The Alpha Triplets and the Rogue

Chapter 398 Delivery

Ch. 398 / 580 Jan 28, 2026

Tish POV

My body is moving on autopilot as I enter the pack house. I don't remember the drive home. I don't know if I spoke to Kaden about our predicament or if it was just silent. I can't think about that right now.

Racing up the stairs, I can hear Raven's growls and screams coming from the guest wing. Omegas are lined against the walls, and everyone has a worried look on their face.

Doctor Jones is outside the guest suite, banging on the doors and demanding to be let in. Beads of sweat are on his brow, and he is a strange color of green. I place my hand on his shoulder. "She cannot die under my care," he says in desperation.

I nod and knock on the door. "Oliver, it's me."

The door swings open, and Oliver is pale. Lines of worry are etched onto his face. He lets me inside but growls in the direction of Doctor Jones.

"She is in the bathroom," he says solemnly.

The grave look on his face lets one know it is not going well. I can't move fast enough. Everything is a blur as I push into the bathroom.

I take in the scene before me. Raven is naked on the floor, and Leo is pleading with her to go to the hospital. There is blood all over the floor. Much more than I expected, and I am more than positive it is too much.

Raven's eyes dart to mine, and she stops screaming. "Tish," she breathes my name. "You have to deliver my babies."

"Me?" I reply. "I don't have any idea what to do."

"I have seen it," she screams through a contraction. "It has to be you."

I am frozen to the spot. Raven has more faith in me than anyone ever has. I am staring at her when Oliver pushes me forward.

Glancing over my shoulder, I narrow my eyes at Oliver. He has to know what a terrible idea this is.

"Can the doctor come in to supervise?" I ask hopefully.

Leo and Oliver look at Raven. I can see they desperately want her to say yes.

"He cannot touch me," she says through gritted teeth.

Oliver disappears to get the doctor, and when Doctor Jones bursts through the door, he immediately starts praying to the Moon Goddess.

"She won't let you touch her," I say, rolling up my sleeves and washing my hands. "What do I do?"

"She needs a hospital," he mutters.

"What do I do?" I scream at him.

"Uh," he mutters like he is lost.

"Oliver, get me some towels or blankets," I say, pushing the doctor out of the way. "Leo, help support her."

Choking back the pregnancy nausea, I glance between Raven's legs. I see a mass of hair trying to break its way through.

"I think the first baby is crowning," I tell Raven. "When you feel the next contraction, push."

Raven nods her head. Her black hair is plastered to her face with sweat. Her blue eyes are wide and fearful. Leo is squeezing her hand tightly. Oliver returns just in time and throws the towels at me. He sets by Raven and smooths her hair out of her face. He places a kiss on her temple, and somehow, she manages to smile.

A moan comes from her lips, and I know it is time for her to push. Raven bares down. A growl escapes from her lips as the first baby slides from her.

Clumsily, I catch him and wrap him in a towel. There is no time for me to cradle him or check him over before the next tries to push his way out.

"I have to give this baby to Doctor Jones," I tell her firmly.

Weakly, she nods, and I pass the baby boy to Doctor Jones. Before I can turn back around, Raven is already pushing. I barely have time to get a towel ready to catch him.

The second boy enters the world screaming, and tears drip from my eyes. I wrap him tightly before handing him to Raven. Doctor Jones approaches her silently and lays the firstborn on the other side of her chest.

Raven leans back against Leo and clutches the babies to her chest. I fall back against the bathroom wall and close my eyes. Raven has let Doctor Jones take over, and he moves quickly to stop her bleeding.

I watch in silence and lift up my first prayer to the Moon Goddess. I did my best and can only hope it was enough to save all three. Someone nudges me on the side, and I look over. Oliver is standing over me, holding one of the babies. He is beaming with pride, and I can't help but smile back.

"Is everyone okay?" I whisper.

"Yeah," he says. "We are going to move Raven into the bedroom. You can go get some rest."

I get to my feet and sway a little. The excitement of the day is starting to weigh on me, and I find myself wanting to be with Kaden.

"I think I will go back to my rooms tonight," I tell Oliver.

Leo hands Oliver the other baby so he can carry Raven to the bedroom. Raven's head is resting on Leo's chest as they pass by. She reaches out for me, and when our hands touch, her blue eyes roll back into her head.

"Dark twins," she whispers in a strange voice. "Dark twins raised in light can only be tamed by the child of a human and a werewolf. The bond forged between them starts at birth and cannot be broken."

Leo and Oliver stare at Raven and then at me. "Are you pregnant?" Raven whispers.

"I... I... I have to go," I mumble before I race out of the guest suite.

I let the door slam behind me, and Kaden is leaning up against the opposite wall. He is painfully sober, and his eyelids are heavy.

"You are covered in..." he begins. "I don't want to know what that is. Do I?"

"Probably not," I reply, choking on my tears. "But, you can help me get cleaned up if you want to."

Kaden's eyes widen. "Anything for you, mate."
