Three weeks pregnant
While in her room, Bella was worried what happened to Coast, she wondered why he would wake up and began killing his pack members. She got so confused by what was going on why he would act that way.
The door to her room opened and Almano walked in,
"What do you want?" She bolted from her seat in anger from seeing him.
"I just want to talk to you" he said trying to calm her down, Almano knew she was broken from seeing Coast acting that way and he wanted to use that privilege to show her that he was there for her.
"Why?, you want to rub it in that my mate has turned into a beast" she confronted him thinking that was what he wanted to do.
"No, I just thought you needed someone to talk to after all that" he answered.
Bella frowned her face, if she needed anyone to talk to, it would definitely not be him. His company was not what she wanted, all she needed was a time to herself so that she could think properly and make sense of what is going.
"And you think that person is you, you who tried to rape me twice. Who exactly do you think you are, did you think you could walk into my life and I would fall in love with you is that what you thought?" she flared up furious by his coordinated help which had evil intentions.
"Bella calm down, I don't mean you any harm. I just wanted to talk to you and that's all" he stated.
"Talk to me, how am I sure that you and your mother are not the cause of what happened to a coast. Your mother confessed to poisoning him so I am sure that she is the one behind this too. Thinking about it, Adeline knew from the start and that was why she requested for me.
What did you guys do to him" she yelled at top of her voice convinced that it was them behind it.
Bella had no one else to blame for what was happening to Coast other than him and Adeline. Once they arrived at the pack they turned everything upside down with their revenge plan.
Almano just watched Bella, if there was anything he noticed about her, it was that she was smart. She already knew they were cause of what just happened to Coast but she couldn't do anything because she had no power. Bella just had the title of the Luna with no army, the gamma was locked up in the dungeon with his mate which meant they couldn't help her. She was all alone and the only reason she was still alive was because He wanted her. He wanted to make her his own
"We did What he deserved" he answered confirming her guess. There was no point in hiding it when she already knew the truth.
"I knew you two were behind it, Coast would never do that" she stated.
"Why do you think so highly of him, do you think your mate is not a monster" Almano got tired of her always choosing Coast over him, always praising him to be the best and even defending him, it annoyed to hear her say such good things about him even to his face.
"He has his reasons for the things he did, he did those things to protect his mate and his pack. What are your reasons?, to get more power because I don't see where this revenge is going other than you wanting to be something that you are not" she retorted in a sharp tone.
"Coast is not a good guy, you should forget about him by now and start your own life" Almano suggested with himself in mind as the perfect man for her.
"Can you hear yourself, you are telling me to forget about my mate, the only reason why I am existing. You want me to forget about him.
Why?
So that you could enter the picture, so that you can have me".
It wasn't new news that all Almano wanted was her and she knew that very well. He never failed to show it every single time.
"You are right that I want you and I won't hide it. You are the only woman I have ever wanted. So can you forget about Coast and let us start all over again" he requested of her.
"Never, I cannot be with you. You disgust me. Even if I have to die, I would rather die than to be with you" She stated making it clear to him that she would never want him no matter how many times he asked.
"You are just saying that because Coast is still here, once he is dead you would have no other choice than to yield to me. You would be vulnerable at that moment and you would come to me" he informed her.
Bella was a bit shaken hearing that, it meant that they had intentions of killing Coast finally to seal their revenge. How could they think of doing such a thing to him.
"Bella listen to me, I am not doing this for my selfish reasons but I believe that I was made for you. You and I are meant to be Bella" he said slowly and softly to make her see that he was serious.
"If that is the case then why weren't you my mate, why didn't the moon goodness pair me up with you. I think that you should shut down those stupid beliefs of yours thinking that you and I are meant to be together because that is not real. We can never be together. We were never meant to be.
I belong to Coast and I can never want you" she clarified and he was hurt by it as he nodded his head and smiled. He picked up a book from her table and flipped through the pages then dropped it.
"Guess what, he won't live for long" he answered.
"Don't you dare harm my mate" Bella yelled at him breaking the mirror in the room.
She threw all her things to the ground and picked up a shard of glass,
"If you dare to lay a finger on my mate then I would..."
Before she could finish her sentence, she fell down to the ground.
"Bella" Almano rushed to her.
"Bella" he shook her but she was not responding, he got to so worried.
"Bella, wake up" he demanded but nothing happened. He picked her up in his arms and rushed towards the hospital as fast as he could.

Bella woke up a few hours later to find herself in the hospital.
"How did I get here?"she asked the doctor standing in front of her.
"Almano brought you here, he claimed you fainted" the doctor answered.
"I did" she tried to recall what happened but her mind was blank.
"Uhmm, Luna.
I ran a few test on you and I realized the cause of you fainting" the doctor informed her.
"Okay"
"You fainted due to stress but also because you are three weeks pregnant" she informed and Bella's jaw dropped in shock.
"What did you just say?" She questioned.
"You are pregnant" the doctor repeated.
"I am pregnant" she repeated in disbelief.
"Yes congratulations Luna" the doctor praised her feeling excited for her, she was carrying the Alpha's pup and that was a good news. It took a little while because Bella could snap out of it.
Her face turned gloomy and she forced a smile to the doctor.
"Could you keep this between us, if anyone asks you just say that I fainted due to stress" She requested of her.
Bella had fears that the life of her child might in danger, most especially the fact that Coast was the father, if Almano found out that she was pregnant with Coast's child then he would be mad and tried to harm the child.
"Sure Luna" the doctor excused herself.
"I'm pregnant" Bella muttered to herself once again as tears fell from her eyes, this would have been really good news to Coast and the pack that it needed to be celebrated but the situation she was in wouldn't allow her to do that.
She rubbed her hand on her stomach and smiled sadly,
Coast had also wanted to have a child but he was not in right state of mind, she wished he was with her when the news was broken to her. She would have loved to see how happy he would look when he heard he was expecting a child.
"I am sorry that your father is not here but I promise I will bring him back" she swore on her life to make sure that Coast was back to her and their child.
Bella was not going to let Adeline and Almano ruin her life by killing her mate, he was all that she had and now that they were expecting a child, it would make their family complete.
She closed her eyes while holding her stomach, she felt so sad and happy at the same time but she had to keep all that to herself if she wanted her mate to return to her.
