Nelly had been instructed by Alpha Kilian to rest in the room and take some supplements. Although Spencer had drawn a significant amount of her blood, he had done it cautiously to prevent her from becoming excessively weak. Nevertheless, it was common to feel weak for a day or two after a blood donation, so Nelly obediently laid down to rest. As she scrolled through the internet on her phone, a knock sounded at the door. "Come in."
Tony entered the room, followed by the other two children.
When Nelly saw them, her expression softened. She put away her phone and looked at them. "Oh, have you finished designing the shooting room downstairs?"
"Yes. I've completed the blueprint and handed it to Alpha Dave. We just have to wait now," Ben replied.
Nelly nodded approvingly. "While you've handed it to him, make sure to keep a close eye on things since it's your idea and design. You'll learn from it."
Ben agreed. "Got it."
Just then, Donna approached Nelly with a cake. "Nelly, I brought you dessert!"
Nelly raised an eyebrow lazily. "Can you actually bring yourself to give it to me?"
"Of course! After all, you're my most beloved Nelly," Donna grinned.
Donna placed the cake beside the bed and couldn't help but comment, "You're so lazy, still in bed at this hour, Nelly."
"Um, should I get up then?"
"No!" Tony interrupted promptly, a hint of concern passing through his eyes. "You've been out for a long time, so it's fine for you to stay in bed. Just rest, Nelly." He flashed her a smile.
"You're always so kind, Tony!" Donna grumbled, but Tony didn't take it to heart.
Nelly leaned back against the bed as Donna cut the cake and fed her with a small spoon. Tony and Donna also took turns feeding her and massaging her shoulders.
"You all spoil me too much," Nelly chuckled.
"We'll always spoil you," Tony said before Ben and Donna chimed in, "Yes!"
As Nelly was enjoying the attention, she suddenly frowned and exclaimed in pain. Nelly shook her head and pulled her sleeve down, revealing a bandage on her arm. Worry filled the children's faces.
"What happened to your arm?" Donna asked, gently lifting the sleeve.
"It's a bit embarrassing. I slipped on my way upstairs and fell," Nelly explained. "But don't worry, Spencer has already bandaged me up."
"Did you bite her too hard or something?" Ben asked, eyeing the mark on Nelly's arm.
Nelly fluttered her long eyelashes. "Well, it's Alpha Kilian's way of showing loyalty. He believes in a practice where couples bite each other on the arm, leaving a mark as a vow to stay faithful in the relationship forever."
Ben and Donna exchanged glances, unsure if they should believe this custom. However, in their hearts, they knew that Nelly was cherished and protected under Alpha Kilian's watchful eye.
