Contract With Alpha Theodore

Chapter 125

Ch. 125 / 220 Apr 30, 2026

Third Person's POV

Mirabel also became anxious. "Aldridge! Why are you still hitting Elmer after everyone's gone?"

"Shut up!" Aldridge said furiously. "Theodore came here in person. The fact that he didn't throw you into the police station is already a huge favor to the Thunder Pack!"

Elmer's face turned pale.

Theodore?

Aldridge continued, "Starting today, you stay at home and behave. I'm going to cancel all your cards, and tonight, I'm taking you to the hospital to apologize to Vanya!"

"Why should I apologize to her?" Elmer flared up. "Dad, Vanya was raised by our family. Why should I apologize to her?"

Aldridge was so angry that his blood rushed to his head. "You! You're going to the hospital with me right now!"

With that, Aldridge grabbed Elmer's arm and started dragging him out, no matter how much Elmer struggled.

"Honey! What are you doing? Let go of him!" Mirabel tried to pull Aldridge away, but he pushed her aside mercilessly.

Elmer looked to Mirabel for help, but Aldridge immediately barked, "Pack guards! Hold him down and get the driver to take us to the hospital now!"

"Yes, Alpha Aldridge!" The pack guards stepped forward and pinned Elmer down while the driver quickly fetched the car.

In a short while, Aldridge arrived at the hospital with Elmer in tow.

Vanya, in her hospital room, could hear the commotion outside as Elmer's and Aldridge's voices kept drifting in.

Grace, hearing the noise, opened the door curiously and saw Aldridge dragging Elmer inside.

Vanya said to Grace, "Grace, could you step out for a bit? I need to talk to Aldridge."

Grace nodded and said, "Alright, I'll wait outside."

Vanya's POV

After Grace left the room, I heard Aldridge shouting, "Apologize to Vanya!"

Elmer struggled a few times but eventually stepped forward.

Reluctantly, he muttered, "I'm sorry."

I was genuinely surprised that Aldridge had uncovered the truth so quickly.

Even if Elmer was dim-witted, he should have known to cover his tracks.

"Vanya, this is all Elmer's fault. I'm taking him to the police station right now and letting the authorities handle him!"

At these words, Elmer became frantic. "Dad! How could you send me to the police station?"

"You did this, and you still have the nerve to complain? Sending you to the police is already lenient!"

"Actually, Aldridge, there's no need to involve the police," I said calmly. "Elmer's lack of discipline is partly because Mirabel has been too indulgent with him."

Aldridge quickly agreed, saying indignantly, "It's all because of her coddling! He's completely out of control now!"

"Yesterday, Elmer approached me about the distribution of the Dalton family's assets. I merely scolded him a bit, and he wanted to kill someone out of spite. He really needs more discipline."

"What distribution of assets?" Aldridge's tone was full of confusion. He clearly had no idea what we were talking about.

Elmer's voice rose as he shouted at me, "Vanya! Shut up!"

"You shut up!" Aldridge's voice rang out, followed by the sound of a scuffle. "You little brat, I'm not dead yet, and you're already eyeing the Dalton family's wealth?"

"Dad! I didn't!" Elmer's tone weakened, but he still denied it.

I continued calmly, "Aldridge, it's not entirely his fault. Someone must have been constantly whispering into his ear. Otherwise, he wouldn't be so obsessed with it."

I knew Aldridge would understand I was talking about Mirabel.

He had always doted on her and turned a blind eye to many of her actions.

The thought that his beloved partner was scheming behind his back must have been infuriating.

Earlier, Aldridge had only threatened to send Elmer to the police out of anger, but now, judging by his tone, he seemed determined. He grabbed Elmer and said, "You're going to turn yourself in at the police station right now. A few days in jail might be the only way to change you!"

"Dad! Are you serious? I'm your son! Can you really bear to see me go to prison?"

"I disown you! When you get out of jail, don't expect a single cent from me!"

Then I heard Aldridge pick up his phone and threaten, "If you don't turn yourself in now, I'll take you to the police station myself!"

Elmer was intimidated by this and threw out an angry remark before I heard the sound of him turning and leaving.

He probably thought that since I hadn't suffered any serious harm, he could get out of jail quickly even if he went in.

After Elmer left, Aldridge sent someone to secretly follow him.

Seeing how upset Aldridge was, I tried to comfort him. "Aldridge, don't be too angry. Maybe a few days in jail will teach him a lesson."

Aldridge nodded, looking remorseful. "I'm sorry for disturbing you. It's all my fault for raising such a bastard. He almost hurt you."

I shook my head. After a moment, I asked, "Aldridge, how did you find out it was Elmer?"

"It was Theodore. That kid erased the garage surveillance, but Theodore came with evidence and demanded that I punish him severely."

"Theodore?"

I was taken aback. Theodore had known about the incident for only an hour. How could he have gathered evidence so quickly?
