“Are you saying I should give up my own company to other people’s hands?” Damon’s cold voice rang across the room.
His dark eyes roamed the men around and he smirked his lips.
“May I have to remind you, I own 60% shares. And I am the head of the Thomsons Group of companies.” Damon said matter of factly at them.
When Veronica and Andrei heard this, they were taken a back. They didn’t expect Damon to be this stubborn. Seeing the other’s calm expression after all this, Veronica can’t help but feel anxious.
Why can’t he realize what’s happening? And why does he still seem confident of himself? This made Veronica feel frustrated.
While Andrei looked straight at Damon. He didn’t believe he wouldn’t be able to break the bastard’s façade.
“I guess you still don’t realize your position now, Mr. Castellano? Your company is going bankrupt if you push through with the competition. The Ambrosia here, who is once your friend but you betrayed, luckily is still very forgiving to you. They are willing to be the wiser man. Now that we have the upper hand, I think it’s time you forget all the things you boast about.” Andrei said lengthily as he looked at Damon with raised chin.
He looked proudly at Damon. If he needed to spell it out for him to realize, then he will. Today, we are here to witness Damon Castellano’s downfall. Andrei will make sure of that.
Remembering all the humiliation he received from this man, and everything he stole from him, Andrei will get it back no matter what.

Meanwhile, George Ambrosia listened to what Andrei said and can’t help but be pleased with himself too.
In the past, he had been very loyal to the Castellanos and was careful to not break their relationship. To the point of accepting everything they threw at his company and family. He never planned to switch sides.

George Ambrosia really felt exceptionally proud about this. remembering the times he needed to endure because of the Castellanos, these moments felt a sweet revenge.
He looked at Damon and smiled at him, but his smile was exaggeratedly sympathetic, and his face had a hint of schadenfreude.
“Damon, that’s right. We are here for a negotiation, as we spoke. If you just marry my good daughter, then everything can be a matter of cooperation.” George started as he pointed to his daughter, Veronica.
When Veronica heard Andrei’s and her father’s words, her confidence came back. That’s right. There’s no way Damon can still escape this fate.
She turned to smile sweetly at Damon.
“Damon, since the beginning, we were the one destined. Having this marriage wouldn’t change much, just a fulfillment of fate.” She said to Damon.
“You need to see that we are the one who can help you. We will be a family, and I am here for you.” Veronica added gently.
Veronica had finally proved herself in front of the man of her dreams. She was the only woman who can save him.

But as he looked around the board, the faces of the people even held admiration for the Ambrosia.

Of course. For outside people, they might thing they were merciful people.
But he was not stupid. Do they think he will fell for their mesmerizing words? If he wasn’t good and more crafty than them, then Damon would really be put in a pinch.

He will finally see the great Damon Castellano lose his composure and prestige. He can’t wait to push him in the ground even more.
“Damon Castellano, make your decision.”
