Alpha Deucalion P.O.V

I watched my mate as she stormed off angrily as Madison kept calling her.

"Let her go," I told Madison.

What we have done to her it would be a miracle for her to forgive us; I just hope she will one day.

I was blissful that Madison had found her long last daughter but somehow sad that Salem would never forgive us. Every time when her bright blue eyes stared into mine, I see the monster she see me as. A monster who physically abused her and gave her away to be raped, it hurt. If I could turn back time I would stop myself from all the hurt I've put her through.

Madison carried Jane into the living room to find out what had happened to her while they were parted; I remained to stay outside giving them the space they needed.

For hours Jane and Madison were talking, I could hear their tears and how the separation had gratefully affected them.

"You'll be happy with me now," I heard Madison.

My eyes never left Salem where she had disappeared, not wanting to have anything to do with us, my eyes had soon become tired and I was finding it difficult to focus on the image for too long.

The door opens causing my eyes to move to it.

"I'm leaving now, Alpha Deucalion," Jane informed me with a smile on her face; Madison was behind her as well.

I got up from the chair and stretched out my hand for her to shake, I was frightened when she choose to hug me instead, my hand stood at my side not returning her hug.

"I'm so happy that I have an uncle, she hugged me tightly. I once thought I was alone but now I'm not."

My hand steadily went to her to hug her.

Madison's eyes stared into mine with a bright smile.

"I don't want to keep Salem waiting," her arms moved from around me.

She then went to hug her mom.

"I'll see you tomorrow, Mom."

"Yes," retorted Madison. "You should be staying here with me, now that we've found each other."

Jane was soon on her way, she waved at us as she walked from the house and vanished in the thick leaves of the trees and wild plants.

A few minutes as I was about to return home; I saw Jane racing back to us; on her face, she was very worried.

"What is wrong?" Madison ran from the porch to meet her.

"I feel Salem has been kidnapped."

My heart felt like someone stuck me with a knife in it, shocked by the news.

Salem P.O.V

"Hmmm," my eyes opened feeling myself in an uncomfortable position. I then discover I was laying on a concrete ground.

"She's finally awakened," I heard a strange female voice.

My head motioned towards the sound and I saw a cell made from iron bars, I was trapped in, and wolves that looked like high-class wolves, Lunas, and Alphas were staring at me from the cell.

"Why I'm I here?" I asked as I tried to get up, with each attempt I made I fell right back to the ground somehow feeling dizzy. I remained on the hard concrete floor on my knees.

None of them answer me instead they just stared at me as if I was some freak.

"Let me go," I growled at them.

"You are a threat to your own kind, what makes you think we would let you go," the female again spoke; a long blond hair she-wolf attired in a long elegant apparel with long sleeves decorated in silver art.

I gave her a grave look.

"You've all chosen death," I looked them all in the eyes gravely.

They didn't move as I raised both hands into the hair summoning flashes of lightning to destroy them all.

Something strange had happened to my powers, and I realized I could not create lightning; I again try, finally being able to stand.

"No use trying to," said the female.

I looked at her bewilderingly.

"We've made sure your powers or under control while you're here," she said with a devilish smile.

Wait, my powers were gone, how did they manage to do such a thing?

The other followed behind her as she sauntered from the cell.

I ran to the bar of the cell holding on to it angrily.

"You can't keep me in here!" I yelled angrily. "I don't belong here," I cried.
