Camella's eyes brightened up. She'd thought she would have to pull a few strings to be able to see him, but he'd come out first and beat her to it.
“When should I expect you?” Camella asked. She knows his routine and she has her own too. She also goes to the gym, it's not only Andre who does. It's probably after that. Besides, dad wants her to invite him over for a drink.
“I'll call you up after my gym. Good night” he said, ready to hang up. There are words, better explained when you sit face to face than a phone conversation.
“Alright, goodnight my love” Camella responded before Andre hung up. She liked the chemistry evolving between them. She's going after him. Who says that men are the only ones who should have a crush?
When a woman comes across a man like Andre Torello, she needs to take the first initiative. Otherwise, she will grow into her menopausal age and he still wouldn't spare her a glance. And men like him, tend to love without reservation.
On the other hand, Andre was still for a while. What is going on? Is he also having a soft spot for Camella now? He shouldn't forget the way his previous relationship ended. He doesn't have the financial support to sustain Jasmine.
The best he could offer, meant nothing to her. She wants more and he couldn't provide her, even if he doesn't know that he was not meeting up until she got married to Patrick. Now, Camella, he doesn't want to make a fool of himself again.
In Alice's bedroom, she was so happy in her new home. Andre had made it possible for her to live in such an exquisite house. She's pleased and only wishes that he falls in love and brings him a wife and also a grandchild to her.
Then she would have been a fulfilled woman and grandmother. This is her earnest desire and she prayed that the holy virgin Mary hears her secret cry and bring that woman to Andre, the one that would make him happy for the rest of his life.
Then she remembered Ella, shouldn't she inform her that she'd relocated? She hadn't visited them in a while and she might just want to stop by to say hello and then realised that she'd relocated.
How she wishes Ella and Andre can end up together. She appears to be a good girl and thinks highly of her son. Her only challenge is the rigidity of her son, he hadn't healed from the wound of the past, the one that Jasmine inflicted on him.
She sent a text of her new address to Ella and hoped to say hello to her the next morning. She was seeing Andre in the company again and had stopped checking on her. She's really going to scold her when they get to talk the next morning.
The next morning, before dawn, Andre had stepped out and gone to the gym. Surprised he saw Rita visit the same gym with him and they kept talking while exercising. They quickly got acquainted and bonded as friends.
When they were done, Rita suggested stopping by his place but politely,Andre turned her down and promised to invite her one of these days for dinner. Then he sped off home, he needed to get showered and call Camella, he had to meet with her that day.
The fact is that he hadn't stopped thinking about her the entire morning while gymning. He has an appointment with a friend and wouldn't want to disappoint her. He just felt they needed to meet and say hello.
As he got closer to his mansion, Felix called and he answered his phone almost immediately. He's a best friend and then one he could rely on anytime. They hadn't been together in a while but were constantly chatting though.
And the main reason is because Andre stopped partying, not going to the movies, going on a date and those fun seeking places. He is only dedicated to his work, gym and that's all his life revolves around now.
“It's been a while buddy” Andre chimed, adjusting his Bluetooth properly while concentrating on the steering wheel. He was happy and soon, both friends were talking cheerfully and laughing.
“Let's talk later, since you said you're on the steering wheel,” Felix suggested. He was on the steering wheel and he doesn't want him to feel bad or bring back the memory of the past. This could affect his concentration and it will not be good for him at all.
He was going to tell him that he and Jane are going to tie the knot and this might cause a healing wound in Andre to start bleeding again.
“Alright, I'll call you when I'm less busy,” Andre replied and hung up as he drove into the tarred street leading to his villa. He saw Regina and her husband stepping out of their car, and then Jasmine behind them.
His car glasses were wind up and tinted. They didn't see him as he drove past them into his giant gate. He'd sold his former car and they couldn't assume that he could buy something so advanced as this, considering his poor financial standing.
Anyways, Andre stepped out of his car and carried his gym backpack as he took a few strides to the door. With his finger prints he unlocked the door and stepped in.
As he gets in, the door automatically locks on his own. Raising his head to greet the feminine figure on the sofa, he was dazed and his steps momentarily got stuck to the spot.
Quickly, the familiar woman stood up, dressed in a polo and a three quarter. She made her hair into a high ponytail and only had a light makeup on. She glanced around quickly and said in a whisper “Please, just cooperate, I don't want your…” she was saying when Alice Torello walked over.
“Welcome son” Alice and went over, giving her son a warm hug. This is what she'd wanted. She wants Andre to finally get to meet with Ella that day. She cannot wait to see them both start dating.
“Hi mom” Andre said, but his gaze was fixed on the woman before him. How did she know his new address? Why did she come, when he hadn't called her or said anything to her?
“Finally, you and Ella get to meet today” Alice chimed, holding her son's hand and turning to stare at the younger woman who bent her head and glanced at her finger as she fiddled with it like a teenager that she truly looked like at that moment.
“Ella?” Andre asked, his gaze still fixed on the woman before him. So she's now Ella not Camella to his mother?
