Pregnant Billionaire Heiress Gave Birth To Twins

You are impotent

Ch. 199 / 286 Apr 29, 2026

Her words stung Desmond, but he took a deep breath, refusing to let them dissuade him. He stepped closer and spoke up. "Anabel, everything that happened... everything that came between us... It was because of my mother and my sister. They drove a wedge between us, and I've already admitted that I'm stupid for allowing them. This time, they will treat you differently. They’ll treat you like the precious treasure you are. They regret what they did. They are longing to have you back, Anabel."

Anabel’s lips curled into another bitter smile, and she folded her arms tightly across her chest. "I'm not a kid, Desmond. I know exactly why they want me back," she retorted. "It’s not about treating me like a treasure or making amends for their wicked character against me. They want me back because Daniella disappointed them. They want me back because they didn't get what they wanted from Daniella. They want me back because they heard I’m pregnant. Let's say my tummy is still flat, they won't want me back, even you."

"No, Anabel. Not because of that. Your personality is enough for us."

"The personalities they couldn't see when they were telling you to divorce me." Anabel said and leaned in slightly as she delivered her next words like daggers. "But if they want me back so badly, why don’t you do me a favor and tell them this: the baby I’m carrying isn’t yours. Because you are impotent. I wasted so much of my time and energy in bed being with you, hoping for something that was never going to happen. You fuck me every night. Yes, I admit you are good in bed; your big dick always drove me crazy, giving me orgasm upon orgasm, but you ended up releasing your dead sperm into me. I got pregnant the moment I left you. Just a one-night stand with a man with lifely sperm, and I got pregnant. So this baby isn’t yours." Anabel finished, knowing how painful Desmond would feel. It was intentional. She wanted him to feel hurt and let her be.

Desmond flinched as if she had physically struck him. Her words sliced through him with precision because he managed to swallow it. "I’m not impotent, Anabel. You know that’s not true. You said you were pregnant before you left."

"I was lying. Daniella confirmed it and tore the paper, remember?" She said.

"Why are you doing this, Anabel? Why are you so determined to push me away? I’ve made mistakes, yes, but I’ve never stopped loving you."

Anabel shook her head and laughed humorously, "Because, Desmond, you don’t get to rewrite the past. You don’t get to pretend like everything you did never happened. I moved on. You should too."

"I just…," he wanted to say something, but Anabel cut him off with a sharp tone.

"Don’t," she said firmly. "Whatever you are about to say, save it for yourself. We are done here."

Desmond clenched his jaw, forcing himself to swallow his pride as he spoke again. "Anabel, I know I can’t fix everything right now, but I believe in us. I believe we can get through this."

"We can't. Believe that." She said and turned abruptly toward the elevator, and Desmond called after her. "Anabel, take good care of our baby."

His words made her stop in her tracks. For a moment, it seemed like she might respond, but instead, she moved on and stepped into the elevator. She turned and pressed the button, then looked up at Desmond. Their eyes met, and the door began to slide shut. They continued to look at themselves, eyeball to eyeball, till the door shut together.
