David's heart was filled with pain, but he had no other choice. He just wants her to be his.
David spoke to her through the door. "Sorry, I don't want this to happen. I'm very jealous... I'm going back to the company, I'll be back to visit you in a little while."
David walked towards his car. He needs to calm down to think about what he did to Ella. He regrets it but he doesn't want her to go.
David returned to the company. He sat down in the chair at the desk. He recalled his actions earlier. He doesn't know why he did this to Ella. His actions looked like he was raping her. He hurt her deeply. He regrets it immensely.
David took a deep breath, he focused on solving a few things and then returned to the secret house with Ella. Suddenly, Raymon opened the door, his face darkening. "Where's Ella?"
David was calm, looking at Raymon, with eyes that scared others. "Ella is my wife, what do you ask?"
"Damned! Where is she anyway?" Raymon grabbed David's collar.
"You will never know." David looked straight into Raymon's eyes coldly. David broke Ella's phone, so there was no way Raymon could find her through the navigation system. The one who knows where she is only David.
Raymon raised his fist at David. David nimbly dodged his fist. Key called security into the room, and seven or eight men grabbed Raymon and took him out.
"David. If you dare to hurt her, I won't let it go." Raymon's loud shout reverberated throughout the floor.
"General manager, are you okay?" Key asked worriedly.
David shook his head. "I have some business to deal with these days. At the company, I leave everything to you to manage."
"Yes, I understand," Key replied to his words. After all, something important happened, causing him to put his work on hold. Could it have something to do with that woman? Key silently thought.
David took care of some important work for two hours, then hurriedly drove to the secret house. Before long, he spotted Raymon chasing behind his car.
David sped up and ran around incessantly, he ran into shortcuts, out onto the main road, and out into the street, but, Raymon's car still chased behind.
David had to use the last resort. He took out his phone and called Key. On the other end of the line, Key nodded repeatedly and spoke. "I got it."
After a few minutes, David hung up the call. He continued to run straight towards the secret house.
Raymon was chasing behind, staring at David's car. Suddenly, two cars got in his way. After dealing with those two cars, Raymon could no longer see David's car. He got angry and hit the steering wheel once.
On the way back to the secret house, David bought some food. As soon as he opened the door to the room, he saw Ella sitting on the ground, her hair disheveled, her face blank, her eyes blank.
Seeing her in such a state, he was heartbroken but, he could only sigh. "I don't want this to happen either, forgive me, okay?" He caressed her cheek, and she dodged. This is the man she loves but now, she feels like a stranger.
"I bought you food. Are you hungry? Let me feed you." David just brought the spoon of rice close to Ella's mouth, she threw it all over the place.
"Ella, don't treat me like that. I am also very sad. As long as you promise me you won't leave, I'll let you go."
Ella was like a doll whose clothes were torn, looking at her like that, his heart constricted.
"As long as you don't approach Raymon, don't talk to him or get close to him." David took a deep breath and said.
Ella looked up. "This is absurd. Why are you forbidding me to talk to Raymon when we're friends?"
"But he doesn't see you as a friend."
"It's his story. What matters is my choice." Ella stood up from her seat.
"I get annoyed when you come into contact with Raymon." David scowled.
"You say you trust me but, why are you jealous? You say Raymon is a dangerous man, tell me to stay away from him. But, I think the dangerous person is you. You are completely unlike the David I know. I want a divorce."
"Never. The contract is not over, you can't get a divorce." David shouted.
"I do not care. I need a divorce. I hate you."
"You..." David was further angered by Ella's words. He lifted her face, kissing her passionately on the lips.
Ella used all her strength to push him away. David's back hit the door hard. That impact cleared his mind. Seeing his bite mark on her lips, he regained his composure. He hurt her again.
David knew that he and she couldn't talk right now, so he left, not forgetting to lock the bedroom door. He walked out of the living room and sat down on the couch. He will give her more time to calm down.
David's phone rings. He took it out of his pocket. The caller is Rika.
"Hi?" He answered the call.
"Where are you, I want to talk," Rika said on the other end of the line.
"Okay, wait for me in my office. I'll be back in fifteen minutes." David said and hung up the call. He put his phone in his pocket and stood up from his chair.
He looked towards the bedroom door again before leaving the house.
At the company.
David just opened the door to his office and saw Rika sitting on the sofa.
He walked over and sat next to her. "Are you looking for me?"
"Grandpa wants you and Ella to come home for dinner tonight. Because he hasn't seen you two at home lately. What happened between you and Ella?" Rika asked.
David didn't know how to respond. If he hadn't said it, surely Rika wouldn't have left here. If he does, he doesn't know where to start.
After thinking for a while, he decided to tell Rika everything.
Hearing his story, Rika stood up, glaring. "You are treating her like a prisoner. Why are you acting so stupid?"
