Silhouette
"I'll be back soon, okay?" I said softly as I watched Pow Pow sleeping on his bed.
There were nurses surrounding him while handling some apparatus attached to Pow.
I just gasped when I felt Third touch my shoulder. He told me that the visit time was over so I did nothing, so I decided to go with him.
I was just dumbfounded when we got in his car. I thanked him when he gladly opened the door for me.
I feel like I'm going to lose my mind if this continues. Pow Pow needs me, but we can't be close because of the isolation that is being done to him.
My forehead furrowed when I noticed that we were on a different path, not to my house.
I held Third's hand. "Hey, where are we going?"
"In my house, I'll take you there," he replied before gently squeezing my hand.
I stiffened. "W-Why? Why are you still at home? It's okay at my house, maybe it's a nuisance--"
"Please, baby, just come with me. You're not safe there, for goodness sake," he said, interrupting me.
"But I'm too much of a nuisance, Third, you don't have to bring me there. I don't want to be a burden to you anymore," I said tenderly.
I was surprised when he suddenly stopped the car. He immediately supported me so that I would not bump into him, even though the anger was obvious on his face.
"B-Why?" I was confused.
"I am losing my mind, slowly, baby. I always worry whenever you are out of my sight, just stop ... Stop being stubborn, just follow me, please?" he begged untag.
Embarrassed, I bowed. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry if I'm too selfish."
I cried and hugged him, he immediately responded by wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Hush, baby, it's alright. You'll be fine as long as you're with me, okay?" I immediately nodded with what he said.
"Thank you, Third, I love you so much," I whispered softly to him.
He kissed my cheeks before smiling at me. "Come on, you need to take a rest. You're stressing yourself, Silhouette, I don't want you to be like this to yourself."
He resumed driving while one of his hands rested on mine. He's busy playing with my fingers which makes me smile.
I leaned out the car window and looked up at the sky. It's getting dark again, it's night again.
I can only visit Pow Pow for two hours, and until I think about it too. I noticed that he was getting thinner, his skin was getting paler, he's not the Pow Pow I used to know.
Adding to my problem are the people chasing me, they want to kill me. I don't know their intention, why they decided to get me out of the world. But I'm only sure of one thing, they know me ... personally.
I remember the last conversation Carlos and I had before they finally disappeared from me. He said he read a book once, and his oldest line is about giving trust.
He told me back then, that no matter how close you are to the person you trust, when you are too complacent, they can turn you around.
I stopped in thought when I felt the car stop, Third turned to my side before I opened the door.
I was just stunned when a large mansion opened up to me after I went down. Obviously billions were spent on this house.
"This is your house?" I asked in shock.
He nodded. "Our house."
I went home. "Don't be like that, maybe later I'll be a gold digger and then I'll feed you to break into your house. It's already difficult, your wealth is still there."
He chuckled. "Baby, this house means nothing to me at all. If ever that is the price you're looking for, to make you say yes to my marriage proposal, I'll gladly give this to you."
"Even if I'm a witch and a bitch, are you still ready to marry me?" I asked in shock.
He smiled. "I'm willing to give you everything, so you can come with me. I only want you in my life, baby."
My expression softened. "You really love me so much, what? How is that, I don't love you very much."
The expression on his face darkened so I quickly stepped closer.
"Hala, get angry right away, just kidding. I love you so much. I might even propose to you," I said laughing.
I hugged him tightly causing him to voluntarily hug back.
"I wish we'll stay like this forever, Silhouette."
"Sure, no break up is going to happen," I promise.
I felt his hug tighten on me, his breathing was also held tight. It's like he's trying to control his temper.
"Silhouette, baby, you'll never break up with me, right? Whatever happens?" he asked incredulously.
I turned to him to caress his nervous face.
"Of course why?" I will ask.
"I'm afraid ... I'm afraid that you might leave me. I can't live without you, baby, so don't leave me," the voice growled.that he promised.
"It just depends if you're a woman, I'll leave you," I replied.
I saw her grimace. "What? Oh fuck, I'll never love another woman besides you."
"Eh, what are you afraid of? You haven't done anything and will do anything bad. Why are you afraid to leave you?" I wondered.
He was silent for a few seconds, he also avoided our eyes meeting.
"If ever ... If you found out who killed those people that you love, would you get mad at them or him, to the point that you're willing to kill him?" he asked.
I couldn't answer right away, what kind of question is this?
"I won't just hate them, I'll put him in jail. Or, I'll kill him myself," I said emphatically and angrily.
He stood frozen with what I said. Her reaction was surprising.
"Y-Yeah, don't worry. I'll help you to find that ass hole. Come on, it's getting cold here," he said.
I just obeyed even though he was still asking me a big question.
