In the bedroom, Ella felt cold so she reached out her hand wanting to hug the man beside her. But, there is no one. Her eyes widened in surprise, the man beside her was already awake.
She looked at the alarm clock on the table, it was past nine o'clock. 'He went to the venue for the meeting.' She thought.
Ella held her position, looked up at the ceiling, and sighed. She thought that tonight, even if it hurt to die, it would have to be done, she would hold back the pain and fear, entrusting herself to him.
Ella has never had sex with anyone, kissed her many times, always stopping halfway because he didn't want to hurt her. She turned on her phone, watched some news on the matter, and watched until her face turned red.
After watching for a while, she felt the man's warmth still in the blanket, she turned off the phone and got out of bed to do personal hygiene.
Maria observed what was happening in the mansion through a telescope. After learning that David and Ella were on a business trip, she also followed them, without telling them of course. Currently, she and her people are standing in a secluded place.
Maria saw that David and two bodyguards were out of the house. Currently, there are four bodyguards in that mansion, walking back and forth in front of the gate. Maria motioned for Jack to get into action.
Jack stood on a tree branch near the mansion, sprinkling a white powder on the four guards from above. The anesthetic was at a strong level, so in an instant, they fainted on the spot. Jack and his men took four bodyguards and threw them into a bush.
After the breakfast that David had prepared, Ella lay on the couch in the living room watching television.
Suddenly, she heard a certain sound. She couldn't determine which direction the sound was coming from. She turned off the TV. The house became eerily quiet. She's starting to get scared when David isn't here.
Ella calmed herself. 'The bodyguards will protect me, so I don't need to worry.' She went around the house but did not find the bodyguard. The door opened wide. Now she insists that something is wrong here. Ella's heart skipped a beat.
Since the villa was on a hill, there were very few other houses around, so she couldn't ask for help if someone did something bad to her.
At this point, David is not sure about Ella, so he asks the driver to go back to the villa.
Another sound was heard. Ella was startled, turning her head to look around. She still can't pinpoint the source of that sound.
'What am I supposed to do?' She thought and pulled out her phone to call David.
David's phone suddenly rang. He answered the call. "Hi?"
"David, I..." Ella's shaky voice came from the other end of the line.
"What happened?" David frowned. Why does her voice sound scared?
"I... it seems someone broke into the house..."
"What? I'll be right back, be careful, and scream if someone attacks you." David hung up the call and told the driver to speed up the car.
Ella gripped the phone tightly. After a few seconds, she heard footsteps coming toward her. She stood motionless. Her heart beat fast. She couldn't move because her legs were shaking.
'What should I do? I hope it's not the sound of human footsteps. Just the sound of the wind or...'
But she was wrong. A hand suddenly grabbed her shoulder. Ella shouted.
Jack covered her mouth with his hand.
"Hmmm... let me go." She tried to free herself while still holding her phone, but she accidentally saw a dragon tattoo on the man's arm.
Ella bit Jack's hand. The man yelled and released her. He rubbed the spot where she had just bitten.
Ella was stunned when she saw the man's eyes. He is wearing a ninja-like mask and all she can see are his eyes.
Ella's body trembled, she didn't even know that her phone was ringing. Her limbs trembled.
On the other end of the line, David was impatient when Ella didn't pick up his call.
Jack slowly approached her, snatched the phone from her hand, and threw it to the ground. It was the phone she just bought after a picnic. But, under the circumstances, she didn't mind it.
Ella stepped back. "Who are you?" She asked in a trembling voice.
"You don't have to know me," Jack replied with wide eyes.
"What do you want from me?" Ella stopped when she was cornered against the wall.
Jack is now very close to her and she can feel the killing intent radiating from him.
Ella dared not act, she dared not even breathe. She was too scared. She doesn't know why anyone would want to harm her.
"You are very beautiful. Your body is also very attractive." Jack looked at her from head to toe. "Shall we have some fun before you die?" He said while stroking her face.
Ella swatted the man's hand away. "If you want money, I can give it all to you."
"Hahaha." Jack laughed, "I don't want your money. All I want is your life."
Ella's eyes widened. 'My life? After all, who do I have a grudge against that people have followed me all the way here just to kill me?'
"But before you die, I want to taste your taste." And then Jack started ripping off her dress.
Ella tried to pull away. "Don't... please..."
Suddenly, she heard a sound. Then Jack stopped what he was doing and he screamed in pain.
David calls Ella but she doesn't answer his calls. He doesn't know why but his heart beats fast. He has a bad feeling. He still tried to call her but this time there was no signal.
The car stopped in front of the villa gate. David got out of the car. He sees a man and a girl. The girl is struggling while the man is trying to tear her dress. David's face darkened. Without thinking, he ran into the yard, pointing his fist at the man. Two bodyguards stood behind David, supporting him.
Jack was suddenly beaten, so he let go of Ella and faced David and two bodyguards. He looked at David while touching his injured face. He laughed loudly. "You want to be a hero?"
Jack tackles two bodyguards before he attacks David. He struck so fast that David could not dodge, and he fell to the ground.
