Genius Triplets: Ex Wife Hidden Identity

Chapter 31

Ch. 31 / 181 Dec 17, 2025

Alessia raised her head to see Sisca in a chiffon dress, along with Dominic, whose face remained impassive, and several other people, presumably all coming out from the private rooms.

Trouble!

Alessia furrowed her brow, only to find Dylan, who had always been obedient, now speaking up with impatience.

"Sisca, did you forget to brush your teeth when you got up? Or did you forget to bring your ears when you left the house? Where did you hear that my singing was filled with tender emotions?"

Dylan's impolite words caught Sisca off guard, her face turning pale. But she came out here precisely to cause trouble.

So what if her photo was deleted? She could still find a way for Dominic to see it.

Suppressing her anger, Sisca glanced at Alessia with ill intentions, pretending to be innocent as she spoke.

"Dylan, why are you so angry? Did I misunderstand something? It shouldn't be. Just now, I clearly heard you saying that you wanted to dedicate this song to the most important person in your life, someone who once helped you out of a low point. I thought this lady was your first love!"

Sisca's words successfully shifted everyone's attention to Alessia, including Dominic's gaze.

In the entertainment industry, Dylan's first love being exposed was quite intriguing.

Sisca looked smug.

However, Dylan coldly sneered.

With his hands in his pockets, he stepped forward to shield Alessia, continuing to speak impolitely.

"Sisca, stop acting and distorting the truth here. She is my sister. If you dare to spread rumors here, I'll tear you apart. You're just a plagiarizing dog, what right do you have to talk about singing techniques? Aren't you afraid of being laughed at?"

"Say that again?" Sisca choked. Under Dylan's impolite words, her suppressed anger finally burst forth, her expression turning furious. "Do you believe I'll sue you for defamation?"

What she couldn't stand the most was being accused of plagiarism. The draft of her hit song "Dark Walker" was indeed picked up from the roadside.

She just picked up something that others didn't want. Why should she be called a plagiarist?

"You'd better leave now!" Dylan's words rushed out, completely unafraid, continuing to provoke.

At this moment, Dylan wasn't hiding Alessia anymore.

He turned to the side, proudly introducing Alessia.

"I forgot to tell you. My sister is the original author of 'Dark Walker'. I've seen the first draft of that song myself, and even 'To the Rivers and Lakes' was written by her. If you truly have talent, why haven't you produced anything other than 'Dark Walker'? Because you can't."

Dylan's string of words stunned Sisca, and she felt a bit uneasy.

What if this woman in front of her was really the author of "Dark Walker"? What would she do then?

Sisca gritted her teeth and looked pitifully at Dominic, seeking help. "Dominic, I didn't do anything."

Dominic's dark eyes seemed like bottomless abysses as he glanced at Alessia.

But he found Alessia wasn't even looking at him; rather, she seemed bored, her expressionless face staring ahead blankly, as if lost in thought?

Dominic's gaze turned cold. This woman was completely ignoring him, playing the stranger game with him.

A hint of chill appeared on Dominic's perfect face as he suddenly turned and left.

As Dominic left, the crowd quickly dispersed.

Sisca looked around at her empty surroundings, so angry she almost broke her newly done nails.

Finally, she glared fiercely at Alessia and returned to her private room.

Watching the dispersing crowd, Dylan's anger dissipated, realizing he might have caused trouble.

He turned his unpleasant face towards Alessia, apologizing.

"Sis, I'm sorry, I acted impulsively just now. It's mainly because Sisca was being too fake, and I didn't notice Dominic was also here. Do you think he'll cause you trouble?"

"It's fine! I'll go to the restroom for a bit."

Alessia got up and left her seat.

As long as they met, even if Dylan didn't confront Sisca, Dominic could still cause trouble for her.

But evidently, Dominic didn't want people to know they knew each other in this public place.

Alessia came out of the restroom and stood in front of the sink.

