Reject my Alpha Husband

Chapter 21 the second kiss

Ch. 21 / 120 Jan 30, 2026

Archie’s POV

I approached Alisha with determination, bending down to firmly grasp her arms and pull her out from the shelf. She resisted, flailing and striking me with an open hand. "Get off me! I am the Luna of the Golden Crest! How dare you..." her voice trailed off as I tightened my grip.

"STOP!" I growled, my patience wearing thin. In a moment of frustration, I delivered a harsh slap to her bottom. Moon Goodness, dealing with this woman was more challenging than facing ten rogues! The audacity she displayed was maddening.

Alisha stared at me in disbelief, her eyes brimming with tears. "You hit me?" Her voice trembled with both shock and anger. "I'll tell my husband! He will tear you into pieces, your son of..."

Ignoring her threats and profanities, I carried her forcefully and placed her into the bathtub. "Your husband hopes you can behave, understand?" I spoke sternly, my tone leaving no room for negotiation.

Alisha screamed and desperately tried to escape, but I firmly pressed her back into the tub. "No, you must stay here for at least an hour!" I declared, determined to keep her in place.

Her clothes clung to her body, soaked from the water, creating an alluring sight. With each struggle, I unintentionally felt a pang of desire, a peculiar thirst rising within me.

Alisha, resembling a frightened lamb in the presence of a wolf, tried to assert her dominance. "Let me go! I'll summon my warriors!" she threatened, her voice wavering with a mix of fear and bravado.

I smirked, relishing the challenge she presented. "You're welcome to try," I taunted.

"Help! Help!" Alisha's cries grew louder and more piercing, as if she were determined to assault my eardrums.

Damn it! I never anticipated that her voice could reach such high decibels, threatening to deafen me. I quickly covered my ears, shouting, "Shut up!"

But Alisha seemed to believe she had found an effective strategy, her voice growing even louder. "Hey! I am a talented singer! If you don't release me, I promise you'll lose your hearing!" She declared, stepping out of the tub, defiance burning in her eyes.

Moving swiftly, I lunged towards her and held her tightly. "This is what you asked for!"

Before Alisha could utter another word or unleash her voice upon me once more, I lowered my head and forcefully sealed her mouth with mine. The sudden and unexpected action left her stunned, her wide, black eyes fixed on me in disbelief. I could see the flutter of her long lashes, delicate like the wings of a butterfly.

In that intimate moment, silence enveloped us, temporarily halting the chaos. It was a fleeting pause, a brief respite amidst the storm that had engulfed us.

This was the second time I kiss Alisha. The last time was on our wedding. I knew mom hated Alisha to be the Luna of my pack, who came from a weak pack and had no wolf, but mom couldn’t refuse the order from grandma. For me, no matter who became my wife, it didn’t make any difference. I just cared about my mate, but she couldn’t be my wife…

Although I had no interest on Alisha, according to traditional rules, I had to kiss her, my wife, before my pack. This was our first kiss. Since we got married, Alisha sometimes would kiss me with her red face regardless of my coldness.

I never expected that I would kiss her again.

As I held Alisha tightly now, the intensity of the moment was shattered by a sudden voice piercing through the air. "Oh my Moon Goodness!" a woman's voice exclaimed, causing us both to snap back to reality.

Alisha, driven by anger, bit down on my lips forcefully, demanding that I release her. "How dare you offend me?" she hissed, her gaze fixed on me with a mix of shock and defiance.

"Ouch!" I winced in pain, loosening my grip as she covered her chest and retreated against the wall, her eyes focused on me with alertness. Taking a deep breath, I turned my head with a frown, realizing that someone else had been witness to the unfolding scene.

"Sorry, Alpha," Mireya stammered, attempting to explain herself. "I heard the call from Luna, so I was afraid that you encountered some problems. I asked the guards to see what was happening here..."

Recognizing that other werewolves stood outside the bathroom, I swiftly grabbed a bath towel and covered Alisha's body. "Get out!" I commanded angrily through the mindlink, prompting the guards to swiftly retreat.

Before Mireya left, Alisha hurled various bath supplies at me, shampoo, toothbrush, soap… Her voice seethe with anger. "You wretch! Stay away from me!"

"Fuck! Open your eyes and watch clearly! I am your husband, Archie!" I retorted, frustration seeping into my words.

"Archie? You know him? No wonder you are so mean! You both are bastards! Shame on you!" Alisha's words stung, but I was too mad to say one more words with this crazy woman. I turned to Mireya and instructed her, "Stay here and take care of Alisha. Ensure she remains in the medicated bath for at least one hour."

Mireya nodded, stepping into the bathroom as I stormed out. The mere presence of Alisha threatened to push me over the edge, and I needed space to collect my thoughts. I made my way to the balcony, craving the solace of a cigarette.

As I inhaled deeply, the taste of blood mingling with tobacco stung my injured lip. Exhaling a plume of smoke, the scent lingered in the air before dissipating. The cool and refreshing night air enveloped me, while the moon cast a gentle, white glow upon the yard. Gradually, a sense of calm washed over me, aided by the serenity of the scene.

I ran my tongue over the cut in my mouth, the memory of Alisha's harsh bite resurfacing. I couldn't help but recall the softness of her ruby lips, the tears that filled her eyes, her alluring scent, and her captivating beauty. I had to admit, although Alisha had no wolf, she possessed a rare allure, captivating not only to humans but also to werewolves.

As I gazed up at the moon, another girl's face appeared in my mind. My heart wrenched and I started to miss her again…

Suddenly, my phone vibrated and a message came in. It came from Erma: "Archie, I have something important to tell you. I will be waiting for you at Centro Cafe tomorrow morning."
