?" Mia smiled as she looked at her girls intently.

Chole and Claire took a glance at each other.

"Yes," Claire answered.

"I want a baby brother." Chloe pouted.

"Stephan is cute, remember? You also said you like playing with him. Aunt Sammie said if we are good, Mommy and Daddy will give us a baby brother!" Chloe said to her sister.

Stephan was Sammie and Theodore's eight-month-old son.

"Fine. I want a baby brother too. But if he's not as cute as Stephan, then I don't want him." Claire answered.

Mia burst into a peal of laughter.

"Don't worry, Sissy, he's going to be very cute, just like Daddy." Chloe smiled.

"Who's going to be cute like Daddy?" Colton's voice came through.

Chloe and Claire's eyes lit up upon hearing their father's voice. With the help of their Mother, they got down from the high chair and ran to him, hugging his legs tightly.

Once he released himself from his kids, he picked both girls up in his arms at the same time and showered their cheeks and foreheads with kisses which made them giggle.

"We miss you, Daddy." Chloe smiled.

"I missed you both, too." He smiled, walking towards the kitchen island where Mia was, with the twins in his arms.

"How was school? Were you both good to Mommy and Becca?" Colton asked his girls as he made them sit on the countertop.

Becca was their Nanny. She resumes work at 7 in the morning on weekdays and closes whenever Mia and Colton come back from work. She also watches the twins overnight when Colt and Mia were on dates or had an outing.

"School was fine," Chloe answered.

"Yes, we were good girls," Claire assured.

"Good." He kissed their cheeks once more.

"Let me say Hi to my baby," Colton said, walking towards Mia who was standing opposite them.

"But I thought we were your babies?" Chloe frowned, referring to herself and Claire.

Both Colton and Mia chuckled. "Hi, love." He wrapped his arm possessively around her waist and placed a soft kiss on her lips. They always try to be responsible about their intimacy when they are around the twins.

"Ewwwww." Claire giggled, covering her eyes with her hands.

Chloe didn't bother covering her eyes. She just sat there, smiling.

Pulling away from their short kiss, Colton intertwined his hand with Mia's own as they approached their babies and stood in front of them. The two little cuties were still seated on the countertop. They looked so adorable in their matching PJs and braided hair.

Claire and Chloe looked so much like Colton and Mia. It was as if they took the right percentage of genes so they could look like both of their parents. But they were blessed with Colton's gorgeous eye color and Mia was perfectly okay with that.

"You both are our precious babies and will always be. But Mommy will forever remain Daddy's special baby." Colton placed a soft kiss on the side of Mia's forehead.

"Daddy loves mommy so much," Chloe whispered happily in Claire's ear. Well, she was loud enough for her parents to hear them.

"Yes, Sissy. That's why they kiss every time." Claire giggled. "We will have our baby brother soon" She whispered in Chloe's ear.

Mia couldn't help with the blush that crept to her lips.

Colton chuckled. "Okay, what did I miss?" He smiled, looking between his wife and children.

"Aunt Sammie said we would get a baby brother like Stephan if we continue to be good girls," Claire spoke. Chloe nodded in agreement.

"So what did mommy say about that?" He asked, turning his attention to Mia, whose cheeks were almost as that of a tomato.

"Babe!" She groaned.

"Mommy only smiled when we told her," Chloe answered.

"You both will definitely have a younger sibling to play with. Mommy and I will work on it, okay?"

Mia playfully rolled her eyes at her husband.

"Thank you, Daddy!"

"We love you, Daddy." She heard the twins say.
