I opened my eyes again and James stood tall by my bedside. “Selene?”
I sat straight and pulled his sword from the sheath tied on his waist. “Hey... What are you doing?” He called out with a slight panic. I smirked looking at my feet then struck my chest with the sword. James called my name again and some vampires entered my room which probably came from his loud voice.
Blood oozed out my flesh and I felt my back skin flinch and crystalise.
My eyes closed as I felt all the blood inside my body and when the mixture of feelings ended.
I opened my eyes and on my hands wrapped the royal sword.
“Let us go.” I declared and they all knew what I meant and ran outside to call for the whole empire to get ready.
I grip on the sword and I notice James smile at me. “I’m glad you didn’t follow what our parents wanted us to be.”
“I feel a bit bad for it.” I honestly replied, hugging him. “I love you, too, but... I love him more than my life... And I want my angel to still meet his father.”
“I know... But my loyalty is still on you, Selene.”
“Thank you, James. I know you will meet the right person for you at the right time.”
“I hope so. All I know is we got to save your husband’s butt. That von Klein heiress is crazy.” I broke the hug and opened the closet.
“James, make sure everyone’s all in their lines now. I grabbed some armor.
“Yes... My Queen.”
I heard the door close and I unzipped my dress and let it slip off my body. My belly has a bump already so even if all my three forms of blood have mixed all together, I should still be careful.

We got into our horses and I was at the very front. The U-clan on my right side and the R-clan on my left. We started the journey back to the palace to save the other guests still locked inside, the kingdom and my husband.
“Let us go and take what is ours!” I shouted and they cheered.
