Louisa's POV
Oh, I fucked her again and it feels good.
"You're a sick old son of a bitch, aren't you?" My wolf said in my mind.
I flipped off the she-wolf's body.
She looks like a fucking delicate flower blossom and it opens to me so sweetly. The inside of her is so warm and it's fucking rosy pink.
"You'll never know how good it feels. You're just a fucking dog and you're jealous of me," I gloated, holding the she-wolf in my arms.
She tried to push me away, but I didn't let her.
She's my woman, my fucktoy. I pick her up or drop her down whenever I want.
I lowered my head and kissed her.
She looked grievant and groaned with her eyes fully closed.
"Can't you just leave her alone? She's exhausted. If you wake her up, she'll ask you the same question again," my wolf said. "Why don't you tell her who you really are? What are you afraid of?"
"I'm not fucking afraid of anything, Finn!"
"She's a princess, the legitimate heir to the throne of the Kingdom. But you're just a nobody. A boy who was found in a dump site. A boy who doesn't have a last name. You're carrying a lot of weight on your shoulder because it's very hard to be the only black wolf among white sheep. I understand." My wolf's voice sounded very annoying in my mind.
"Shut the fuck up, Finn. I know who I am and that's more than enough. I will not fucking bear my father's last name, because he was a fucking disgrace! Now, I want to enjoy the perfect after-sex silence. If you dare to say one more word again..."
"Tomorrow's the full moon and all the werewolves will have a ceremony to shift into wolves..." My wolf continued despite my protest.
He was always doing shit like this. He never knows when to shut up and never fucking listens to me.
"... and what kind of excuse will you make up for your absence again?" my wolf asked.
"I don't fucking give a shit." I rubbed my face against the she-wolf's baby-soft skin and said in my mind. "I guess I'll tell everyone that I'm fucking going to take Akela and Louisa to a fucking lake house. Then I'll drink, and I'll knock Akela off and I'll fuck Louisa. Then, we'll call it for the day."
"Look at you, already making a big plan for the future. How adorable," my wolf scorned.
"What do you want me to do?! Do you want everyone to know that I'm a fucking mixed blood between a Lycan and a witch?! Give me any better suggestions and I'll fucking take it!"
I smelt the scent of the she-wolf's hair and it was so delicious.
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but you need to call Lucian," my wolf said.
"I don't want to call him in the fucking midnight! He's sleeping with Gianna right now!"
"One thing I know about your Beta is that he never sleeps. Call him. Call him. Call him."
"Oh, for fuck's sake, Finn. Why do you have to be so pushy all the time? Shut up already and I'll call him," I said and mindlinked Lucian.
It went through.
I guess Finn's right after all. My Beta never sleeps.
"Hey, you up?" Finn asked in a vocal fry.
"Luke, I'm going to hang up right now," Lucian said.
"Finn, shut up! I'm talking to Lucian now and you're not allowed to interrupt!" I said.
Finn was silent.
"You up?" I asked Lucian.
"Yes. What now?" he replied.
"Tomorrow's full moon, you know. So I wonder if I should take the girls to the lake house and spend the night. Are you coming? You can take Gianna, you know," I said.
"OK," he said briefly.
"Are you still mad at me? I thought we talked it over this morning and we're good," I asked.
"No, Luke. I'm not mad at you. Zackery tried to recruit me earlier today," he said.
"What the f...?! What did that mother fucker do?!"
"He tried to recruit me on Lycidas' behalf and I said no," he said.
"And you're telling me about it now?!" I shouted and sat drastically up from the bed.
"I was busy today, Luke," he said.
"Did you tell him no?!"
"I've already told you, I said no," he replied.
"No! I mean, what exactly did you tell him?! Did you say no right to his face? Did you say a very clear, non-ambiguous no?!"
"Yes, that's exactly what I did," Lucian said.
"I will fucking kill that mother fucker! He stole my moonstone statue and he's trying to steal my mate! Now, he's stealing my Beta!"
"He paid for the moonstone statue during the auction, fair and square," Lucian said. "He kissed Louisa because you made her heartbroken. He's not trying to steal me from you. He made an offer to me and I said no."
"That filthy son of bitch! I will fuck him one day. I will fuck his brain out and see him crying," I clenched my teeth. "Tell me that you will never leave me!"
"Luke, it's late and..."
"Tell me, Lucian! Tell me right now! I want to hear you say it!"
"I'll never leave you, Luke," Lucian said.
I felt very relieved and fell down to bed. I held the she-wolf in my arms.
She rolled away from me, and I pulled her back.
My mate's in my arms and my Beta won't leave me.
Good. Everything is under control.
"You're so pathetic, Luke," my wolf yawned and said.
"Go fuck yourself, Finn," I said.
Lucian continued, "Zackery mentioned Kylo's troop outside King's Land. It's confirmed that he's the mastermind behind Dire's aggression. He came to the north to collect the moonstone, and the druids must have already told him about the secret passageway to the Underground City. We cannot let him get into the Underground City ahead of us, Luke. They have got all the moonstones on the market. We can't afford to lose the star amber in the Underground City."
"So basically, we're fucked," I said.
"Not really. I've got a plan, but you might not like it," Lucian said.
"Are you going to ask me to sign up for the fucking peace treaty? I'm not going to do that!" I shouted.
"No," Lucian said. "I'm going to ask you to sacrifice Louisa."
