I smack my mom back and the Alpha gets on my face, good I am getting my point across. I am allowed to know why things do not go my way, why I am always the one to follow but not lead and why I need to submit without a single question. That is not fair, not even for an Alpha.
“How dare you hit me, I am your mother!” she actually yelled at me.
“SO? You hit me because I am standing up to you and I hit you for hitting me. I will not take this from anyone, not even you.” I spat facts at her, she wants me as a Luna here then this will happen, my way.
“Serves you right, but again I can’t do a single thing unless there's an agreement. Speaking from my own defenses not because your Luna asked me too, clarifying.” Samie says with her normal voice that is starting to sound more high pitched then it usually is.
I look at her to learn on what I can do then it hits me. “What do you want to agree in telling me what I want to know?” I say looking at her while my mom walks to her Alpha. “You have no wolf but you can help me with getting one thing, not even your mom will give me and if you do I will decline the deal I had with your mom and become your own. How does that sound?” She says without batting an eye.
“What do you need?” I ask her knowing fully well this might not be a good idea but if I know a bit maybe I can help my mom get off my back.
“Its called the witches ruby, its a full choker of rubies rich in power for my magic. It’s hidden in the bottom of the ocean of the skull caves eye. Be warned the waves of that cave are deadly nobody has been able to enter the dang cave to obtain it and the owner died placing it there. Old witch Fiona, ugh.” Samie says annoyed at what that witch did.
“You wan’t that and we will be agreed to what?” Neo looks at me a bit concerned, my mom is nervous and the Alpha is concerned as well but to my mom.
“I will be your guardian personally, not like the agreement I have with your mom that can last as much as she can produce.” she says drily, that got my curiosity, so I looked at her and she looked down to the table.
“Alpha you are not the one with the baby problem, my mom is. Isn’t she?” I say just figuring it out, it would make sense or is it both, I need to know why they never had a kid but hold me accountable for their choices.
“Reemy. I think we need to discus this. I can’t allow her to know like this.” Alpha says to her as he gets up. “I think if you want this then let me know, let me know what you choose. Do you and Neo want to take over for us and learn everything we are protecting you from, do you want to have Samies help and leave the Luna position for Neo’s mate or do you want to go back after your wolf arrives or not. You need to think about these things and have a good plan, life can’t be done in a crazy way, follow your order but make others aware of your order. There is always a line to follow. Show me your’s and we can plan with it or move with it. My pack is yours and my family is you Susie. But I need you to be responsible with it, not a teenager.” He says directly and there I see he is the Alpha.
“I think, I need to train my mind in having responsibilities that can help me learn what I want.” I say out loud, as I keep thinking on it. It has passed weeks and I need to move on.
“Well we can both attend the academy for Beta or Alpha and Luna?” Neo says a bit enthusiastic.
“Alpha Neo, it would be for Alpha. The responsibilities may look diferente but they are almost the same, just some small changes.” The Alpha corrects Neo, I look at Neo with a bit of concern. “Really? You want this?” I ask, remembering he wasn't here earlier.
“I have to and I want to be the Beta of my pack, they are awesome and they need me to keep their motivation with love and affection.” He says with a smile and I snicker at his way of expressing, yeap that's Neo.
“Taking these classes does not mean I am Luna, they just help sharpen my mind for better. Right?” I ask them now knowing it is true but I am scared that I will end up like my mom or worse.
“To be fair, your mom never took Luna Academy and she does her job as best as she can. But the Academy would have provided her with everything she needed to even give her, her own pack.” The Alpha says with a hint of disappointment, I look at my mom who is now really hurt of that, I take a deep breath and look at Neo. “Will we be in the same Academy together or will I go to a completely different one from Neo?” I ask truthfully.
“Well you are to be a Luna and he is to be an Alpha, yes the schools are different but it will only be for a year. I think you can do that its 5 months and then again 5 more months, you have June and July for Summer.” I detect he is smiling within but I really can’t stand being on his productive side.
“Neo what do you think?” I ask him knowing Neo is my partner. And apparently my chosen mate.
