“So, what's your surname, Boo?”
“King.” I run my thumb over Harmony's swollen lips, feeling my dick harden between us when I think about her someday carrying my last name. I don't know how many times I’ve cum in her mouth today, but I swear each time was better than the last. “You’re a James, right?”
She slowly nods before her tongue darts out to lick my thumb at the same time her hand curls around my dick. “You needing some more attention, Boo? Cuz you'll never hear me say no to that.”
This girl, this woman, ticks every single invisible box on my list of perfection. She's beautiful, fiery, smart, funny, caring, and, she's insatiable to the point of driving me insane. I wish I could fuck her so damn bad so I could make her feel like she makes me. “Don't your throat hurt?”
She tightens her grip on me. “No.”
I look over her face; I wanna spank the shit out of her for being so fucking sexy. Whatever her cousin's done to her, it's working. She's eating every chance she gets, and I can see a slight change in her body, too. She becomes more stunning by the hour.
“What you thinking?”
“Has your Dad replied yet?”
She releases my dick and then jumps out of bed to retrieve her phone. I barely resist the urge to touch her when she gets back beside me.
See taps on her phone. “He's sent me the screen shot of where it is. Said he hasn't bought it yet and was gonna call them tomorrow.”
“Tell him I'll speak to them. We'll go see it tomorrow, after you finish school.” I smirk. “Do you know what time you finish?”
She rolls her eyes. “I finish at three.”
“Ohhh, so you ain't playing hard to get anymore?”
She smiles. “I wasn't in the first place. I was merely paying you back for the fact you weren't carrying rubbers.”
“Good job I wasn't.”
“I suppose...” She suddenly smiles. “Did you enjoy listening to me cum?”
She's realised I not only saw her, but heard her, too. “You don't know how much.”
The blanket shifts and then she moans. “Do you wanna hear me again?”
My God… “Harmony...”
She closes her eyes. “Don't worry, Boo. I'll do all the touching.”
I snatch her hand away from between her thighs so I can get between them. “The fuck you will.”

“You wanna take my car?”
I take a quick look at Harmony as I fix my tie in the wardrobe mirror. She's sitting on the bed getting her bag ready for school. “Don't you need it?”
She shakes her head. “Not till three.”
“I was thinking of getting a new car. I might go have a look today.”
“Alright. What you gonna get?”
“I ain't sure.” I like her Escalade; that shit is a dream to drive. “I'm kinda the spur of the moment man. If I see something I like, I get it.”
I see her smirk in the reflection of the mirror. “I bet. You gonna let me know what the landowners say?”
“Yeah. I'll message you.” I wrote out a quick email to them this morning before she woke up, after I checked out the listing. It’s three hundred acres, set in woodland, and it has its very own lake. The pictures look incredible and I already want it. I've always wanted to build my own place, so when Harmony asked that question yesterday, I was more than up for it.
Especially with her.
“Cool. Heads up.” I turn around as she throws me her car keys. “Let's go, otherwise I'll be late for my first exam.”
I park outside McGill and watch Harmony check her face in the visor. Shit is crazy, but I'm gonna miss her. I think this is the best weekend I've ever had in my life.
She turns to face me. “I can't wait till three already.”
“Me either.”
She smiles and then leans closer to kiss me. I hold her tight, but she soon pulls out of my hold and pats my dick. “Don't worry, Boo. I'll see you soon.” She raises her eyes to mine. “And you.”
I smile and shake my head. She is something else. “Good luck.”
“I needed that three days ago. Not anymore. Text me.” She rushes out the car and I watch her disappear before I pull away. I can still sense her, so I must not’ve removed that mark. And that makes me feel a whole lot better about being away from her.

I get a reply to my email about the land, just after ten. There’s quite a bit of interest in it, so I decide to go down there. I put down a holding fee and make them draw up the purchase agreement. If Harmony likes it, we can move on it today.
Hell, the thought of owning something with her makes me feel a kinda way. I ain’t ever owned something with anyone; I’ve always owned my own shit, but the thought of tying us together with something like this feels so damn right.
Everything about being with her does. At first, the way I was feeling scared the hell out of me, but she seems to have taken all my fears away. She’s pulled me from the isolation I’ve been living in for the last eight years, become a beacon in my darkness, and although we ain’t spent much time together yet, I still feel like she knows me better than anyone ever has.
I wanna make her happy, to consume her body and mind like she consumes mine. I’ll give her everything she’s ever dreamed of; whatever she wants, she’ll have it. As long as she’s mine, there ain’t nothing I won’t do to see that beautiful smile on her face.
I can’t not. She’s already destroyed the rulebook I live by, fucked-up the restraint I’ve had to install in myself just to function in the world. I don’t know if she’s even aware of what she’s doing, but I’m glad as hell that she is.
Shit, she makes me feel free.
For the first time since being like this, I don’t have to hide it. If anything, she encourages it, draws it out of me like her very spirit calls to it. I’ve hated that side of me for so long, but now…
I don’t know if I absolutely do anymore.
We potentially have thousands of years together, but even when I think about spending all my life with Harmony, I still can’t see me ever having enough of her. The way she talks about wares and the life her family lives, the more I’m intrigued to meet them and see if they’re all as happy as she makes out they are.
Cuz what I am, ain’t going away, so if I can learn to embrace it and be happy with it, I want to. Besides, Harmony’s gonna be like this one day, too.
Jesus… Why the fuck did that thought just excite me so damn much?

