Just when Belle was about to arrive at the dinning room, she caught sight of the Beta, and she instantly called him.
" Beta Norman!"
She smiled sweetly and waved at the Beta.
Norman heard Belle's call, and he turned to face Belle. He smiled as soon as he saw her and went closer to her.
" Princess Belle, good to see you. How are you doing?"
" Not bad, I bet you are doing great?"
Belle said but didn't stop smiling. Seeing the Beta now made her remembered her parents, and she suddenly missed them.
" Am okay princess Belle," Norman nodded and answered Belle in a polite voice.
" Are you hearing from my parents? I already missed them more."
Belle sighed and hoped for the Beta to give her a good news. She hadn't heard from her parents for a day now, but she knew they were okay as her parents were capable werewolves.
Of course, they were the leaders of the Blazing Red Moon pack!
" Ohh sure, that reminds me. They sent a letter yesterday, but I got too occupied and that was why I forgot to deliver it to you yesterday," Norman immediately became apologetic as soon he as recollected something and explained to Belle.
" But I will send it now," he added instantly to his explanation.
Belle couldn't be mad at Norman now since he was the one in charge and not her. She wouldn't want to draw unnecessary attention to her, so she kept the complains she wanted to say inside her. And brought up a weird smile, " Alright then, I will wait for it."
Hearing that, the Beta left Belle's side and went to get the letter he mentioned about.
Belle moved closer to the dinning room and took a seat gently. Her personal maid immediately came and stand beside her.
Another maid came and served Belle her meal.
Soon, sounds of utensils kissing the dish was the only thing that could be heard. ...
It didn't take long for Norman to get back to the dinning room and passed Belle the letter in his hands.
Belle eagerly took it and skimmed through it. As she read the letter that was now in her hands, she smiled and her face brightened.
The Princess finished reading the letter and passed it back to the Beta, " Thank you Beta Norman, this means a lot."
She nodded at him, and it was evident she was happy to read the letter.
Norman nodded at her and took his leave from the dinning room.
After he was gone, Belle sighed and stopped eating her dinner.
Fina noticed Belle's current face and she knitted her brows, wondering what was happening to her.
" Is everything alright Princess Belle?"
Belle turned to her and exhaled, " I just miss my parents. I wished there was a way to contact them or somehow!" She really felt lonely right now, though Arnold was around but it didn't make her lonely feeling to decrease.
" Oh, am sorry Princess, I understand how you must be feeling," Fine pitied Belle, but there was nothing she could do other than to comfort Belle.
" I just want to converse with them and hear their voices," Belle played with the spoon on her plate and twisted her lips.
" You should mind link them then," Fina suggested as that was the only thing she could think of.
Belle hissed and shook her head,
" How can you be so dumb? Don't you know how the mind link works? The distance is too much so it would be difficult to get through them," Belle explained and rolled her eyes annoyingly at Fina.
The Pack was an hidden community, so it makes it hard to communicate with the outside world. There was no signal or technology connection there, so there was nothing sort of devices like a phone or a laptop.
The reason why it was like that was because, the mortals weren't supposed to know a thing about the werewolves. So they believed, having technological connections in the Pack will only lead to the mortals tracking them, and it will surely not lead to anything pleasing.
And the mind link was something that couldn't work if it involves a long distance. The only mind link that could work on a far distance was the mating link. That could cover any kind of distance.
" Ohhh," Fina seemed to realised something, and she quickly nodded.

Lexa woke up again and felt energized. Her body was refreshed, and she loved how she felt. Turning her head to the other side, she saw Arnold was busy writing something which she couldn't see, but she didn't bother herself.
" You are awake," Arnold faced Lexa and dropped what he was doing. He stood up and walked over to Lexa's side.
" Yes," Lexa nodded and sat up straight on the bed.
" How are you feeling now? Are you hungry? Do you need anything?"
Lexa chuckled at the way Arnold was bombarding her with questions, but she was pleased.
" Am okay, I feel better now."
Arnold noticed how he acted, and he instantly felt awkward. He scratched the back of his head but it simply made him look sexy, which he didn't know.
" I will get you something for dinner now," He composed himself and turned towards the door, but he didn't expect what happened next.
Just as he was about to take a step in leaving the room, Lexa grabbed his right arm which made him to look back at the girl.
" Thank you Prince Arnold," Lexa expressed how grateful she was, and she gave him a stellar smile that reached her eyes.
Lexa couldn't take the chance so she decided to appreciate him for the way he was caring for her. She wouldn't want him to see her as an ungrateful person, as it was rare to get someone who was kindhearted like Arnold.
Arnold wasn't expecting that, and he froze for some seconds but soon he recollected himself. And nodded at her before he turned the door knob, strolling out of the room.
A few minutes later, he came back with a big tray of food and gave it to Lexa. He didn't care about what other people think as he was only following his heart, since Lexa amazed him, and he found himself somehow attracted to her which he couldn't explain.
" You can eat everything," the prince said as he placed the food tray beside Lexa and went back to take a seat on the couch.
