The girl sat down on the bed when she got to the bedroom. Glad that the traffic wasn't that heavy so the road was wide.
He entered the CR to clean the body. When she was done, she just wore her black pajamas before sitting on her study table.
He opened the laptop again to read the new chapter that had notified him earlier. She's glad that this writer is updating his story from time to time. Atleast, he was having fun and he was drowsy.
She smiled while reading the poem in the first chapter. This is how he always witnessed. In each chapter there is an opening poem to all readers.
But Astreille knew that something is off, these poems are somehow connected with each other.
Her eyes widened when she realized something that had long resided in her brain. The first letters.
His hands were so quick that he typed various codes to capture all the first letters of the previous chapters.
She connected all of those letters in one and translated it into binary code after. He then tried to inspect even the url of the man's profile.
In just one click, she successfully gathered all of those codes into one. And it only shows one thing on her screen, a website link.
Quick hands he copied that link before visiting it. This website, it's not dangerous right?
He was backing away from his seat when suddenly a red light flashed on his screen. At the same time the shrill sound caused him to cover his ears.
She gasped when she realized what laptop she used. It's her personal laptop!
He is not a fool for not knowing that the website software is trying to break into him. A fucking bait!
Though shaking hands he still held the laptop mouse. She can't destroy her laptop because all of her files are inside!
Tears welled up in her eyes as she dropped the USB stick from her palm. She's trembling in fear because of what's happening right now.
"Ahh!" She screamed in shock when her cellphone also rang loudly.
She saw the red warning flashing on her cellphone's screen also.
Crying, she sat on the floor while covering both ears so as not to hear the shrill sound from her laptop and cellphone.
He no longer had the strength to stand up and destroy his laptop. She can't move her body, her knees are trembling.
She sobbed when the noise stopped. Even her laptop and cellphone were back to normal. But just a few minutes ago a word re -posted on his screen.
"HACKED"
He bit his lower lip at the extreme tightness he felt. All of her personal information is inside that laptop.
He quickly ran his way out of the room to go down to the living room. She needs to leave before the man behind all this catches up with her.
That writer. She can't believe that this has something to do with him. His story is a bait, and because she idolized him so much, he was too flattered.
She took her car keys before nervously running towards the door. But she immediately stopped when her main door opened.
Her heartbeat got stronger as you slowly opened it.
"W-Who are you?" she asked while crying.
He quickly moved his body before running to his room upstairs. He slammed the door shut and locked it.
She took the chair on the side and slammed it on the door.
Her lips are trembling in fear, as if she will faint at any moment.
Sobbing, he backed away from the door when he saw how the stranger tried to open his door. She quickly ran to her bed and there cried and cried.
She can't fight for her life. He was stupid in fighting. He has no strength for it.
She can't help but to pity herself. If only he hadn't been careless, he wouldn't have reached this point.
Astreille shut her eyes tightly when a strong force opened her door causing a loud noise.
He was still holding the blanket while sobbing softly.
He tried to open his eyes only to see a human figure on the side. Since it was already dark all around, only the moonlight served as a light so that he could see the figure of the stranger on the side of his room.
She composed herself even though she was about to faint with fear.
"W-Who are y-you?"
She moaned louder as she stepped once. She bit her lip while still continuing to sob.
"P-Please. I don't want to d-die yet. Whoever k-you are, I won't disturb you, p-promise. Please, don't kill me," he begged.
The stranger did not answer him. Instead, the person slowly stepped forward until it stopped at the end of his bed.
"Don't k-kill me, please. Promise, h-I'm not a bad person. I won't really bother you, I'll forget a-about these things. P-Please. P-Promise,"
she cried hopelessly.
She winced as the man lifted his face in her direction. Then he slowly removed his cap causing Astreille to meet his eyes.
Those eyes. He could never forget those eyes. Two different eye colors.
"Astreille." The girl squeezed the headboard when it mentioned her name.
His voice is so deep that it can send millions of people to drool over him. But in her case, it looks like she just wants to shoot here.
"I'm a g-good girl. I'm not a m-bad person, I really have no t-intention to enter your website." She raised her one arm beside her head, allegedly promising. "P-Promise. M-Believe me."
She heard how he chuckled devilishly. The man then removed the entire mask covering the lower part of his face before turning around again.
Now, she's able to see an epitome of perfection in front of her.
"Didn't I tell you that you have debts to pay?" It's a cold promise.
Astreille trembled in fear when he walked closer to whisper in her ears.
"I'm charging now."