I get some work done back at the apartment, but my thoughts soon drift to my parents and the fact the car accident was a cover-up to what really happened. It’s been on my mind whenever Harmony and I haven’t been on each other. I can’t stop thinking about what her cousin knows either or, if they’re actually dead.
I decide to call Evette.
“Hello?” she answers.
“Hey, Evette. How's Carr?”
“She seems to be okay. As well as can be expected anyway. Do you know if you can make dinner one night this week yet? I think it would be good for her to see you.”
I rub my temples. “I'm chocka this week and have a few days away on business next. I'll let you know as soon as I can, though.”
“Aww, alright.”
I take a deep breath. “I was actually just calling about Mom and Dad.”
“Oh. Okay...”
“Yeah. I've been thinking about them a lot lately and wanted to ask, did anyone at all see their bodies?”
“No, sweetheart. That's why they used their dental records to identify them… I'm sorry.”
“It's okay... I just wondered.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yeah. I guess with their anniversary coming up…”
“I understand. I’ve been thinking of them, too. Will you be around for that? We can go for a meal? Go visit them?”
“I’m not sure. Work really does have me snowed at the moment.”
“Well, I don’t want you spending it on your own.”
“I won’t be on my own.”
“Oh…”
I roll my eyes at hearing the surprise in her voice. “I’m with someone.”
“Oh…”
And again… “It’s a woman.” Maybe now her and Carisse will stop that gay bullshit.
“Oh, Sweetheart, congratulations. What’s she like?”
I lean back in my chair. “Smart, fun, caring. You’d like her.”
“If she makes you happy, I’m sure I will. What’s her name?”
I hesitate to tell her, knowing she’ll not only know who it is, but also tell Carisse. But do I really give a fuck what her or my sister thinks?
No. She ain’t a dirty little secret.
“Harmony.”
“Harmony?”
“Yes, Carisse’s friend, and contrary to what you’ve been led to believe about her, she’s not that woman, so I’d appreciate if you’d reserve judgement until you know her yourself. She didn’t attack Carisse at the apartment either. I heard the whole conversation; Harmony went to see if Carr was okay but Carisse blamed her for what happened with Von.”
“Oh, but Carisse said—”
“I promise you, that’s how it went down.”
She’s quiet, and I know she’s having a hard time comprehending that her innocent daughter’s a liar.
“Anyway, me dating Harmony is non-negotiable, and nothing or no one is going to change my mind about it. I tried to stay away from her for a month, and you see how that went. I was miserable.”
“Hey, calm down, Sweetheart. I haven’t said anything.”
“I know, but I also know how Carisse feels and how much she can sway your opinion on things.”
“She does not.”
I hold in a scoff at that. “I don’t want to argue with you about this, Evette. I just wanted to let you know that between work being crazy and spending time with Harmony, I’ll be busy.”
“Of course… I’m just surprised, that’s all. You’ve never mentioned a girl before.”
“That’s because no girl has ever been this important to me before.”
She’s quiet for a moment. “Then I’m happy for you.”
I don’t know if I believe her or not, but I don’t particularly care. I know this must come as a shock to her; Evette and Carr have had the full focus of my affections since my parents passed, but not anymore. Harmony is the most important person in my life now. She comes before everything and everyone. Hell, she even comes before me. “Thank you.”
“Will I get to meet her properly?”
“It depends how Carisse reacts. I won’t put her into a hostile situation.” As much as I know Harmony can handle herself, the hell if I’m letting Carisse speak to her how she did on Saturday. I can’t guarantee I wouldn’t beat her ass, either.
“I’ll speak to Carr. She can’t tell you who you can and can’t date. I already said she shouldn’t’ve taken her anger out on Harmony for her cousin’s actions. Believe it or not, I don’t always agree with her.”
Well, that’s news to me. “Exactly. Whether she knew about her cousin and Von or not, she did what anyone in that situation would’ve done. Keep her mouth shut and stay out of it.”
She sighs. “I agree. I did try to explain, but you know how she gets.”
“I do.” And I know she ain’t gonna be happy about me being with her friend.
“I’ll have words, alright? Don’t worry about your sister. I’d love to meet the girl who’s captured your heart.”
That makes me smile. Has Harmony captured my heart? Fuck, yes. “Alright. I better go, but we’ll talk soon.”
I hang up after we say our goodbyes and then stare blankly at my laptop screen. I do feel better now I’ve told Evette about us; I don’t wanna lie about what Harmony and I have going on, not to anybody. She’s mine and I want everyone to know. We both might’ve been promiscuous when we met, but I know she feels just the same as I do now, so as far as I’m concerned, as long as I have her, I don’t need anyone else.
No one.
I check the time; it’s just after one. I get up and shrug on my suit jacket. Let me go kill some time before I pick up my Princess…
