That bitch, Juliana, has fucking done it. I'm sure she had something to do with Luna's disappearance. I mind-linked Azura and Kiyana to meet me in the town. The girls were holding each other as they approached my car. I was surprised to see Kaley with them, I had a few words to say to her. She mistreated Nalya for so long. I glared at her but reminded myself she was redeeming herself, next to her was Kendrick's new mate. The couple couldn't even enjoy themselves because of this.
" Ladies," I greeted, and they nodded.
" What's going on? We should be searching for her," Kiyana said, upset. I never liked her because she was mated to Nathaniel, the man I always loved even though he didn't know, but I learned to accept she was meant for him, and they were in love.
" Juliana is in the pack, and we believe she was working with the rogues," I informed him, and I heard a powerful growl from Kaley.
" The woman who was supposed to be Luna? She's back and working with Arlon?" she asked.
" Yes,"
" Take me to her," she demanded, her eyes flashing. She was quite a powerful wolf despite being a rogue.
" Happy to. I need to give her punches," I smirked. Azura was growling, and snarling. We got in two cars, and I drove in the direction of the Tomson family cottage. It was secluded and hadn't been in use for quite some time. Juliana went there when she didn't want to be found since no one knew about it, but I did.
We arrived at the cabin down the lake. It was quiet. When we stepped out of the car, two bulky guards approached us.
" Ladies, this is private property, and you're trespassing," one said.
" We are here to speak to your boss, Juliana Tomson," Kiyana spat. She couldn't contain her anger.
The two guards glanced at each other knowingly.
" Miss Tomson left this pack months ago," They answered. They were liars. I stepped forward, but they blocked my path,
" She's in here. I can smell her stupid scent!" Azura barked. The guards were refusing us entrance, and when they turned to go to their post, Kaley, and Laika jumped and tackled them to the ground. The two bulkier guards tried fighting them, but we jumped in, kicking, and punching them. They were growling, and soon, two huge beasts appeared in their place, growling menacingly at us. Kiyana stepped in front of us protectively. Did she forget we could shift but her? I grabbed her shoulder to pull her back, but she shook her head.
" I'm the beta Female of this pack, and I demand you get Juliana out here," Her voice held so much authority. We often see her as human but not her position. She was a beta female, and her command was as strong as the beta's scent surrounding her. The two wolves were perplexed by the order. She held their gaze, determined until they bowed and shifted back. They wore shorts and bowed to her before turning and going into the house. We were all looking at Kiyana shocked, but she only shrugged her shoulders.
" That felt great. I could never get used to it," she sighed.
" You commanded two strong pack warriors," Laika said in awe.
" Yes, I'm mated to the beta of this pack and have dominion," she said nonchalantly. She didn't see how powerful she was at that moment.
" Let me go, you brute!" we turned our attention to Juliana, she was screaming as she was being dragged by her men. They shoved her to the ground and bowed to the Kiyana before leaving again. Kaley grabbed Juliana by her hair.
"Where is my sister, bitch?" she hissed, barring her fangs at her. Juliana scowled but was met with a slap in the face. I didn't expect that, but I couldn't say I didn't enjoy it. Juliana was assessing us and tried to attack Kiyana but we lunged on her before she could reach her, and gave her a few punches. Azura even went as far as pulling her hair out and kicking her in the gut. The ladies were fierce.
We dragged Juliana to the dungeons and threw her in the cells.
" My mother and grandfather will hear of this, and you all shall pay!" she screamed, trying to get up, but failed as Kiyana kicked her back to the cold, wet floor.
" You can't treat me like that! My family is high rank!" She screeched. Juliana was throwing insults and threats at us, but when Prince Rhaegar entered the cell, she stilled. Only a stifled whimper escaped her lips. The bloodthirsty look in his gaze made her body shake in fear.
The alpha Prince was angry, and it was a sight no one wanted to see.
" You planned this," he snarled. Tears rolled down Juliana's face. She was shaking her head violently, pleading.
" No, I- I did n- nothing to her," she stuttered her words.
" You fucking gave her to that rogue!" Rhaegar roared, making us flinch. The walls shook at the power of his roar. Juliana was backed against the wall, but there was nowhere to run. The Prince inhaled, trying to hold back his beast, trying to hold back his inner beast because if he came out, he would tear Juliana to shreds before a sensible word left her lips.
" You knew how much she suffered at the hands of that bastard, and you still handed her over like it was nothing like she was an animal," His voice broke now, and tears welled in my eyes. I've never seen Rhaegar this vulnerable. He was angry, scared, and all emotions one could have.
" T- he told me no harm will come to her," she whimpered, " Forgive me, my prince," Juliana bawled.
" No, you're not getting any mercy, you'll be punished every day. You'll rot away, and no one will speak your name again. It would be like you never existed," The alpha's voice was strained as he uttered that promise.
" No, Rhaegar, I love you so much. Please don't do this to me -" She hugged his legs, begging. Rhaegar grabbed her neck and choked her. I watched in satisfaction as the Prince's sharp claws extended and dug into her skin. Blood dropped like water, and Juliana's face was turning blue, all the will to fight him left her feeble body. None of them stopped Rhaegar, until Nate put his hand on his shoulder, shaking his head. Rhaegar threw Juliana against the wall, and she landed on the ground with a crack. No doubt broke her ribs and bones t. I didn't pity her. She deserved this harsh treatment.
Under the Prince's command, she told us everything, how Arlon found her in a bar and how they planned to kidnap the Luna, but the bitch didn't care what happened after. All she wanted was to get rid of her.
I faced my cousin, Rhaegar, after we left the cells. He was distraught and couldn't believe his childhood friend did this. I always knew Juliana wasn't as kind as she pretended to be. I warned them, but they didn't listen.
" Here to gloat how you were right about that woman," he sneered as I joined him on the veranda. I shook my head and hugged him. He wouldn't ask, but I knew he needed it.
" We'll find her, I'm sure," I told him.
" In what condition?" he whispered. I was praying that we find Nalya quickly and in a good state because if not, our Prince would go full beast mood, and we wouldn't bring him back.
" I want her safe, Ella. I need her to be alright,"
