Accidentally Slept With The Ruthless Billionaire

Chapter 491: Are You Coming With Me?

Ch. 491 / 630 Apr 22, 2026

Reese’s eyes grew even wider. “You… you two got back together?”

Bianca didn’t answer right away. She just smiled and guided Reese into the room. Dave stood by the door, waiting quietly.

Once they were seated on the couch, Bianca gently said, “It’s a long story. But everything’s falling into place now.”

Reese pressed her lips together. She wanted to speak but held back.

Trying to shift the mood, she asked, “Bianca, how did you do it today? Where did that audio of my aunt and the hospital director come from?”

“It was from your high school head teacher,” Bianca said calmly.

Reese’s eyes widened. “But she was still badmouthing me during the livestream. Why?”

Bianca shook her head. “Natalie used her daughter’s job to threaten her. She had no choice but to speak against you. Still, she secretly gave me that old recording and asked me to help clear your name.”

Hearing that, Reese felt a soft warmth in her chest. She sniffled and said, “Everyone has their reasons. I get it. Thank you… and please thank her too. She was my favorite teacher.”

Bianca nodded. “We also have Wyatt to thank. He helped to find the hospital director.”

Reese nodded again, remembering that Wyatt worked for Dave from the livestream.

“Bianca, now that it’s all done, I’ll head out.”

She glanced at Dave, still by the door, then looked back at Bianca. “Are you coming with me?”

Dave let out a soft cough, breaking the silence.

Bianca quickly pursed her lips, “You go on ahead,” she said. “I still have something to deal with.”

Reese gave her a small nod and headed out.

Once the door closed, Bianca slowly walked over to Dave. She tilted her head and looked up at him.

“Is there something you wanted to say?”

Dave didn’t answer right away. Instead, he reached behind them and gently shut the door.

After Reese left, the room fell silent with just Dave and Bianca inside.

Dave hastily approached and pulled Bianca into his arms. He gently turned her and pressed her back against the door with his hands resting on her waist.

He then leaned down and his lips brushed her ear. “Yes, I miss you,” he whispered.

Bianca frowned and looked up at him. “I sent you messages, but you didn’t reply. Then you suddenly appeared like nothing happened. Do you know how worried I was? What really happened?”

Dave’s eyes slightly dimmed. His lips pressed into a firm line. “It’s nothing serious. I’ve taken care of it.”

Something about his tone and the look on his face made Bianca curious. She looked at him seriously and she noticed the signs—dark circles under his eyes and a tired look on his face. He clearly hadn’t slept well.

“I heard Phoenix Alliance Group split from Evans Group. Why?” she asked.

Dave placed his hands on the wall, one on each side of her head, trapping her entire body.

“What do you think?” he said.

Bianca blinked as her mind raced. She wet her lips, thinking of all the reasons. Then she looked at him and asked softly, “Is it because of me?”

Dave didn’t answer right away. He just looked at her, eyes soft, taking in every detail of her face.

“Not exactly,” he said at last. “I also want to start living for myself.”

Bianca looked down. Her lips parted, but she didn’t say anything.

Dave frowned as he stared at her face. “What’s wrong? Are you upset?”

She quickly shook her head and held onto his arm. But when she looked up at him, there was sadness in her eyes.

“I was just thinking… will your grandpa really let you go? What happened today is everywhere online. He’ll find out sooner or later.”

A soft smile appeared on Dave’s face. His eyes grew gentle. “Don’t worry. I knew what I was doing when I made this choice. Whatever comes next, I’ll handle it. And I won’t let anyone hurt you ever again.”

But Bianca wasn’t thinking about herself. She was deeply worried about Dave.

The problems he was facing at his company were clearly tied to the Evans Group. She could tell it had been keeping him up at night. And deep down, she feared this was just the beginning—a chain of problems that could wear him down, maybe even affect his health if it didn’t stop.

“What can I do to help?” she asked softly, looking straight into his eyes. “I want to be there for you.”

Dave smiled and gently pinched her cheeks. “If you’re okay, that’s enough for me.”

Bianca bit her lip, her lashes trembling slightly. Then she stepped forward, wrapped her arms around his waist, and rested her head against his chest.

Dave hugged her back right away, holding her tightly. His voice was low and rough in her ear. “Bianc, you’re not going to leave me again, right?”

Bianca slowly shook her head and promised him. “I’ll stay with you for the rest of my life. I won’t leave—unless you stop wanting me.”

Dave gave a soft laugh. “I love you more than anything. How could I ever get tired of you?”

Bianca curled her lips while staring into his eyes. “You never know. Life’s long. What if one day you meet someone better than me, or—”

Before she could finish, Dave pulled away slightly, holding her shoulders and looking straight at her.

With a fiery look in his eyes, Dave leaned down and kissed Bianca hard. The kiss was deep and intense, stealing her breath away.

Time seemed to stop for Bianca. All she could feel was him. When he finally pulled back, she was gasping, her cheeks warm and red. She looked up at him, frowning slightly. “What was that for?”

Dave’s breathing was a bit shallow too. “Are you serious?” he asked in a low voice. “You’re feeling unsure because of me? Don’t you trust me?”

For a moment, they just looked at each other in silence. Then Bianca’s expression softened. She smiled gently, wrapped her arms around his neck, and gave him a soft kiss—one that expressed everything without using words.

“I believe you—more than ever,” Bianca said with a playful smile. “No other woman would be silly enough to keep trusting you like I do!”

Dave let out a soft laugh, clearly relieved. He gently ran his fingers through her hair and pulled her close with his other arm.

They stayed in each other’s arms for a quiet moment, just enjoying being together. But then, a thought popped into Bianca’s head. She looked up at him quickly.

“Wait a second—who was the one that exposed Natalie?”