She turned off the tap, tidying up the stray hairs on her forehead in the mirror. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Sisca walk in and stand beside her.

Now, there were no third parties in the restroom. Sisca didn't need to pretend anymore. Her eyes were malicious yet tinged with a hint of pride.

"To tell you the truth, I didn't write 'Dark Walker'. But so what? It's been so many years. Can you provide evidence? But speaking of which, I still need to thank you. If it weren't for your song, I wouldn't have stepped into the entertainment industry."

Alessia remained calm, continuing to tidy her hair in front of the mirror. She asked in a cold tone, "Are you proud of yourself?"

Sisca was taken aback, thinking she had finally provoked Alessia's anger. She crossed her arms smugly and nodded, "Of course."

But before she could finish her sentence, Alessia suddenly turned around.

With beautiful almond-shaped eyes filled with pity, Alessia looked at Sisca as if bestowing something upon her.

"If you want the song I write casually, I'll give it to you. But upon second thought, I don't have much kindness in me, so I'll need some interest."

As she spoke, Alessia raised her hand.

With two crisp 'slap' sounds, Sisca received a slap on each cheek.

Sisca was stunned, incredulously staring with widened eyes. "You dare to hit me?"

Alessia neither confirmed nor denied it.

Sisca, like a madwoman, lunged forward to strike.

Alessia agilely dodged, effortlessly avoiding the attack. With a casual stretch of her slender leg, she tripped Sisca to the ground.

Frustrated, Sisca scrambled to get up and wanted to strike again. But when she felt Alessia's icy gaze, she involuntarily shrank back.

Sisca pursed her lips, unable to strike again, her expression contorted in an attempt to save face.

"I know why you hit me. You're just angry because I exposed your affair with Dylan in public. Because you know, Dominic would never want a woman who's involved with other men."

Who cares?

Alessia sneered, "Make time to see a doctor."

Turning to leave, Alessia paused and added, "I'm not interested in going back to square one."

Sisca was momentarily stunned. Those words seemed to hit a nerve.

Sisca rushed forward and blocked the doorway, her expression fierce and wild.

"What do you mean? Speak clearly. Besides that fat and ugly ex-wife of Dominic, where else would he have another woman?"

Alessia exuded a nonchalant air. She stared at Sisca, then suddenly smirked, drawling each word, "Because I'm that fat and ugly ex-wife."

Sisca's expression shattered, her face turning an unsightly shade of liver-colored.

The truth was right in front of her, yet she refused to believe it, shaking her head.

She gritted her teeth and sneered maliciously, "Don't try to deceive me. I've seen that woman, that woman with a barrel-like waist, a face swollen like a pig. How could she possibly be you?"

What's more, she heard that woman was from the countryside, didn't even finish middle school. How could she be a composing genius?

A hint of impatience flashed in Alessia's eyes. She hadn't bothered to prove her preferences to others, let alone being repeatedly called ugly to her face.

Alessia's gaze turned cold, and she happened to catch a glimpse of a figure.

Alessia spoke up, "Miss Fraser, if you want to know, why not ask Mr. Carter yourself?"

Sisca felt like Alessia was playing her. If she could ask Dominic about this, she wouldn't need to insist here.

Sisca wanted to continue acting recklessly but suddenly felt a chilling presence behind her.

A cold shiver ran down her spine, and instinctively, she turned around.

A man, dressed in a bespoke black suit and black leather shoes, stood under the dazzling lights. The lights separated his rugged features, making his expression unclear, and no one knew how long he had been standing there, or how much he had heard.

Sisca staggered, then quickly walked to Dominic's side, tears streaming down her face as she cried out.

"Dominic, you finally came. This lady here said I plagiarized her song, not only hit me but also claimed to be your ex-wife. It's okay if she hits me, but she can't tarnish your reputation. She's clearly not your ex-wife!"

Sisca's cheeks were swollen, tears streaming down her face, a sight that could indeed evoke a man's protective instincts.
